What a great experience I had at Dan Perkins and with salesman Steve Savo. Steve was a joy to work with. He added lots of levity to a normally stressful experience. He wasn t pushy at all and told me to take my time which I really appreciated.I would 100% recommend Steve to friends and family at Dan Perkins.

David was very nice and pleasant. He identified himself and explained the process. This was my first time at the new location and he guided me to where I needed to be. He also explained some things for my next visit.It was beautiful and clean in there. There were very comfortable chairs in the waiting area and a gorgeous fish tank.

I had a great experience buying my car at Dan Perkins! I was a first-time car-buyer, so I didn t really know what to expect when I walked in. Chris Stern was very knowledgeable and patient with me as I navigated the car-buying process. He was attentive to what I was looking for, and provided guidance without being pushy. I ended up buying a car that I love for a fair price. I m happy with the service I received and am looking forward to coming back in the future.

Leased our first Subaru, Kevin was courteous and made this a very pleasant experience. A pleasure to do business. And George in finance, also made this an easy transaction. Jaymar in the parts dept. Was helpful and made our experience in purchasing accessories a delight. Highly recommend this dealership, top notch.

Dan perkins has a brand new facility. It is so easy to drop off the car for service. The waiting area is beautiful. My experience has been very positive. Everyone has been incredibly helpful and frankly, they have given me the best deal. I have leased from them for three years. They ve really worked with me and especially for the next car. Establishing a relationship overtime is everything you get to know the people and they get to know you and eventually there is help trying to do the best they can for you.

Alexa was fantastic!!! She is extremely knowledgeable about all of the cars, and the shear quantity of specifics she had memorized was very reassuring. I m very happy that She was able to help guide me on my decision making process. I left very confident about my choice. Her patience and transparency was greatly appreciated. 10/10

Diane was totally efficient, helpful.. two additional items had to be done for complete service; Diane showed photos, for my approval on the work.. after all done, she checked me outeasily..I also want to say, Nicole, at the reception desk, was most helpful and pleasant, about taking care of the rest room!Just want to send a Hello to Jeffrey Watkins, who wasn t there, but who remembered my birthday, sending me a message.. I bought the car from Mr. Watkins almost 10 yrs. ago; picked it up the day my husband passed away..So pleased to go to such a pleasant, caring place.. Thank You All

This is my first time in this dealership, my brother has a Subaru from here and I loved it. So I went to get one myself and George was amazing! He made me feel at home and was very detailed and optimistic throughout the whole process!!! Definitely recommend this dealership! They staff was great

It was very refreshing to be treated with true transparency throughout the entire leasing process. The price quoted was the actual price with no hidden or additional costs. Before I left both my salesperson and any additional staff I encountered along the way made sure I was totally satisfied with and knowledgeable about the car. I was assured that if I had any questions or concerns all I had to do was reach out. It was a truly delightful experience.

New service garage is impressive. Everyone I came in contact with was pleasant, especially Melissa. She was extremely talented in working out a glitch that she caught with my car that could have potentially caused me a problem. I appreciate the extra time she took to fix it. The lounge where I waited was very comfortable, at one point I felt like I was relaxing at home and not a car dealer! Communication while I waited was excellent, Melissa kept me updated with the repairs and did a great job every step of the way. This young lady deserves a raise! Great experience.

The entire experience was amazing from Paul in sales, Joss the manager, Mike in finance & really everyone we came in contact with! Paul went above & beyond staying for hours after closing to make sure I had all the information & details I needed to make a sound decision. I love my new 2024 Crosstrek Sport. Chris was such a nice and easy going guy- he listened to what I needed/ wanted and showed me all my options with incredible patience. Furthermore after finding the perfect car, they held it for me until I received an insurance payout from an auto accident. I cannot tell you how patient and kind everyone was. George did the financing and he was also just such a kind and knowledgeable person. In the past I had unpleasant dealings with rude or pushy financing people at another dealership but george was the opposite. I didn t even want a new car as mine had been totaled but in the end I have a nicer car that I LOVE and the purchase was frictionless. Everyone I dealt with was really nice and solution oriented. You can tell they really care about their customers and want to provide great service. I will only come here now. I will probably even go for my service because their facilities are state of the art and there is little wait time due to their set up. Thank you so much Chris and George!!!

I had an amazing second experience working with Uziel from the new location. I am now the proud owner of a 2021 Subaru Crosstrek and it wouldn t be without his wonderful help. He sat with me and really gave me all the information I needed about each car I was looking at until we found mine! Very professional and courteous, warm and friendly. He kept us informed about the nature of the problem with the car and what needed to be done. He provided clear answers to our questions. When he realized that the waiting time would be somewhat long, he offered to provide us with a loner car if we wanted to return home. We appreciated that offer, but decided to remain at the dealership.

Jason was wonderful & provided professional, personal service. Shuttle offered, but the waiting room in the new facility is very pleasant & my car was ready sooner than estimated. Being able to drop off & pick up from inside is a nice amenity. My first Subaru service experienced. Very pleased.

I brought my Subaru in for a mechanical issue. It was my first time going to Dan Perkins Subaru. I was greeted by David O in the service department. He was very pleasant, courteous and helpful in explaining the process, as we had an outside extended warranty. I ran into an issue with the warranty due to some errors from the dealer from whom we purchased the warranty from. David was very professional and understanding. He did a great job navigating the situation and working through the problem with us. His patience, communication, and effort resolving the issue and getting the needed repairs done on our vehicle was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend David O and Dan Perkins Subaru and I would not hesitate bringing my vehicle back there in the future for any service needs or repairs. They provided an amazing level of service and overall great experience.

Today I purchased a 2021 Impreza. My partner and I worked with Uziel throughout the entire process. He made himself available during offtime hours and was extremely kind and helpful. He was knowledgeable and the entire process was smooth and seemless. We were treated with respect and never felt pushed. Wonderful research and purchasing experience dealing with Ali Zumbado at the dealership.Ali was patient as I had compared and contrasted two different vehicles - Toyota from another dealership and a Subaru from his dealership.He answered my questions and worked hard to get me the best price for my purchase as well as my trade in.He is an asset to the dealership and I already referred him to a friend.
