I always get my services done here for my 2016 Mazda 6 Grand Touring. I usually deal with Ben, but Mike was great as well! Communication was on point. He called me to confirm the services I requested and see if there was anything else I needed. Picked up the car later after the oil change was complete and it drove amazing. Like new! It was also impeccably clean! Love their complimentary car wash service! I will continue to come here for all things Mazda. Thank you Mazda service team and Mike- you rock!

I found the car that I liked and applied for financing , all ONLINE. Approved the next day. My car will be delivered today. They have current offer which I took advantage. I have brought my Mazda to Mazda of Milford a couple times now and I am always happy with the service that they do. It is so easy to get things done through them which I love. They always give my Mazda a complimentary wash too!The staff is also very friendly which is great!I would definitely recommend bringing your car to get service done here.

Kim at Mazda of Milford was very helpful in assisting us in purchasing our new car. The entire experience went very smoothly; which I was very impressed with because buying a car can be overwhelming for some. Their entire staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely advise my friends and family to check them out when they are in the market for a new car. Below, are pictures of our new Mazda CX 30 Carbon edition. Our salesperson Andrew at Mazda of Milford was great to deal with. No hard sell, knew all about the product and was very accommodating. Dealing with price was easy and we came to an agreement fast.Our only complaint was there was a mixup with the dealer and another salesperson sold the car we were negotiating on before we could put the deposit on it. We were quite a bit annoyed but the dealership made up for it with other incentives. All it did was unnecessarily draw out the process. (the only reason for not giving 5 stars) Once we'd agreed on the deal, the car was ready for us to pick up the next day.The dealership itself is comfortable, nicely decorated and clean. No salespersons rushing you as you browse. A nice change of pace from other dealerships. Easily accessible as well.If you're in the market for a new Mazda go see Andrew at Mazda of Milford.

Everyone in service was helpful setting up my 1st appointment. Dropped the car off in the morning and confirmed the details with Liz. She got me checked in quickly, setup a ride for me to my office and I received a video from the mechanic later that day when everything was complete.

Oil change was reasonably priced. The lounge is a comfortable setting to wait while your vehicle is being serviced. The service associates were kind & let me know of upcoming services but were not pushy to have them done immediately.

I remember when taking ones car to be serviced was a hectic experience. Not any more---not at Mazda of Milford. Make an appointment, be on time, and sit back and relax or check out the new models. Tha staff is very helpful and friendly. You'll find out all about your car and how it is doing. Make the best of owning a car.

It was the most pleasant experience! I went in for my first service so wasn t sure what to expect. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Mike who walked me over to the waiting lounge. I brought my laptop to do some work in the waiting lounge while they serviced my car. While I sat there working I would get periodic updates from Mike, aside from a monitor that shows the progress. When they were done I got a link with a video of my car and the technician explaining everything that was done. Soon after I got the link Mike came out to let me know I could stay as long as I wanted but my car was ready. I honestly considered staying longer because the lounge area was so nice and I was able to get a lot done in the couple hours I spent there. Overall, great experience and I would highly recommend!

I had an exceptional car-buying experience at Mazda of Milford thanks to our salesperson, Gary. He was so knowledgeable and addressed every single question we had, gave us recommendations that worked for us, but was never pushy. Even though we hadn t planned on making a purchase that day, Gary not only got us a great deal but also made us feel genuinely taken care of. He was able to confidently deliver on every promise, and went above and beyond, which played a significant role in our decision-making process.He provides a level of service and trust I haven't experienced at other dealerships in the area and I couldn't be more thankful we had the pleasure of working with him.

I use Mazda of Milford for all my service for my Mazda. They have always been great to me. Fair and informative. Anthony the mechanic has helped me on a number of occasions. Gave me true and honest feedback without trying to push products or services. Hoping they can help take my Mazda from 186k miles to a full 300k! Here s looking to another 114k!

Great service. Easy online appointment scheduling for all your service needs. Amazing customer service with thorough inspection of vehicle at no additional cost to the customer. Thank you to Mike who went above and beyond to make sure I was informed of all issues with my vehicle before I left the dealership. I recommend bringing in your vehicle to Milford Mazda if you want great reliable honest service.

I have been a Mazda driver/owner for over 10 years and a client of Mazda of Milford for the last 5. Their service department is extraordinary. They are efficient, communicative, detail oriented, and punctual. As a matter of fact, their service department was a driving factor to purchase my new Mazda from Mazda of Milford. While the purchasing experience was perfect, it is the service department we interact with, once the purchase is done. So, the quality of their work is even more important to me. And, I am a very pleased customer!

