I could not get an answer for what is inspected with their 24 point "free" inspection. I suspect nothing!! A DOT annual inspection for our 16' diesel box truck is a checklist and this service department does not go beyond the checklist in spite of the 24 pt inspection, and happy to charge you $337.50. Your batteries could be falling off but if its not on the "checklist" I was told we don't do it. Do not get your trucks serviced here. Find a responsible service company that cares about the work they do and their customers.

Had our truck towed there back on May 4th of 2022 (only because of where it broke down). At the time was told that they were a week out which was understandable. Ended up taking 2-2 1/2 weeks before they could even start to diagnose it out in the parking lot while waiting for a spot to open up in the shop. Around 3 weeks they finally got it in and started tearing the truck apart and found there was a gear train failure. Gave them approval to complete the work (around $20K worth). Throughout the whole experience communication was terrible. Would call for an update and would not hear anything for 1-2 days. Then when we would finally get a call back or email they would tell us they needed more parts which were back ordered. We were able to source the back ordered parts from surrounding dealers within a day to two days so there would not be any more delays. After waiting 5 MONTHS we were finally told that the truck was ready to be picked up (Sept. 21st). Walk out to the truck after getting the keys to coolant all over the ground underneath, finger prints all over the cab/body, zip ties not even cut and a nice scratch on one of the side boxes. Waited around for another hour and a half while the leak was fixed to then go to pull out of the parking lot and have the engine light come on. Turned back around and waited for another 2 hours for them to tell us we would need to leave the truck for them to continue to look at it. Truck had been there 5 months and they expect us to leave it for even longer after being told it had been road tested and everything was all set. What we have come to realize is unless you are a big name company or big fleet that continues to bring their trucks to them, they really do not care about their customers. Have already had issues with the Hartford location but figured maybe Milford would be better.

The place just ripped me off because the mechanic didn't know what fuel filter that needs to change so they change the most expensive filter and not the one that visibly needs to be changed I'll never take my truck back there again What kind of mechanic cannot see what needs to be done thinking need to go back for more training!!!Or at least ask the driver called and they said it was my fault because I didn't tell the Certified mechanic what filter needed to be change was going to take it back but don't trust them

Truck drivers, if you re owner operator with an old truck, stay away from this dealership. they will waste your time and your money for no reason. I called this place a day before I brought my truck to them, and explain to the guy name brad that I have 2005 Volvo D12, he told me to bring it, I towed my truck from Bethel, CT, to this dealership, the mechanic put it in the shop, 20 minutes later, brad came to me and say disrespectly take your truck out of my shop, we can t work on your truck, take it now we are busy! He was so rude, I was shocked of how he acted with me. I asked what happened? he said we don t work on this engine. he kicked me out like I was something else. Fortunately, there is pilot across the road. I managed to move my truck to the pilot.Don t bring your truck to this place they re rude and disrespectful, they really don t care. I ll never recommend this place.

When I call to find out if a truck is available, I just want a yes or no answer. I don't want to give my phone number before I even talk to a salesman so I can be added to your marketing list, just so I can get called and bothered about how "my experience" was 2 weeks later.You just lost a potential sale.

Horrible experience with the service department the LACK OF COMMUNICATION, We had to call several times for 2 and a half week before our truck was fixed. Our tractor was towed there and my husband was told the truck would be worked on the next day, we purchased a hotel room to wait on trucks and he goes the next day and no one was there. We had to call several times and got no answer or reply. Not only that, they never told us they did not have or could not get the part we needed. We had to call several times to find that out. We had our company send the part to have to wait 3 extra day for the repair. As an owner operator every day counts and to not know when we will be back running was very frustrating. We were at their mercy and they knew it. I hope and pray we never have to go there again.

Called on a Tuesday and made an appointment for truck service appointment to do a 10 minute re call inspection on my 2018 Ford. Showed up on Saturday and was told I don't have an appointment and that he can't pull any one off to inspect it. (its literally a 10 minute inspection from what the dealership told me). Then the service rep was rather abrupt in his efforts to close early and get out of there. Called back again during the week and now the service rep Roy tells me I have to drop the truck off and I cant make an appointment for the quick inspection plus he tells me it could take up to 3 days. How do you run a service department like this? I just spent $85,000 for a new truck that has a re call and you can look at it?

