I had the most amazing experience here. I had a flat tire on I95 and got my car towed in here. Aaron, who took my call, was super responsive and friendly and reassured that he'd be able to help me. He and his team were very thorough, professional, transparent and just all around genuinely nice. Got my car taken care of even after hours so I could get my car completely fixed for the rest of my trip. Feel really lucky to have met Aaron at Firestone Milford today and really recommend their services to everyone.

My wife took her car in for an oil change, 2 days later there was a quart of oil that had leaked from the car, I took it back and was told it was from residual oil dripped onto the frame and was cleaned. The very next day, it happened again now, furious. I had to take 1/2off from work to bring the car in a second time. This time, it was discovered that the oil filter was leaking and subsequently replaced. And for my troubles, I got another oil change for free, YA RIGHT!!

This branch of Firestone is always willing and able to accomodate my car needs. I was met with professional service, both by the front end as well as the gentleman working in the garage area. I will continue to work with this team.

Today I had a 9am appointment to have alot of work done on my car. Today is New Year's Eve day and when I scheduled my appointment they told me they would be short staffed that day and to please arrive on time. I arrived and they took my car in as soon as I arrived. I spent a little over 4 hours there and that was what I expected. What I didn't expect to see was so many people come in that didn't have an appointment but the manager did his best to take care of customers without appointments that really needed to get their cars fix or evaluated today. He was very polite to the customer that didn't have appointments explained they were short staffed due to staff off for the holiday and scheduled them for another day. The manager and staff handled these customers very professionally even when the customers with no scheduled appointment for today got a little rude. Great service and great customer service. I was also shocked to find out Firestone was open on New Year's Day. If you want to retain good staff Firestone should be closed on New Year's Day!

I have been a customer for a number of years now. Unfortunately, the service keeps getting slower and slower.I make appointments every single time I go. The whole point of making an appointment is to get your vehicle in and worked on in the order the reservations were made. Made an appointment to simply take off the current four tires and put on four snow tires with rims I already own.Went to check on vehicle 4 hours later and it was still sitting outside the shop. Was told they were busy and people called out. It s not a good business model to make appointments and accept business when you don t have the staff to do it.Might be time to pick another business.

I have been a customer for several years. I even agreed to a Firestone credit card. It's amazing how the quality of the service and the workers has deteriorated in such a short time. The past 3 times I have had work done on my car I was charged quite a bit of money just to have the original issue not even fixed. I am constantly told "we can't find the problem". Today was the final straw. They had my car for 10 hours. I called a few time and I was told they were still working on it. It should be done shortly. Finally I went back right before closing. Turns out they never worked on my at all. They were too short handed. They only had one technician. So why did they agree to make an appointment? Tony was the guy running the place today. He was rude, impatient and totally NOT interested in servicing my car. He hardly spoke or explained anything. He just handed me the keys and said "all set". I asked Tony if I could speak to the manager. He told me that the manager is on vacation for a few weeks. I told him I would would not be doing business with Firestone again. He replied "OK". I hope this review saves at least one person form the hassle and stress I experienced.

The location is honest and helpful and full of humanity. I received a call from them advising that my car problem should be covered by y warranty at the dealership so I should call dealership and avoid the cost.They also helped secure me a car rental when they noticed I was having a difficult time dealing with a different rental company. I am now a dedicated customer!!!

They put my son's life in danger after installing brakes hardware incorrectly. The brakes literally seized up. Thank God they weren't on the highway. They offered coupons.... Not even a percentage of refund when I asked. If you like your life, don't get work done here and definitely don't let your kids in the car after they've done work.They also refuse to give the regional managers contact information.

I was surprised that they were able to take care of my tire problem immediately and solve problem at a fair price. I was on my way to Stamford to take care of an elderly person at a certain time and was able to get there within a reasonable time . They gave me options that worked for me.

No complaints, but after my wheel alignment. Check my brakes didn t need brakes Than Pakistani guy try to hit me with a scary to do list before 150,000 mls my truck is a 2015 only has 78,000 mls. It would cost almost 900. Do you want this done today? NO THANK YOU !!

