I visited the store on Thursday afternoon toPurchase a battery for my RAV4. The staff was amazing They helped with the installation and were extremely patient and friendly!I strongly recommend them especially for folks like me with limited knowledge of auto mechanics.

Needed a new battery for my key fob. I do not know how to fix anything car related unfortunately and don t like asking for help. Staff were kind, patient and even changed the battery for me. Store was clean and organized. Will definitely return. Also, we had snow the night before and I was impressed that the parking lot & walkways were already cleaned off.

Came in to check warranty on a battery. Front desk women told me that it might be expired without even looking up my information. Starts getting an attitude when I ask her to look my information up. If you're going to have a lazy attitude and not do you're job then do not work at a location that deals with customer service.

Jeff, Chris and rich were the best. I came in almost at closing time to change a headlight and they did not hesitate to give me the best customer service ever. Jeff went the extra mile tonight for me. Would definely recommend if they are there. I will be a returning customer.

I came in for a simple problem: to replace my old and broken license plate holder. The guy behind the counter was even nice enough to install it for me since mine was hanging on by one screw and I didn t have a screwdriver in the car. I don t see old-school customer service like that anymore. Well done and thanks AutoZone.

He got me! The store manager was knowledgeable about the deals offered, and provided me with options based on those sales. Everything I needed was provided to me, and then optional replacement items I didn't realize I needed I ended up taking as well. My car is happy with new oil, filter, and air filter. Prices are comparable to advanced auto. Would recommend

After my husband called and had them order his parts . AutoZone called that the parts were at the store, so he went to the store to pick them up. When he arrived he was told that only half the parts were there. When he asked why he was called when only half the parts had been delivered, the store associate give no explanation and no apology. The store associate then told my husband that they would be there the next day. Disgruntled , my husband said he would drive back the next day to get the rest of the parts. My husband drove down, again, the next day. A different store associate could not find his name/account/parts. The associate from the previous day walked in and said he deleted him from the system and therefore canceled the parts order. No phone call, no apology, nothing. Just attitude and disregard for customer satisfaction. Apparently they don't need your business so go down the road to advanced auto, where they have most parts available at store and are polite and friendly. This is NOT the first time multiple visits are required to get a simple part from AutoZone. Don't waste your time.

Couldn t get any service at advanced so I stopped by here and it was such a breeze I m converted to a customer here now. The younger gal who helped me was friendly and knowledgeable. Totally turned my mood around!

I would like to commend Nathalie who helped me today by checking my battery and alternator. She was polite, pleasant and well-informed. She relieved my anxiety about my car s performance and did so very efficiently. I will definitely revisit this particular shop thanks to Nathalie s expertise and customer-friendly service.

I love going to autozone, they are so helpful. Recently I went in to change the battery on my key faab, I went to another business first but they did not know how to change my battery. Went to Autozone and they knew exactly what to do, fixed it quick and easy. Would recommend Autozone not only for your auto needs but also the price of their products, so reasonable.

Great team Jas�n, Cory and Joel were really helpful I appreciated today how all of them were helping every customer and also were able to support to each other when one of them were having some issues at the counter. I will always be back. I loved the team effort and they all have a wonderful customer service.

Not giving them my business again. I'm having trouble with my ford fusion battery so I remove it and bring it in. I tell them the make, model, year, engine size and transmission of my car and it's obvious the kid behind the counter doesn't know what he's doing. He seems new and it's totally understandable that he needs help with a battery exchange. He calls to his manager who shouts at him what to do since he's on the other side of the store. He goes gets me my battery and another manager comes over to help him out with the checkout. I get home and the battery is wayyyy too big to fit in my car. I bring it back to the store and the kid insists that I must have giving him the wrong information. Now I'm not one to give someone new on the job a hard time when he messes up, but to try and pass the blame onto the customer really pisses me off. The manager who helped us check out comes over and she says I must have given them the wrong model. I insist that I didn't. She then says that I must have given them the wrong year. They are now clearly fishing for something that I did wrong, which further pisses me off. It seems really unprofessional and inconsiderate for two employees, one of which who wasn't there when I gave them the info, to insist that I was the one who messed up. They finally get me the right battery. I go home and tell this story to my father who tells me that when he ordered brake pads from them they gave him 2006 Honda Pilot brakes instead of the correct 2016 Honda Pilot brakes. Clearly they don't care about getting your car details right and in my case when they mess up they blame the customer. Stay away!!

Stopped in today with my old truck because the service engine light came on. Dennell was able to determine what the problem was with the "fix finder" tool. Turned out to only be a faulty gas cap which luckily was in stock. Dennell removed the old one and attached the new on and I was good to go! Everyone in the store was so helpful! Will definitely be using them again!