Excellent experience at service center! Arranging appointment online was super easy. Service and cost were thoroughly explained prior to service. I waited and was in and out in a reasonable time. An I issue that I mentioned last minute could not be taken care of correctly, so they arranged for me to bring car back in and will have a loaner car waiting. A rare find in today s world of customer service.

We were very pleased with the service we received at Milford s Mazda dealership. We had left the car the evening before via the night drop & asked to have it ready in early afternoon. I received a text @ about 10:30 am saying it was ready (!) .When we picked it up, the service rep and the service mgr. thoroughly covered all that had been done to our car and asked if I had any questions. I then went on to the cashier & paid my bill. All three were extremely gracious and helpful. In short, every aspect was super easy & all transactions were professional & friendly.

I just moved to the area, and got to work with Michael Leslie. Cannot express how wonderful him and his coworkers were. They were thorough and efficient, upfront about what needed to be done with my car. I will continue to come here for my vehicle needs, and enjoy the service and sales teams I interacted with. My experience at Mazda of Milford was excellent. The staff there were friendly, attentive and fast. I love going to this location because it s convenient and close to my home. The aesthetics of the place are nice and the waiting area is large and equipped with drinks. I was provided a cool video via text showing me the findings of the service. I would definitely recommend this Mazda.

I recently damaged my rim and tire and had a worry-free experience getting it replaced at Milford Mazda. My service consultant, Greg, was very courteous and provided swift service. He also performed a full-circle check for my car and provided a status report which is much appreciated. I highly recommend Milford Mazda for your service needs.

It is always a pleasure to get my family's SUV worked on, at Mazda of Milford. Mike and his team of service representatives are simply top notch. Any help you need, believe that you will get it...and accurate, clear outlines of your service and cost breakdown, too.I had my children with me at this service appointment, because there were no loaners available when I booked the service appointment. Bummer, right? Well... Mike arranged to have my children and I dropped at the mall, to get something to eat, then got us picked up afterwards, when we were done. My car was well serviced, washed, and ready to go when we returned. I felt like a valued customer...just like I always do when I go here. I am definitely going back. The car feels great, too.

My experience was excellent. I brought my Mazda CX5 in for service, the Service Advisor came right out when I pulled up took my car . I was told 45 minutes and it was completed in 45 minutes. The waiting area is extremely clean and everyone is nice and professional. Great experience. Greg my Service Advisor was knowledgeable and very nice.

I came into the service department in Milford on a Friday morning after a warning went on for my Mazda CX30Lizabeth was so accommodating -I did NOT have an appointment but she was able to get me in that same morning and also provide me with a ride to work I received a text later that morning telling me the good news, my car was fixed and covered under warranty.I also received a video of the service tech showing and explaining what he did to fix the problem.How cool is that !Received a free car wash prior to picking it up which was an added plus !

I had a Mazda 3 for years that I loved so I wanted to check out their bigger models as we prep for our first baby. I came to Mazda Milford and spent 20 minutes looking at every car in the showroom. I opened and sat in every car, opened all the trunks, looked through them extensively. It wasn't busy at all, there was only one other customer in the dealership. There were plenty of salespeople around and not one of them said hi, acknowledged me or offered to help. Eventually I left if they thought I couldn't afford it, they need to check themselves. It's a MAZDA dealership not a Bentley. Hubby and I went up the road and bought a Lexus RX and are very happy with it!

In all it took 1 hour and 30 minutes to do an oil change and tire rotation. I feel it should not have taken more than an hour. The shop video was a good idea but shop noise was louder than technician. Sometimes he could not be heard. Satisfied with the service and suggestions.

It was my 3rd time getting a car from Mazda in Milford and can t complain about the work they do. Jaden was great and handled everything quickly. Very knowledgeable and didn t waste any time. Always great when we can make a deal and get things done within a few hours.

Overall had a good experience when buying my new car here last month. No gimmicks, straight forward with pricing and no markups. They weren't willing to negotiate on price which if fair i guess but sales people and finance guys were good to work with.The one thing that bothers me, could be my fault for not double checking, is that on the paperwork it stated that the car had only 2 miles on it. I did test drive it and didn't recall seeing 2 miles it was more around 50 and I put money down on it after the drive so technically no one should have been driving it after me. I left it over the weekend to get the special coating they put on it and when I left after picking it up, I realized it had 100 miles on it. So someone was driving it over the weekend. I'm assuming it's someone name Andrew as his name was in the system when I was hooking up my phone to the car.Other than that no issues with the employees there. They were attentive and not aggressive. I'd recommend this dealer to someone else. Haven't gone in for service yet but I'll be sure to post how that goes.

Lizabeth was very helpful and friendly at the front desk. The technician sent me a video of the work that he did and I was out of there in less than an hour. The whole process went smoothly. Kudos to Mazda of Milford s service department!
