Always a great experience at Northeast Motor Werks. I have a 2008 E93 M3 that they've done an amazing job in helping to maintain and keep running optimally, and always at a fair price. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Peter and team were very thorough in diagnosing the problem with my MMI display. The additional safety inspection yielded a few items that needed immediate attention which they helped me prioritize and address. My car was repaired and returned in the time promised- thanks guys. Highly impressed by their knowledge of German engines inside and out! With their knowledge and suggestions, I was able to complete a long distance round trip drive. A few things they said were going to happen, happened. I have been a customer of Northeast Motor Werks since moving to Connecticut, and I have reviewed them before, but I wanted to add another one to reflect how awesome they are! Recently, I ran into an issue with my coolant. I live about 30 mins from Middletown and was unable to get their shop immediately to address it. They were kind enough to walk me through what I should do over the phone and free of charge! It is just so nice to know that they are there and happy to support their customers in whatever ways possible. Thank you AGAIN Northeast Motor Werks!

I bring both my Audi & BMW to Northeast Motorworks. I trust them to do the best work, at a good price in a scheduled amount of time. There really isn t anyone better in the Middlesex area! Would highly recommend!

I will continue to bring my 2010 M5 to NMW. Peter, Mark and the mechanics/techs know german engineering inside and out. There's a reason why I (and most) consider them the best independent BMW shop in CT; from confident know-how, consistent communication, doing exactly what they say they're going to do, and at a price that will undoubtedly beat that of the dealerships, where I would have spent double. I brought my car in after doing multiple updates over the winter for an alignment and AC recharge. I met Pete at the front desk who was extremely helpful in getting me comfortable they knew what they were doing here. The team at Northeast Motorwerks went above and beyond getting my alignment perfect as well as doing a general inspection of the car and replacing a few pieces of hardware that weren t correct. All in all the communication, level of detail, ease of the process, and everything else exceeded my expectations. 10/10 highly recommend to anyone in state or out of state. I was a out of state customer who was hesitant to bringing in my car considering I was chasing the same issue with a old mechanic for almost a year. After northeast motor Werks did their inspection and service my car has been operating smoothly ever since. Turns out my old mechanic was using cheap parts that made me come back. These guys even sent me a full invoice of what should be addressed right away and in the future projects. I wish you guys were open on the weekends so I can have my normal services done with y all when I m visiting Middletown!

Came in because my BMW 328d had an emissions code which persisted even after the dealership tried for two weeks to rectify the issue. The folks at Northeast Motor Werks quickly identified the problem to be a leaky vacuum line and had the car going in 2 hours with no more emissions code.During a routine oil change, the folks here also identified a leaky valve cover issue for me. They were able to replace both the valve cover and the vc gasket at a reasonable price within a few days. They were also able to help me resolve a MAF airflow sensor code caused by a problematic aftermarket air intake.Northeast Motor Werks is THE place to go to for BMW owners after their manufacturer's warranty has expired. Their speed and quality of work would rarely leave you wanting for more, and they're knowledgeable regarding both OEM and aftermarket parts.Nelson

Personable staff. Great explanation of policies and services. Will be back for big or small issues with BMW.Had another issue recently with blown out run-flat. They had a tire next day and even found nail in a second tire. Thrilled with response time from drop off my AAA to completion. They have client for life of my BMW!!

They did quite a bit of work on my son's 2007 BMW 328i and not only did they give me a very fair price and do excellent work but they went above and beyond to make sure make sure that my son, who is away at college (Go Cards!) and 1,600 miles from home, was safely taken care of. Quality work that you can count on done by a shop that stands behind what they do. My 2014 BMW 535Dxi needed a new transfer case to fix the clunky shifting I was experiencing when accelerating. NMW diagnosed the problem, sourced parts, and replaced the damaged transfer case. Even though this was an expensive repair for a car with 200k miles, I felt comfortable that they would do the job correctly and at a cost much less than a dealer. They did an excellent job of repairing/maintaining our Mini. They even discovered a minor convenience issue that had been annoying my wife for years that I had been ignoring. When they proposed the repair, I was pleased since I knew that they were thoroughly inspecting the vehicle. We own a 2014 BMW X3. We were initially told by a BMW dealership that we needed to replace the entire transmission system due to a crack, quoting us an astounding $11,000 for the job. Undeterred, I decided to do some online research for specialized BMW repair shops and came across Northeast Motor Werks in Middletown, which boasted high ratings.Upon taking our BMW to them, a technician at Northeast Motor Werks found no evidence of the supposed crack. Not only did they address the issue of a leak, but they also did so at a fraction of the cost just $1,100, which is a mere 10% of the dealership's quote.The team at Northeast Motor Werks exceeded our expectations in every way. They performed an excellent job at a fair price, and on top of that, their friendly demeanor made them a pleasure to work with. We will undoubtedly return to them for any future maintenance and repair work on our vehicle.Service: Transmission

Been here for 2 services and some major work now, and have zero complaints. Work is always done in the highest quality, and I ve never had to come back due to poor quality work done on my Audi. They never cut corners and have always gotten my car back to me very quickly. The team here is great, and I d recommend them to anyone needing euro work done.

Needed new oil pan, tire valve, battery cables. They did excellent service for a very good/ fair price. Even did some work that they didn t charge us for. Mark and Peter are top notch guys that really know the cars they work on, you can tell they care about their customers by their attention to detail. Brought my e91 wagon that was shifting weird, needed brakes and a oil change. Dropped car off at 9am and before the day was over I was driving away in my car. Just wanted to leave a note about Northeast Motor Werks' phenomenal customer service. I called to inquire about a service that they do not offer (rim reconditioning/refurbishment) and despite not offering the service, they were very kind in providing me with the name of another local, reputable shop in the area. In the day and age where great customer service is hard to come by, their recommendation was most appreciated and welcomed. I would definitely bring my car to them for service based on my very pleasant interaction and their fabulous reviews.