I went to this location today - the New Milford store - to get new windshield wipers for my parents car, and I had the pleasure of being helped by Natalie and Joel. Both Natalie and Joel were very personable and made me feel appreciated as a customer. In my opinion, they went above and beyond my expectations and should be commended for their kindness and professionalism (especially given these challenging times we are all currently living in and dealing with). Yesterday I had a great help with a girl name Nataly (don t remember how to spell it). She helped me with a battery and even installed for me! Thank you so much and I am definitely coming back for any parts I need for my car.Great customer service,specially for a girl like me that doesn t know anything about cars.

Had no idea what size wiper blades my car needed but thanks to Scott at Auto Zone I got the right ones and he even installed them. Awesome customer service!

I needed a left signal bulb replaced, went there they told me which one to get and asked if anybody can show me how to replace, Kevin said if it is easy reach he would change it. It was reached by under the car, he replaced one and asked if I want the other side also I said yes, that got done and I remembered about the windshield wiper being 15 years old and never changed asked him of they have that in stock, he checked got the new one and changed that too. Keven is a gem and I look at auto zone now with so much more than ever. Thanks Kevin !

I went to get my oil changed today and realized none of my blinkers were working (!!!) so stopped by AutoZone in NM they re always so helpful. True to form, when I went in and asked if they knew which fuse might need to be replaced, Dannell actually came out to my car and try to find the right fuse; when that didn t work, tried replacing a lightbulb even searched online to see if there s some special issue because it s a hybrid. After nearly 45 mins trying to help me (it was a quiet Thursday morning), we agreed it s got to be a Toyota-specific thing. When I offered to pay for the time spent, Dannell wouldn t accept anything so I m writing this review to tell everyone how amazing they are! I was completely embarrassed that I didn t know my car well enough to fix this myself (my dad would be disappointed!) but they brushed it off and were incredibly kind and helpful. A total superstar. AutoZone is lucky to have someone like Dannell on their team!

Its the most racist store i ever been in just brought back a starter for my boss they had the idea cause i was a black puertorican i was less then my boss thats a great white man went over with me and they had no issue in the return but just long faces

Chrystal gave me personalzied and attentive service, including informing me that the store had a Toyota OEM filter in stock for the same price as the aftermarket one I was about to buy. She also efficiently processed a return even though I had lost the receipt. Well done Chrystal !

Very rude to customers and unprofessional. The men working treated the women in the store poorly and when a man walked in they become very unprofessional in the way they spoke to them. They were very unhelpful to me today, maybe the phone the old guy was on was more important. I will never return to this store. Advanced Auto is a quarter mile up and they are very helpful. They only reason I actually went into this store was because I ordered some things online and it was supposed to get shipped to my house one of the items didn't show up and they called me to tell me it was there .

I went to Autozone for a battery for my ride on mower. The staff there was very helpful and knowledgeable. In particular, Natalie went above and beyond by driving to another Autozone to pick up the battery since it was out of stock in the New Milford store. With her help, I was able to have my battery that same day. Great staff and service at this store.

Friends` car battery was very dead. Spoke to Cory on the phone and got excellent recommendations; Joel took care of them at the store. Between the two of them, they got above-and-beyond service. I was very glad to know that my friends were in great hands!

Crystal was very helpful grabbing everything we needed and helped us find everything including some great deals for oil changes! It s also super nice that this store donates their gloves to hospitals during this crisis.

I like to come to this AutoZone for many reasons... it is in my town, they know me by my first name, but nothing is more important than the knowledge they have on their products, every time I see Ian or Nathalie I know I'm in good hands. They are great. 5 Star service.

Was looking for a less common color touch-up paint. They didn't have it but directed me to another store nearby (Levine Auto Parts) that could mix it (off premises) for me from the paint code. Very nice and helpful.

Our battery died, but the men at Auto Zone in New Milford, CT saved the day. Corey arranged for the exact battery we needed to be waiting for us. Joel handled the tricky installation with ease. Everything was taken care of in an efficient, professional, and friendly manner.

I stopped by to pick up a replacement lightbulb for my Honda. Not only did they physically point them out to me, not just direct me, but Nick offered to install it too! I'm very grateful as you have to be a contortionist to replace it! Thanks again guys!

My last visit to AutoZone was absolutely amazing. I ended up taking a stop at the New Milford location to get some headlights for my car. After leaving the location, I realized I had left the items there. I got back to the location with about 5 mins of closing and Joel (Rodriguez) & Natalie (Feliz), not only stayed late to help with questions but Joel stayed back another 30 minutes to help put in the headlights in my vehicle. It is very rare to get customer service of this caliber in general, but for an individual to spend 30 minutes after closing helping with an issue, I thought that was phenomenal. Thanks again the AMAZING Autozone team of Joel and Natalie for going beyond in this instance. You guys are godsends.
