Went to Toyota with really no plans of buying a car immediately. I d been researching for a while and test driving different cars. I had the pleasure of working with Jamaican Mike and he was a wealth of knowledge, very respectful, and extremely helpful. After a test drive I was confident it was the car I wanted. He went above and beyond to make sure all of the additives I wanted were on the vehicle. The purchasing process was slow smooth as can be and I would highly recommend him and the dealership to anyone.

I had a great experience! Taylor was amazing! She went above and beyond to make me happy and get me in a car that was perfect for me! She listened to all my concerns and wants and made it happen! She wasn t pushy and didn t just try and sell me a car but made sure it was the car that was for me! I spoke to other people at other dealership but Taylor left an impression and I returned! I would recommend Taylor and Colonial Toyota 100x over! 10 out of 10 experience!

I had an easy time with leasing my Toyota Sienna. Steven and Michael were extremely fast and helpful and I was done paperwork within an hour.When it came to checking out all I needed was transit plates.They said it will be done shortly. The people in charge of issuing it MADE ME WAIT 5 HOURS!!!I thought it took time, but when it came closing time they started working on it and it only took 10 minutes!!I am not sure why they wanted me to wait for 5 hours and service more customers who came in after me!I would not recommend going to a place that has no issues letting customers wait, just say they can make more sales!I live over 2 hours away and had nothing to eat there. They kept on telling me it will be done shortly. I CAME HOME A WRECK!

My experience at Colonial was really good. Jorge Bolivar was really helpful and understanding, he managed to acquire a RAV4 Prime for me, other dealers had one year wait for the specific trim that I wanted. Would definitely recommend them for the buying experience.

I was at the end of my lease and I didn t think I had any options. Joey took such good care of me. I never felt pressured, or pushed. I am beyond happy with my decision. He gave great customer service and valued my business. I would recommend him to anyone!

Toyota corolla is a solid choice and it s a compact car that offers safe and a reliable ride.There are safety features like automatic high beams,automated emergency braking etc.It s also a fuel efficient with modern look and features and in affordable price.I am thankful to Mr.Syed who helped a lot in purchase of this vehicle and still helping with whatever concern I have.

Sal was awesome, I bought my first car. He worked with me and kept his word with everything. He is honest and makes you laugh. So if you go to Toyota in Milford. Ask for Sal. He is a good kid. I love the highlander. Eddie is a good guy too

Come in to see what was our best option with my lease ending with the world the way it is and percentage rates WAY above what we had with our lease. I ended up keeping my car. The salesman manager Sean was nothing but upfront and honest with us. Mike in the finance department really worked with us to get us the absolute best payment although the outcome was not what my husband and I were expecting they really worked with us to get us close to what we wanted! They truly care about their customers!

When I walked into that Toyota dealer, I was looking for a red Toyota Camry with a sunroof . I honestly didn t think I would find my dream car and drive it off the lot a few hours later!! Sal totally exceeded my expectations . I got the one I wanted, but with a panoramic sunroof 2021XLE fully loaded!!!! I m beyond happy with my car and the service I received. Sal and Eric Schwartz were very nice , professional, knowledgeable and informative. the process went smooth. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy a new or used car. I will definitely go back there again if and when I ever wanted to buy another car. Ask for Sal he will show you the cars and Eric will close the deal. Thanks guys

Angel helped us find a great deal on a new camry. He was extremely friendly and easy to work with. We caught him as he was leaving his shift the night before and he took time to go over the available stock before he left so we knew it was worth scheduling an appointment the following day.

Joey Philson was the most helpful representative I could have had at this dealership. He not only showed me several options and worked with my budget, but also added humor and made the shopping experience much easier going. It was my first time buying a car at a dealership, and although I am only 18, he was able to work with my family and I extremely well. I highly recommend using him as your representative when buying your vehicle here, as I am extremely thankful for my experience.

My alternator broke on my 2009 Tacoma with 265,000 miles on it, while heading up to Boston on an urgent mission. I found Colonial Toyota and pleaded my dire straight. I never realistically expected them to be able to do a job like that with the incredibly busy schedule they have but a man named Chris stepped to the plate and hit a grand slam right out of the park! Not only did he do his best to try and get it done, he had me back on the road in just a couple of hours. The mechanic even sent me a video explaining the work he had done on my truck while I was waiting, incredible! I made it to Boston in time and will never forget the saints at Colonial Toyota. They were absolutely amazing and really went above and beyond the call of duty! I will always be eternally grateful for their grace and ability to make a REAL difference in someone s life during a critical situation. I thank all of you for your superb service and am thankful to you beyond words, you re very much appreciated! Best experience ever with any dealership, by far! Kudos ladies and gentlemen, mission accomplished, well done

Came in for a pre-scheduled oil change appointment at 2:40pm.Checked in car at 2:30pm, they couldn't find the appointment on their end, but I had the email and text appointment confirmation -- first red flag. Anyway, I was advised it would be about 90 minutes. A little long for a basic oil change, but I wasn't stressing about that. I figured I'd sit and have a coffee.I started getting worried at about 3:45pm when I didn't get any text updates, so I went back to service to see what was going on. Lots of apologies, the car hadn't even been pulled in yet, but I was assured it was next in line and should be done within a half hour.Checked back in service at about 4:15pm after still no updates, more apologies, car still hasn't been pulled in. I asked for the car to be brought back around, took my keys, and left without an oil change.Total waste of an afternoon, poor communication all around, and I felt my time was not valued.

Be VERY careful placing a deposit down at this dealership. I placed a $2500 deposit down on a 4Runner TRD Pro that was expected to arrived by 3/15/24. On 2/17/24, I notified my salesman, Francisco Delacruz, that I would not be moving forward whom stated he would process my refund on Monday 2/19/24. He stated it would take 5-7 days for my refund to process.I contacted Francisco today 3/1/24 to notify him that I've still not received my refund (10 days after is was to be processed). He did not answer my call but sent me a message that he was in a meeting and would contact me when he was finished up. He never returned my call so around 5pm I contacted the dealership to speak with whomever processes refunds and was hung up on. I called back to the dealership 3 times and each time the person answered then kept hanging up on me.I then sent a text message to Francisco Delacruz, letting him know that that I take it they're playing games refunding my money. He stated he said it would take 5-10 business days. I told him he stated 5-7 days, but regardless, today is the 10th business day and I still have not received my refund. He stopped communicating which is not surprise.STAY AWAY!

Review view for Robbie service manager. Friendly, courteous knowledgeable, helpful. Robbie is Golden. Don't lose them. Don't lose him. New service area looks great. They deserve it. And Eddie upstairs. Eddie Pag�n good guy. It's a pleasure to do business with Toyota. But I still don't like my Venza.
