After the last oil change from Middletown Toyota CT I realized that the hood release button on my car was broken. Even though I took my car to the service twice, they insisted on not correcting their mistakes with various excuses and finally they asked me for nearly $490. I am so disappointed. the hood release button on my car was broken. I was so angry because it wasn t even my fault.They returned my car s latch got damaged and hood open. They didn t even talk to me they handed to paper.I was going to work on highway my hood opened and my car got damaged. They are bunch of amateur.

I just really love going to Toyota for service. I feel comfortable and confident with the work that they do. Also, I was able to go in without an appointment because if was for a tire rotation and a tire repair. They told me to come right down and I was out in about 1 hour and 20 minutes. I have been very happy with the service and the service advisor Oscar. Thank you for all your help and I will be buying my next Toyota from Middletown Toyota.

I would like to recognize Bruce Kulas for going above and beyond in the service department. Apparently because of a chip shortage, I had to wait eight months to get the second key fob for my new Toyota RAV4. I finally got the call that it was in and made an appointment to go down to get it. Middletown Toyota is 3/4 of an hour from my house. After making the drive down there, and waiting for a half an hour. I was informed that they could not find the key fob. I was understandably upset! Bruce Kulas made it his business to follow up with service department and track down my key fob. He succeeded in straightening things out and my fob got re-programmed and I was on my way back home. Thank you, Bruce.

Best service I have ever had on any model. They are helpful, flexible, easy to deal with, reliable, fair priced and have enough staff to get to the work without having you wait there for hours. I used to go to a Toyota service place on the other side of Hartford and this is like night and day. Buy a Toyota again solely to use this service unit. They are that good.

When the sliding door on our Toyota Sienna failed, I brought it to Middletown Toyota for service. This was not my first time using their service department. We were regular customers for years since we bought the car there in 2013. We stopped going when they forgot to put the lug nuts back on our tires after a rotation. I was about a half mile down the road when I heard the grinding, pulled over and the tire was about to fall off. They came out and repaired the problem, but that was it. Barely an apology. They did give me a free auto detail, but not until I voiced my concerns about the matter. I didn't go back for several years after that. Then, the sliding door failed. I decided to give them a second chance. Big mistake. The repair cost about $500 and failed 11 days later. I called to report this and they gave me a hard time. First they said that they couldn't schedule an appointment for several weeks. I pushed back and was able to bring the car in the next day. They determined that the part was defective. They ordered a new one and a few days later I was back with the car to get it repaired. When I picked it up, the sliding door did not open when I pulled the handle. They also did not replace a seal that was damaged when the first repair failed. I left the car there. The next day I got a call saying that the switch that operated the handle coincidentally failed and they wanted to charge me $700+ to repair it. Unbelievable. Not only did I have two experiences with service that failed, they just don't seem to care when things go wrong.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

They do good work, but they fail to follow some instructions when working on my car to find/fix a rumbling sound my car makes. I explained the car has to be driven around a little bit then to step on the brake and hold it to hear and feel the heavy rumbling from the car. This is the second attempt at fixing this problem and it's still happening. Regardless, I won't be owning the car for much longer, so I don't even want to bother anymore.

I showed up 30 minutes early for a 60k check up but they still took me right in, less than an hour later I was out. All I can say is outstanding!!!!

I bought my 2009 Tacoma here in 2009 and bring it for service ever since. Staff communicates very effectively on any service issues. Love the texts that keep me abreast of any issues. It may be more expensive to have your vehicle serviced at the dealer but I feel that I am getting Genuine Toyota Parts and qualified Technicians. Get what you pay for.

If you own a Toyota, this is the place to have your vehicle serviced. They give honest estimates, timely service and repairs, and they don't look for things that might need fixing.

Supra battery died on a trip out of my home state and they got me in and had the battery replaced within a few hours. Highly recommend !
