Had a great experience with Michael and Scott. Both were knowledgeable, friendly, and went out of their way to get us into a vehicle in our price range. Highly recommend Key Hyundai!

I had the pleasure to be helped by Christopher who did an amazing job meeting my needs. I had a few specific things I wanted when looking for a vehicle. He took the time to walk me through and even answer any questions I had. Very thankful and appreciative. Great service, great place.

I got a phone call from a salesman named Kel. He told me about this buyback program . I was skeptical since I ve had my lease for only a year. However I went in and met with Kel and he put me into a brand new 2024 Tucson XRT! I did my paperwork with the Finance Director Frank and he made the process simple and informed me of everything I needed to know. If you need a car go to Key Hyundai of Milford and make sure to ask for Kel. He will take excellent care of you!

When walking into the Milford store, I already had my guard up. I ve had many unpleasant experiences with dealerships and car salesmen. This difference between Chris Daniels and a salesman, is Chris was trying to solve my problems opposed to making a sale or making a commission. He made me feel comfortable and unpressured. Don t get rid of this guy!!!

I love this place! Went there at the last minute because my breaks were bad and they didn t turn me away. Brian took care of me. The technician that was at the desk with him said he would personally do my breaks. I wish I asked his name. Young Spanish gentleman, I appreciate you so much! I got out in no time. Scheduled a tire change and rotation. They ordered the tires. I come in drop off and hour later to be told wrong size. Not good Key . This is after telling me you did a oil change and actually never touched my car. That was last year, nothing has changed. Extremely poor customer service.

you are if looking for excellent service experience Key Hyundai is the place to go to. In the event that you have a problem big or small make sure you contact Paul the service Manager once you speak with him you have a friend for life...my experience was beyond my expectations I'm a happy camper now...thank you PaulAnd your service teamGO KEY HYUNDAI !!!

Customer service was horrible. They took forever with my car. They did not contact me at all to let me know what was going on with my vehicle. Additionally, every time I tried to call to find out if my car was ready I always talked to an answering machine and no one ever called back. I had to leave work consistently to come and find out that my vehicle was not ready. In my opinion they need more women working at this location in the service area. Better support with customer service and structure.
