I walked in just to browse for an older Nissan Rogue. Sat with Mr. Ahmed Adam. After listening to me, he offered some suggestions. I did not feel pressured or intimidated as I have in the past at other dealerships. Did some test driving and finally decided on Leasing (for the first time!) this Beautiful 2023 Rogue!! The entire staff from the reception desk to the Finance Team were EXCELLENT!

Had to rush there recently due to a suspected oil leak, despite being a Saturday, and close to closing Edgar & Josh, were willing to stay behind and check my car. On 04/01/2024, I received a telephone call at home from Middletown Nissan regarding my end-of-lease dates coming up. Like many people, the last thing I wanted to do was talk to a salesman. Luis was very professional and explained to me my options. On 04/02/2024 I met Louis Perez and he was an exceptional salesman. He was attentive and detailed to our needs. Although I didn't make it easy for him he stayed the course. Great Job!

I had a great experience buying a car and my sales associate Carlos Figueroa was easy to work and very helpful. He provided me options and discussed every detail with me. He was kind and did a great job answering my questions! It was a great experience! Nermina the finance manager was also a great resource and very helpful!

I walked in and was immediately greeted and taken care of by Carlos Rabassa. He didn t make me feel pressured at all and made sure that I knew he had my best interest at heart. Had a great experience purchasing a Pathfinder today. Evahna was a great help as was Josh. We were able to trade in an old vehicle and drive our new one home within a few hours. They even offered us some chicken for lunch. We didn t take them up on the chicken but I bet that would ve been good too.

I could not be happier with my recent experience at Middletown Nissan! The service reps as a whole were all very nice and pleasant, but I especially want to mention Stephen. Not only was he extremely pleasant and accommodating, but he went above and beyond in dealing with my difficult warranty company. I will definitely be going back there for all my vehicle service needs, as well as recommend them to everyone!!!

Agreed on a deal for a car with Raoul the manager, my wife got a certified check and everything, then get an email saying sorry a salesperson sold it. He then says don t worry the owner has a bunch of dealerships in CT will make it up to you. He was suppose to email me with the list of dealerships so we could find a car and get a good deal on it. It s been 6 days and sadly no answer from him. Very disappointing, even after getting the car my wife wanted taken away when a deal was agreed upon we still wanted to give them a chance, but Raoul didn t care. Look elsewhere!

Just bought a 2021 Nissan sentra sv from this location. My purchase process was an absolute breeze thanks to Louis! He answered ALL of my questions and took time with me to ensure we were on the same page! He also did all he could to get me the best possible deal. Needless to say, I won't be shopping anywhere else in the future!

I drove home in my new 2023 Rogue today and have nothing but good things to say about Zaid K.My lease was coming to its end and I decided to look at my options as far as purchasing my car, or leasing a new one.For the past two weeks, I've worked with Zaid K. He is one of the most professional and courteous sales people I've ever worked with. He was knowledgeable with the innumerable amount of questions I asked and patient when I couldn't make a decision.He explained the details of purchasing vs. leasing and carefully walked me through the process. Not once did he pressure me or become obnoxiously pushy like some sales people can be.As far as I'm concerned, he's an asset to your establishment and should be acknowledged as such. If it weren't for him, I don't think I would have purchased my vehicle today. Employees like Zaid are far and few between.Thank you.Kimberly Smith

I had decided to choose to go with Middletown Nissan to purchase a car for my husband. Overall, the staff was very kind. It was a very simple and easy process. We left, making sure that we understood the terms of our agreement and contract. We were also able to call to ask any questions that were needed. I have also included a picture of the vehicle. Kes and Joshua were super kind throughout the entire purchase!

Sales team is pushy and doesn t listen to what you want.I came in for an oil change and knowing my lease will be up soon made an appointment to test drive new vehicles. When greeted by a sales representative he said his hellos found out what I wanted to do (I included I was not making a purchase decision with out my husband with me) then walked away to get an assessment for what the trade in would be worth. NOT what I wanted I spent a half hour waiting for his return and would have been on the road trying a new vehicle. I had to ask the sales manager to page him to come back.Needless to say I went to a different company for my next car

This was our second return to this dealership. Me and my mother purchased two new vehicles and although the process took the entire day I must say the staff was very accommodating, friendly, and welcoming. Although making big purchases are always stressful Adam and the general manager went above and beyond to help us with all our needs. Was a pleasure doing business with them! Go buy a NISSAN with Middletown.

Honest review from a long standing customer who have bought two vehicles from this location.I was happy about my purchases of my vehicles and how I was treated. However, they lost me as a customer with my last engagement from them.I brought my Nissan Rogue in to get the side mirror replaced. They quoted me $980 to get it replaced. $980 for a mirror!I left really frustrated, and ordered the part I needed online for $165. I installed the mirror myself in 30 minutes and I do not work in the automotive industry. This side mirror had lights, a camera and mechanicals attached. It works as if it was brand new.Even with labor they should not have quoted me nearly a grand for this. Clearly they were trying to take advantage of my situation and I honestly feel bad for the people who say yes to some of these quotes. Has me questioning if some of my past automotive work was priced accurately.Needless to say I won't be returning to this place. They lost a long-time loyal customer by price gouging instead of helping. Was a big shame and recommend you take your vehicle to a local repair shop that doesn't have the big name brand attached to it.

I was unaware that middletown Nissan discontinued express service. I did not have an appointment. Shane was able to get me in almost immediately for an oil change and tire rotation and it took just about an hour. Great service. Really appreciate Shane s willingness to get me in as I drive from East Haven for service at Middletown Nissan.

They were able to find and fix my odd transmission problem when others could not even find it! I was nervous about cost but they made my expenses comfortable. I highly recommend this Nissan dealership for their patience and integrity. 5

I worked with Adam; traded my Equinox for a Pathfinder and he was so incredibly helpful!! Adam listened to exactly what I was looking for and didn t try to push vehicles that I had no interest in, which to me was amazing. Too many times have I gone to a dealer and the sales staff try to sell me what they want and not what I am looking for! He was an absolute pleasure to work with and would recommend him to anyone!! Very knowledgeable about the vehicles as well. Very positive experience!

I would (and will) recommend anyone in the car market to check them out. Everyone I interacted with was genuinely friendly (not just sales friendly). Adam, our sales guy, was great in every way. He was upfront and honest. He went above and beyond in delivering a great deal. Also, Adam s communication was clear and he seemed to anticipate our questions before we even asked.I don t know how many cars we will need, but if I am looking I will start here!