I went to this location on Sunday for service. When I left, I posted a review based on my experience...which I then took down. I felt that I needed to give them a chance to make things right before posting a review that only told part of the story.Today I met with the manager, Brian.Although I may not have gotten the answers I was looking for, I did get answers. And valuable information and direction.I also got a glimpse into what it looked like from the other side of the interaction and I understand why it may have gotten away from us.Very pleased with the communication between the Assistant Manager and Manager.Thank you for addressing the situation and for restoring our confidence in the service you provide.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

This place saved the day for us! Traveling home from NC to NH after 12 hours on the road a tire went really bad. Everyone else in this town turned us away because it was 5 o'clock, but not Firestone! Johnnie was awesome and got us right in with a matching tire and we were on our way in less than an hour. Way to go guys. If you live in this town this is the place to go for service and friendly people. We made it home with the kids safe and sound! Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Online appointment for alignment and wheel balance was straight forward and and easy to setup. Fair price, no issues with quality of work, employees friendly and professional. Recommend giving them a try for car care

I went to the Milford , Ct Firestone for 4 new tires. Munther assisted me through a difficult process, while very busy, to find the right set of tires, at the right price. I remember purchasing tire years prior with Munther at the West Haven, CT Firestone. He was just as helpful then as he was on July 13, 2023. Honestly, he is the only reason why I remain a loyal customer of Firestone because of his dedication to his customers.

Brought my vehicle here to get my tire patched. Received a phone call saying I need 4 new tires. Told them no please just put the spare tire on. They took the spare tire out of the trunk to get to the donut tire below it and put the donut on my car. They are incompetent and only looking to rip people off. Went home and took donut off the car and put spare tire on myself.Service: Tires

DO NOT bring your car here!! You will experience nothing but frustration!! I have never written a bad review for any business however I want to save people the aggravation that I have experienced in my last 3 visits (it was loyalty that kept bringing me back but NEVER again). My list of complaints are so extensive that I would have to give them zero stars if it were an option.Services: Tires, Oil change

I heard a rattling sound coming from under my car. I called Firestone and they told me to bring the car in. TheyFound it was a loose heat shield. It was fixed along with a oil change. This took less than an hour to fix.I am very happy with the service andPrice.

I wanted to make sure I got other opinions by other mechanics in the area before I made edits to my review. I came in for them to specifically look at my heat shields for my car. They told me my front axle was looking like it needed repair, and to foot a $1,400 bill.I declined, but would rather them look at my heat shield instead. I got 2 other opinions who both said my axle was fine and that my heat shield was rotted out.Be wary ^Matt

Extremely rude salesmen. Went there Sunday morning to have tires I ordered from tire rack installed. The salesman saw me and said he would be with me in a minute while I watched him in the shop on his cell phone and talking with the other employees for over 20 minutes. Finally he comes out with a huge attitude and tells me he can't mou t the tires because he may damage them. They are normal truck tires not low profile tires and tells me he sends these out to a third party to have mounted. I left went to the Stratford firestone where they were pleasant and helpful no problem mounting and balancing them I was in and out in under 1 hrs at the Stratford store. I will never use the milford store ever again that salesman was nothing but lazy with a arrogant attitude. Be careful of taking your car here because they don't care. The Stratford store is much better

Horrible!!! I went in to have them perform a tire pressure check as well as a wheel alignment. After performing what I thought was a good job. I called them to let them know the tire pressure light was still on. He said that it sounds like a sensor issue, so I didn't worry. Fast forward to the next day and my tire is completely flat. I called them to inform them what happened and his response was you didn t tell us to look for a leak . Was he serious? Now because i didn t use the proper mechanical verbiage I lost out on the Opportunity to repair the damage then and there. This company is a piece is work, lazy uninterested and not accountable. If a client walks into and ask for a tire pressure check and a wheel alignment. Please look for leaks. Your putting people in danger that assumed you did due diligence and performed the job. Will never use them again!!Service: Wheel alignment

Went there to get my emissions done on a Saturday morning, expecting to either be turned away or be told the wait would be longer than I was willing to tolerate. Surprisingly, the wait was only a few people and they had me in and out in less that 45 minutes. The staff was really friendly, and even offered udall the people waiting some candy, albeit too early for me. I will return for emissions testing for sure, and perhaps give them a try for something else.

Bad service I had a appointment at 4pm I waited until 5:35 and my car still didn t get looked at I ask one of the mechanics about my car and he responded with a attitude so I ask the service guy for my keys and instead of him asking me what s the problem or making any suggestions to help or tell me that my car was going in next he just gave me my keys I will never go back there again
