Had a wonderful experience getting body work done to my car. Needed new front bumper and side of car repaired. Results were excellent! Very fair prices, extremely honest, very timely, and excellent results! I will definitely be returning! Thank you Gene and Mark!

Have to bring my SUV back cause they didn't do a good job miss some spot and trim is painted, But price was good

I only ended up at this body shop, to buy my parents a car. A Mazda RX-8. I had drove my fathers Dodge Ram pick up truck there to see the car I was interested in, when it dawned on me that my father's truck needed a lot of rust repairs! The guy selling me the car's father owned the body shop, so he ended up giving me this blind estimate to fix the rust of, $1500. Being he had never pulled the pick up in to inspect the rust damage, the truck ended up need a lot more work than he first thought. I went out of my way to offer him a few hundred dollars more for his extra work that he wasn't aware of, but he refused to take any extra money from me! Bottom line, this is an extremely honest family! The Mazda has been flawless since we got it, and the bodywork repairs were equally flawless! I would not only highly recommend either buying a car from his son, or just getting any bodywork fixed there! If I ever need another car or bodywork done, than I'll be heading right back to, Connecticut collision!

Very knowledgeable, honest and experienced shop. Prices are what they should be, no price gouging. Staff is very easy to work with. I'd recommend these guys to friends and family

Mr.janne is not a good president of the company, he put duplicate parts in my 2022 Corolla. I paid him $1410,now .he is always in bla bla condition, I have to fix my car or get money back.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

After touring through the facility at Connecticut Collision Center, I knew exactly where I needed to go to get work done on my car. Mark was not only knowledgeable and polite but he was professional and accommodating. My friends recommended the shop after having numerous good experiences. He puts everything up front and on the table so there are no surprises and I couldn't be happier with the work that I have seen come out of this shop, especially on my friend's brand new 2013 Dodge Dart!

The lowest rate for my issue with three other collision shops looked at.The work was done in the time limit I was quoted.They cleaned the inside and outside of the car and it looked like new when I got it back.I would recommend them.to anyone needing bodywork done

They repaired key scratches and painted my Cadillac XLR last year and did a great job. Price and quality would definitely be 5 stars.

Went in for a quote on a 3in scratch; they pushed hard to get my insurance info and came back with an $846 quote. That left me with the impression that they're only targetting a certain niche business of blank-check insurance claims and not the average guy that just wants affordable minor repairs.

This was my second time having minor damage repaired at CT Collision. Both vehicle were repaired perfectly. Excellent service, nice people, and a fair prices.