Gabrielli prices are 9xs more expensive than the TA, less than an hour away from my home. I will drive that almost hour away instead of the 15min to Gabrielli any day! They tried to charge me almost $8,000.00 for simple repairs that the TA would've charged maybe $1,000 and change after taxes! (Called and ran down the list Gabrielli gave and the prices, TA gave me their prices for what they can fix). I will NEVER receive services from Gabrielli again even if that means not buying another Volvo truck. (There are things I can only get done at a Volvo mechanic) so I will go without until I get to another state! I believe it is because I am a woman that they tried to overcharge me like they did.

Please owners operate don t go there even if you have no option or you have to send extra 1000 to get other places, if the owner of the place reply me for this and say sorry , I am telling you your are not taking this matter seriously coz people write this before me and you don t care. If I have any options to take a legal action for you I will . Take my truck 2 months to diagnosis and after that they send me 24 thousand doller estimate. This place is massive Volvo should take proper step.

I am a tow truck driver from Pennsylvania. I called this past Monday to find out about a truck to tow away from here. Talk to a man in service he said they just need to pay the bill and it'd be ready Monday afternoon I said I'd be up Tuesday morning or Wednesday morning I said what time are you in he told me 6:00 a.m. I show up at 6:00 a.m. today to be treated very rudely said we don't really open to 7:00 I don't know who would have told you we were here at 6:00 and so will somebody on the phone did he goes that was me that you were talking to and I would never tell you that. Then I said why am I here at 6:00. he went and got me the keys he continued to be very rude said well if it's blocked in I ain't going to help you any more than this. I can see why this trucking company hired us to tow their truck back to Harrisburg Pennsylvania because this place must rip you off.

This place is horrible place to go. They needed 3 days to do diagnostic on my truck. I have been in this shop for 2 weeks exactly and they still saying they waiting parts to come in. Every day they tell me that they will fix the truck tomorrow and this has been going on for 2 weeks and today i found out they have not even ordered parts. They are very unprofessional, do not care about their costumers. No matter how bad the situation is do not go to this place or you will regret it.

They took 15 days to fix my truck. Then they said they fixed it, I paid 4500$ and after few weeks I had to take truck to different shop to fix exact same thing. Very unprofessional. They don t know what they doing. Waste of time and money.

Horrible Customer Service. Picked up truck after servicing for a friend. Brad not pleasant. Maybe I am spoiled from Customer Service for Car Servicing at a Car Dealership. After getting the key truck was blocked in. Had to go back in to get other vehicle moved so I could get out.

Brought I my work van because of a leak. Ended up costing me $3,500 and van still has same leak. They Drain my batteries and wanted me to spend more. 18 point inspection worthless. 0 tolerance for stupidity

I went their to fix my truck for regen and they told me they will remove the dpf and clean it and found the problem which if causing it the 7th injector.so they just cleaned the 7th injector and put everything back.i pick the truck even before I reached my house it did it again.they told me to bring it back.know it's the 7th injector which I had to buy 450$.so in the first time I went thier they charged me 2300$ and the second time they charged me 1700$ but the truck is not fixed yet.i called them for the 3rd time they it's your truck we have to charge you when you bring it back.the problem is not fixed the truck is is in derate mode now how can I trust this people again with ma truck, do your selves a favor and don't take your trucks their to be fixed, they gonna rip u off without fixing the problem.

Twice we have towed our truck to this shop, after paying a good amount of money, the truck broke and had to be towed for the same problem. My advice be aware of poor diagnosis and be ready to break down

Broght a truck there for very hard and or no starting issue among other things and all that was done was a air filter after 2 weeks with no avail and truck still has same issue..... never actually fixed anything

I brought in my van that wouldn't start in the morning. They charged a bill and didn't fix or work on anything. I went back in the next day and front desk was rude and brushing off a the customer. Had to talk to the manager( I RARELY do)

Only reason they get a star is because that s the minimum, don t expect the bare minimum customer service from these people my truck has been here for 10 days every time I call it s a different date, always rude and not up front, unless you have a excess amount of money and time that needs to be wasted STAY CLEAR!!
