I m very happy with going to Costco Tire to get 4x tires on my SUV. 1) Service: they actually are fully staffed and someone picks up the phone to answer questions and gave good tips. The previous other big box store I had gone to for 4 years was impossible to reach anyone or make appt. With Costco it was seamless. 2) Ease: Ordering a online was easy to buy, track my order enroute, and make my installation appointment. I knew it would take about 10 days for new tires to arrive and was simple to use scheduling site to pick a date and time. 3) Care: The staff was very friendly, and went above and beyond. They stayed late to finish my evening appt, and took the time to inspect my spare tire under my car. 4) Price: Applied Michelin discount automatically online, free installation, and to have lifetime rotation and balance, can t beat it.Honestly, after years of going elsewhere it is great to finally be in good hands that s easy to schedule and quality. I ll be doing my tires w Costco from now on.

I got my tires this morning at the Brookfield Costco & I felt a little vibration/thud noise turning my wheel right. I walked in to the Milford tire center and was welcomed by Dominic s fantastic customer service and he checked over my vehicle and tightened my lug nuts on my tires to make sure it was extra secure for me. Thank you so much for such great service!

Purchased new tires with a great discount being a Costco member. Appointment process was easy. I brought my car in and it was finished earlier than expected. Desk receptionist and mechanic were very helpful and informative. I came on a friend recommendation and now I recommend them. Great service and great value for price. With new tires you get road side assistance and a better warranty than my original tires. A investment worth every penny.

My husband has made an appointment for tire change and we were waiting two weeks to receive these tires and he supposed to be at the shop two weeks after he place the order to have his tires change. Before he arrived to the store he made a call to the place to make sure that tires are in and the store employee confirmed that YES tires are in and that he can come over to do tire change. When my husband arrived at the place the employee told him that these tires that he ordered were not good for his vehicle and he offer him different tires and said that whatever he ordered is not available today! So my husband wasted his time to drive to the place and was lied that the tires are at the shop , I can t understand why two weeks is not enough to order tires and then lie to the customers that they are in ready to be picked up! I don t feel I would ever order tires from that place and would never recommend it to anyone! We were leaving for the weekend and we had to rent a car because we did not get our tires changed on time ! They could called 3 days before my appointment and let us know that tires are not ordered so we had time to go to different place! I was never treated with such a disrespectful in my life.

Extremely helpful place...I've dropped my car here to have tires replaced more times than I can count. The staff is very helpful and good at explanations. They're clearly experienced and well-versed in their jobs. Service is very quick and convenient too, by the time I'm done shopping in the main Costco store, my tires are replaced and my car is good to go!

First time getting tires from Costco and so far it s been disappointing. They lost one of my tire valve caps, had to take the car back for another round of wheel balancing and when I checked the car camera they actually didn t do anything and simply left my car in the bay for over an hour and then called me saying it was done I didn t confront them because I m sure that wouldn t do any good to my car. I have to then take it else where to redo the wheel balancing. I shouldn t have tried Costco but the saving was too good to pass up.

This is a great Costco tire / Costco in general. Very friendly. Service is quick. Came late to my appointment by 20 minutes or so and they were still accommodating. They even pull the car forward for you.

The service is great, and the installation/rotation is quick, but wait times can often be well over an hour. This isn't a problem if you've got shopping to do in the meantime, but otherwise you'll be left waiting a while. Also of note: ordering tires that they don't have on hand will take much longer than advertised.

I went in as a walk in since my tires arrived earlier than usual. Great staff was done in an appropriate amount of time since they had other appointments they needed to do first.

Good price on tires but not worth it due to long waits for installation. They never called or emailed when tires arrived. And even with an appointment, I waited over two hours (very few appointments available; had to wait weeks).

Are used to go to townfair trying to save some money. But the quality of work is poor.We have four cars in our family and have used Costco for two of them. Staff there is always professional and does quality work and takes pride in what they do.

Great people, great tires they fill them with nitrogen. Best deal around plus if you have a blowout or a flat they will fix it for free for you anywhere in the United States where there is a Costco, you do not get that with the local tire shop.

I love coming to this place! One of the tire techs, his name is Mike, he s very kind, attentive and knows what he s doing! They always take great care of me and get the job done right.

The guys are amazing! Fast and professional. They were pretty busy and got my valve stem replaced quickly. They did the job while I did my shopping

The wait is ridiculously long. They need more employee's at the tire service desk. Eric the employee that helped us was excellent, two more of him would've been fantastic!!!!!!!

I went Costco Tire Center at Boston Post Rd, Milford, over a month ago. The guys were very nice and friendly, and the service was excellent. Very recommended!Thank you!

Costco has and always beat other tire places prices but the return visit keeps me coming back. Courtesy and quickness is always there.

Waiting times are too long!!!!! Even with an appointment I had to wait 2.5 hours for my car! The appointments are a joke, sorry!
