I absolutely love this place. These guys are great. I first went to them back when they were at their old location, for tints. Years later I returned to have a remote start put in, tints on my new car, and tints for my boyfriends car. Everyone is so nice and they always assist in changing my battery out on my remote start keypad when it dies. Highly recommend them for service!!!

Very knowledgeable and customer oriented, I had a remote start installed in a 2021 jeep wrangler with a manual Transmission, it took a bit longer than expected and had to be kept over night to finish so they paid to get me home. Once the installation was complete David went over everything and didn't walk away until he knew I had understood everything. Would go back in a heartbeat

I had a positive experience. Installed: head unit with navigation, amp, speakers/tweeter, sub, sounds dampening material in the doors. The tech, Dave, did an excellent job installing everything properly. Good communication from the start. He clearly knows what's he's doing and I felt confident leaving my new car with him. The results were flawless. I got exactly what I wanted. I would recommend them to a friend. Thank you!

Just had my Ford Edge tinted and they did an amazing job. The little things and the attention to details is what gets me back to that business. After a car gets tinted you cannot lower the windows for at least 2 days if it s in the sun all day. He went ahead and added a sicker on my window buttons saying Do Not Lower Window. I loved that! They did an awesome job. My tints looks amazing. I m going back to get my car audio system upgraded. Thank you again.

Was supposed to have a back up camera and back up sensors installed in my truck. Was working with Dave.I was told the parts are on order for the entire summer. He never called me I always called him to check the status. Was always told they are on ordered. Like a fool I gave him the benefit of the doubt for just about a year. I found it hard to believe so I stopped calling to inquire and he never called me to tell me the parts had arrived. My guess is the parts were never ordered and I just wasn t important enough as a repeat customer. I ll be taking my business elsewhere.

They are the best hands down! They provide great customer service and back all of their work. Even 2 years later I was having a problem with my remote starter because of a new battery. I called when they were technically closed but someone was still there and he worked with me on the issue for 20 mins over the phone. The next day I needed my remote reprogrammed and they took me right away. I would not go anywhere else they are the best!

I had these guys put a set of speakers and an amp a few years back. and finally I decided to upgrade the system. I was told by another shop that they gave a s#$%^ job. and he show me how everything was connected. I was very disappointed. I paid these guys a lot of money and I still could not get a decent job. for the speakers they use dried wall screen to the body of the car. so my car was rattling. then they use the wrong bracket for the speaker. so more rattling. the twitter were just hanging there by a small thread. the wiring was very sloppy. it has to be redon. my speakers were making a buzzing sound as well. and to top it off. the amp that was installed is a good amp. but they just place it under the seat. with no bracket to hold it. so had to keep moving it back. seriously, this is one of the worse. Do not give them your hard earn money if they cannot do the job properly.

David has offered to come to my aid with a dealership issue on my car that he installed a remote starter in. There is no problem with the remote starter but the car needed a new engine. He has shown me that there are professionals out there who go the extra mile, caring, and understanding. David is awesome and I am so grateful. Thank you

Very nice store friendly and knowledgeable staff. They tinted my windows on my 2015 civic Si and it turned out great. Price was a little cheaper than others.I work near by and always see very nice classic cars there so they must be good at what they do. I thought it was cool they put a sticker on my window buttons so i don t roll them down. I have never seen that before. Nice touch.

It s a great experience to work with Stefan, not just for a Subaru owner but also as a customer. He is very patient and taking care of my car with very clean and nice installation of speakers, amp and subwoofer. I used to complain about my speakers are under water but after the excitement of 2 days waiting, he didn t let me down. With a new set of sounds system paired up with my kenwood head unit that I installed last year and subwoofer adjustability. I can finally enjoy music while I m cursing on the highway and don t have to listen the drone from my exhaust. Thank you again!

I made a phone call to My Audioworks just to get some information on what they can do for my car. The receptionist was very professional. I was on hold for a very short time. The man who got me back on the line was also very professional. He explained to me clearly what can be done for my car and how much it would cost to do it (parts and labor). I will not hesitate to stop by for a face to face. I give them a 5 star rating for my very first interaction with My Audioworks.

David Ugalde was of great help recently. My Viper remote starter system that was installed about 4 years ago still works flawlessly. I'd recommend MY Audioworks for any and all of their services.

David s the man. Took the time to answer all my questions, was honest and I never felt like he was trying to game me. When I finally pulled the trigger, he gave me a clear time frame that he stuck to. Couldn t be happier with the finished product. Will definitely be back.

The absolute best when it comes to customer service. John, the manager, was willing to answer all of my questions in full and kept me informed on all of my orders as they came through. I have never had this great of an experience with any other company. Highly recommend. Would never go anywhere else.

I normally don't do reviews, but this is one I had to do...Had a Touch Screen stereo installed...it was installed in a timely fashion and with great precision...Very Professional group of gentlemen at this business and I'll be back again...Great Job...I highly recommend this place to ANYBODY!!

They designed and installed a great system. Finished on time and were great to work with all the way through. Not cheap but you get what you pay for and it was worth every penny!

Had my windows tinted here had them done there times and still all filled with bubbles and contamination. Stay away from this place. Terrible.
