Got side swiped on highway. John at J&M took my car in day after accident. Finished in a week. Very professional great quality work would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a great body shop.

Someone broke into my car with a huge rock and broke my window and damaged my door. J & M took great care of me. The gentleman at the front desk helped me to securely patch my window with sticky plastic until I was ready and got the job done for a reasonable price. They also cleaned the inside and outside of my car to top it off. Overall very impressed with the service and would definitely recommend.Service: Body & Trim

I needed repairs for my car after an accident, and due to many places being backed up I was receiving estimates about 2-3 months out. When researching local places, I found all of the great reviews for J&M. I called them and John was so kind and accommodating and was able to fit me in within a couple of weeks! He and all of the staff were very helpful during the whole repair process! My car looks amazing after picking it up, and I couldn t recommend them enough! Wonderful service and hospitality- they remember you and your vehicle before even telling them (definitely something that sets them apart from other bigger places!)Services: Painting, Body & Trim

All around great to deal with. John and his team couldn't be more helpful. Got my car done in a week and looked like new when it was done. They even detailed it for me. This place is as good as it gets. Had a really bad experience with Derby Auto body. John took my car in he s very professional and considerate. They made my car look brand new. Thank you J&M auto body I highly recommend this auto body shop.

When we first took the car there, I was concerned about my dad s car, but one of the staff there ( John), assured me that the car will be better then it was. Honestly his confidence was in its place, after the repair, the car looks great.I also have to mention that we called/ asked about the car so many times, so thank you so much for their patience and overall great service!

Looking for a body shop is always a hard task, but J & M were absolutely amazing. They took care of the car and helped with insurance saying, not to worry if the work was over the amount; they would talk to our agency. They were so helpful throughout the entire process and our car looks BEAUTIFUL. They even detailed it after. It s so nice to have a local body shop that is reliable and kind.Service: Body & Trim

I brought my car to J&M after an accident. You would never know that my car had any damage to it after these repairs. The paint matches absolutely perfectly and they cleaned my car inside and out before I came to pick it up. The care and compassion they put into my car but me as a customer. As a female, I've endured several mechanics and car dealers who speak to my husband more than me when dealing with my car. That was never the case here! I greatly appreciate everyone here for their kindness while getting my car repaired. I'd highly recommend them to anyone!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I have used J & M to complete car repairs for the last 7 years and they have ALWAYS done a phenomenal job! They are professional and go above and beyond to meet your expectations. They recently took great care in dealing with the insurance company to get my car repaired properly! Avoiding the shortcuts many insurance companies try to take which result in a sub-par repairs. I highly recommend this body shop! My vehicle was the victim of a driver that ran a red light it had 2 k miles on it ! $13000 damages and it was repaired perfectly. I had such a wonderful experience with this family owned body shop. They restored my father's 66 Mustang and did an amazing job. I was able to see the progress during each step and the crew made sure that I was aware of anything they noticed during the process so I can decide what to fix or leave be. Every visit was great and the team was very friendly and helpful. Now I have a wonderful reminder of my father that I can cherish and pass down to my children. This car means a lot to me and I can't thank JM enough for the care and quality of work they have done.

The staff at J & M are professional, pay attention to detail, and very reasonable. I ve been bringing my cars to them for over 15+ years, they really go above and beyond for their clients. If your looking for top notch quality and service, then i highly recommend J & M Auto Body!

They were so helpful and did the best job to my car and they went above n beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my car and I thank them all in there for there hard work they put into fixing my car n making it as good as they can and I recommend everyone to bring there cars, trucks,tow trucks etc to them trust me you won t leave unsatisfied thanks for the great job you preformed to my car. {Yours truly Lisa Oneil}

Amazing exeperience. Joe is a lifesaver. He did such a great job on the bumper of my Volvo S 60. The price was excellent and my car was returned to me so quickly! He was also able to repair the damage without putting on a new bumper! My bumper looks brand new! Joe even coordinated a rental car for me from Hertz down the road. I will be going here for all of my car care needs in the future. I would highly recommend J & M Auto Body.

Believe the reviews, Joe and J&M are the real-deal, the so hard to find honest auto body shop that does amazing work. Quoted a price that at another place sounded far too high, Joe's estimate was thousands less, yet he used OEM parts and resultant flawless repair. When I left the car with his team he said he treats his customers cars like his own, and he really does: He could easily have upcharged for inexpensive Toyota factory parts, but doesn't play that game. Literally gave me back my car in better, cleaner shape than before the accident.You might think I'm part of the family given my review; I'm not, just a satisfied customer who wants others to experience the same great service and pricing, and for Joe and team to be rewarded for their honest and hard great work with lots of business. Even if you aren't near Milford, well worth the drive.

I am not one to sit and write reviews about an institution unless the experience is way over the top or down right awful. This place was AWESOME!!!. I ve wrecked a few cars and this was a first time experience. This auto body shop might be one of the best car repair, detail, customer service acquainted company s I have ever had the privilege to deal with, in the 26 years I ve owned a car. Joe in the front is phenomenal!! I can t emphasize it enough. You know when someone, just gets it? Well Joe gets its. He can see what ur thinking before you can open ur mouth.Do you know when you re a loss for words and you don t know where to turn when you re in a crummy situation like wrecking your car? This place made me feel more comfortable than I have ever felt dealing with a company in my life. Everything they promised was granted and some. I picked my car up in pristine, May I repeat, pristine condition. My car was detailed inside and out, polished, and most importantly repaired to the best quality that could be given. I end it there. Hands-down one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. And I am a critic when I spend $$. So be surprised that I m even writing this. This place is A plus. It s in my top 3 customer service companies. Amazon being 1. Just saying. Look no further.

I am so glad I went here - the other reviews were spot on. I had minor door damage to my 2012 GMC Acadia. Not being to a body shop in years and having to pay for this repair out of pocket I was at a loss. So I found J & M based on the great reviews. I met Joe who is a class act and he gave me an estimate and idea of how long it would take (three days). So I picked a day and dropped off the car. I took an Uber ride from the shop to work after dropping off my car and the Uber driver knew Joe and said they do amazing work there - he even guaranteed I would be happy! Well, he was right! The charge was reasonable and the work (more importantly) is excellent. Like Joe had stated it took less than three days to complete. I couldn't be happier. I would recommend highly if you need body repairs to your car or truck.
