Management is terrible. Parts are always damaged. Drama runs rampant amongst the employees. If you want quality parts and service go anywhere else. All 5 star reviews are from the company.

They lost my order, there's no sales department at the Milford location, need to call up a 800 number, every time I would make one-sentence statement they would put me on hold for another five minutes, customer service is terrible... CertiFit prices are a lot cheaper in the customer service is better

The worst place you can buy replacement or used engines or transmission expect to receive a ding up rusty motor or tranny and the core charge you won t receive your funds back until you call and call and call and you probably still won t get your funds
