My son left his binder on the bus all I was told it was a different driver and to call back in 15 mins and when I call back they have the service on. NOT AT ALL what a parent wants to deal with. The employee should have know that the service comes on at a certain time and that she should have taken my number and called me back instead! Now I have no idea where my kids binder is
