Debbie the manager , has now clue how to run a parts store , she has lost every commercial customer this site ever had. We place our orders online and prepay. We never get delivery's, when we ask where they are she is demeaning , rude , even had her mom call our store to threaten us , it's a joke , all of her employees even know it.as well as corporate , just stay away from the bad actors club and just seek a real locally owned store.

Store policy should be explained when one makes the purchase. "Not able to give cash even if you paid with cash and have your receipt." Really?Store policy must be to frustrate people.Thanks for nothing.

Paul C., store manager, provides great customer service with a battery purchase. I was able to drive in, get the battery size for my truck, get it installed and be gone in less then 30 minutes. This is my second battery purchase in 3 years, I'm happy with the service and quality of the product.

Went to Store on Boston post Rd in Milford. Raymond went above and beyond to help my husband get the correct part for a leaky radiator. Thank you Raymond .

I had came in for window wiper blades. Debbie had greeted and offered me help with finding the correct ones for my van. After assisting me on getting the correct ones she had installed them for me quicker than anyone I know could have. I definitely will be going back to that location for all my van part needs. The whole time that Debbie was helping me she never made me feel silly about not knowing much about my van. I m grateful for all of her help. I would recommend this location to any of my friends. Debbie has a amazing customer service personality.

Amazing service! A friend and I came in during a long trip with an overheating engine in his car and instantly had amazing help to fix a leak in the engine. Thank you so much to John, Caio, and Colonel for taking the time to help us and make sure everything was all good!

Debbie at the advance auto parts store on 1422 boston post road in milford was awesome. She went above and beyond to help me out getting the correct parts I needed. She ran all over and went super crazy and I'm beyond thankful for all her help. Other places and people could learn a ton from her. Thanks again so much!!!

Great part store. Jasmine was so helpful walked me through all the prices of a new battery. And she installed it for free. She then checked my oil. Helped me get the right oil for my car. Would highly recommend this part store. If you need a part go see Jasmine she is sure to help you out.

Paul and his crew are great. I stopped coming for years because of lack effort, laziness, and lack of automotive knowledge. What a complete turnaround this place has made. I have made this my main store. Thank you guys

Exceptional customer service. Nathaniel gave me a discount on platinum brake pads because I needed the hardware aswell. Very nice for someone to help you out of the blue. I will give this location my business from now on.

I just spent almost 2 hours looking for a d.c. fan for my car in the rain. It has a cigarette lighter plug and will keep the air moving.. every car should have one.. my 8th store.. guy says just a minute and it was in my hand . Great staff at a great location with awesome pricing easy in and out parking with a keen knowledgeable staff.. I have used them before and when in area will use them again . Thanks guys .

I'm very impressed with the store. Especially the staff are very helpful. I would like to thank the sales guy Andrew because when I just stopped at the store for a headlamp he guided me very well and he helped me in replacing it immediately, which I never expected from a sales guy at any store. Keep going guys...

The customer service that your associate gave me was unprofessional and upsetting I caught a flat and already upset and the help of Debbie made it no better alls she was worried about is me not returning the item that may or may not work I would acceptted her just saying they didn't have what I needed maybe your associates should be retrained on customer service

I and my wife was in our 2006 Mazda 6 yesterday and the old battery suddenly died after a lunch in the restaurant. We later requested 2 jump start from geico that day. Arriving in this auto store, my question about battery replacement is quickly handled and battery setup is tested before they change my battery for free. They even suggest me to purchase the battery online with a $40 off coupon and let me save extra money. Once the order went through, they quickly change the battery for me. They also answer numbers of our questions about maintenance and repair of our car. Super nice attitude. Highly recommend.

It's Okay. They don't W.O.W. their customers at this particular location. They're convenient if you need miscellaneous items. But if you go in asking for a Differential Pressure Feedback-E sensor...good luck.

Try to cheat me out of a dollar when I point it out to them they still tried to keep the dollar after they admitted they were wrong and I had a demand so I can pay When I called the complaint hotline I gotta put on hold for a long time it'll be a cold day in hell before advanced auto gets a dollar out of me

Please be aware that advance auto parts does not take returns.. Even if the item is brand new in the box with a receipt.

Always have the correct part and easy returns with the receipt. Join the membership club and your purchases are tracked for you.
