I do the 35 minute drive to Branca s every time my 2009 vehicle has an issue because they re honest, knowledgeable, reasonably priced and good people. This morning, my car door had what I thought would be an expensive issue but the owner showed me the immediate fix, with no cost. Their honesty and character is amazing (especially when most area mechanics require a 3 digit fee for any use of their time)

Jeff Branca is a kind and genuine professional. As I shared my issues with my car, I felt heard. Jeff listened and thoughtfully addressed each of my concerns. He rescued my family from a much higher expense. I highly recommend Branca to anyone who needs automobile maintenance and/or repair.

Came here on a recommendation and couldn't be happier. Have taken cats there for several issues. Every time I get a thorough explanation of what the issue is and multiple options on how to proceed. Fairly priced, friendly staff, very reasonable turn around time. Highly recommend.

I have used Branca s at least four times in the last one to two years for some major repairs! Jeff, Mike, and the team there are absolutely amazing! They keep you in the loop, they are reasonable, they are honest, hard working and most importantly, very trustworthy! I would take my car nowhere else. I have a 2011 Hyundai Veracruz and have been railroaded and misled by the Hyundai dealership in Milford countless times. I can t tell you how many times Branca s has without a doubt been a lifesaver.Services: Steering & suspension replacement, Transmission replacement, Oil change

While shopping for a Bentley out of state, I was trying to find a mechanic to perform a pre-purchase inspection. These great reviews of Brancas are true.1. They were immediately accommodating even though I was not an established customer.2. The mechanic that was able to review the car was familiar with working on Bentleys. They were able to assure me that the car that I was purchasing was in the best possible mechanical condition. They were able to insure me that the vehicle would have no problem making the 12 hour ride to my home.3. They made a point to tell me that they are there to make me aware of any defects that they would come across. This made me feel like they were working for me and my best interest.4. The transaction made was reasonable, thorough, honest, and professional.5. In the end of all of this journey the car performed exactly how he explained with no issues and coming here really gave me peace of mind in moving forward with making the decision to purchase a car unseen. I ve had my vehicle serviced here multiple times. Whether it s routine maintenance or a specific repair, the service here is always quick, affordable and their customer service is unmatched! In addition, you can count on their honesty (I ve never experienced any up selling techniques here), they only recommend necessary repairs to get your vehicle in good health :)Mike is very friendly and kept in communication with me every step of the way. Branca's has been servicing my vehicles for probably over 15 years now and can always count on them for excellent service and great pricing too!If any of my cars needed repairs we would arrange servicing, if they didn't need it, they would tell that also. Jeff Branca, his employees and mechanics are always courteous, friendly and experienced. I have been going to Jeff Branca's auto repair shop for over 25 years now and have always been very satisfied with his service. He has a great team of mechanics that always find the problems and repair the cars correctly the first time. Jeff is always honest with his customers and very fare with his pricing. It's always a pleasure bringing our cars for repair to Branca's.

I've recently started visiting Branca's for repairs on my 07 Mercedes C230. The quality of service here is unrivaled by any shop I've visited prior, for any car I've owned. The kindness, accommodation, and quality of service alone are something rumored not to exist in the auto repair world. I'll continue to bring this car to them, and plan to do so with any future purchases.My Mercedes definitely had a troubled past, and these guys have essentially done whatever they can to help me bring it back to its best. The prices are beyond reasonable, the work is quick-yet-quality, and everyone employed here is pleasant. I'm always one to try and get my hands dirty on my own car, but other than my own satisfaction of doing it myself it doesn't make sense for me to even bother when the service is this great.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

My new mechanic!. Mike got me right in and my car is running great. I thought my repair was going to be in the thousands that s how bad my car was. I was very pleased with the price and customer service!!! I was referred by a friend who says she doesn t bring her car anywhere else and now I can see why.

Outstanding Auto Center! I am really impressed with the service at Branca's Auto Center. They were able to get me in right away to have my rear brakes repaired and replacement of the transmission fluid. The repairs were completed sooner than I expected and I was kept up to date throughout the process - Mark was very kind and pleasant to work with. I was able to drop my car off and pick it up after hours and the price for the repairs was lower than expected. This was my first visit but I would not hesitate to trust my car to Branca's Auto Center for repairs and maintenance.

The whole crew here is exceptional. Been going to Branca's for roughly 20 years and will never take my vehicle's anywhere else. Great service, straight forward and just personable guys. Absolutely would recommend!

Reliable, professional. Brancas will explain what is needed. Give you options, prices are comparable with other establishments. You also get you vehicle back, with no oil or grease stains on steering wheel or sears, which is one of my pet peeves.

Jeff, Tim and the entire Branca's team are best there is. Excellent service,quality and value. It doesn't get better that that. I feel fortunate that my friend recommended them to me 10+ years ago, and I will never go anywhere else.

Branca's Auto Center is fantastic!I broke down far from home and had my car towed to a Chrysler dealership in Milford CT. I had a terrible experience with this dealership and didn't know what to do.I called Branca's Auto Center and they took care of everything, from towing my van to their shop all the way to the completion of the repair. My engine had died while under warranty from a third party, Branca's worked with that company, did the tests that company requested, got the new engine from them and installed it all in a very timely manner.I live 2 1/2 hours from Milford CT and had to do everything over the phone and even though I'm not from the area, Branca's treated me like I was. I am very grateful to them for their efforts on my behalf and for the excellent service they provided to me in my hour of need.I would defiantly recommend them to anyone. Thanks again!
