I have been going to computer tune and lube for several years. And I cannot say enough to praise them positively. Everytime something breaks it always stressful. But Dan and his guys always hit it out the park. They have gone out of there way on many occasions to supply me with transportation while my repairs are underway. Nowhere nowadays do you get such great service and always a reasonable price. Just my opinion and I am very particularly with my truck. Thanks to Dan and the guys and girls over at Computer tune and lube for making a stressful time , a little less stressful.

Went to get my emissions done. I was in and out so fasti hardly had time to have a coffee. Great staff, very courteous and right there if you have any questions. I'll be going here a bit more often.

My 2014 Chrysler 200 battery died. It's never been replaced and it's winter so I called Computer Tune and Lube to see if they could replace my battery. They came and jumped me (because it's 30 degrees out and it wasn't working with my husband's car) and I dropped it off that night.I did mention I wanted the power steering checked out because I felt like the steering was loose.They checked my car over. Turned out I needed a bit more than a new battery but they did it all the same day, no waiting.Of course, it was expensive because cars aren't cheap, but my girl has over 120k with no major health problems, and it was still a lot cheaper than a down payment for a new car.Worth the money.The professionalism and the ability to do all necessary repairs made this easily one of the best automatic experiences I've had. And now also the most expensive!I recommend their services

Every time I come to this place, they take great care of me, and my car. This last time, my two year old was a terror in the waiting room, and they were all very patient and kind. Also, there's usually a Groupon for an oil change. All in all, a trustworthy, reliable, family-friendly business

Initially had a Groupon for an excellent deal at this establishment and after the excellent, friendly service it has now become our go to place for all of our (my husband, mom and myself) synthetic oil changes. I have witnessed them to be realistic, honest and not pushy. Nice, relaxed environment.

It is as the many reviews say, they were respectful, knowledgeable, didn't push up sales, kind and welcoming. Prices are reasonable especially among today's prices and overall very positive experience. They honored my Groupon no problem and would definitely use them again!

Great place to bring your car from maintenance to major repairs. Very friendly staff and amazing technicians. Brought by car in for an oil change and they noticed my ball joint was very bad and was able to get me back on the road that day for a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

I came in today for a check engine light diagnosis. For code p0171 running lean which I already knew. Was charged $99.60 when I was told it would be $45. So pricing is little confusing but the hourly rate is $90. *Edit I was told to come back and they did refund $48.52*. In the future I will ask more questions to verify before having anything done on the car.

Waited 40 minutes for emissions. The first 30 I watched people who arrived after me come and go, some having the appointment time slot after mine. The last 10 minutes I was the only one in the shop and they still had not pulled in my car. If they forgot to put me in line after taking my name and money I would understand but without an explanation or apology I just left.

Excellent service! Went in thinking there was an issue with my vehicle's computer (as per the diagnostic of a different mechanic) but the guys at CT&L diagnosed as needing some sensors replaced and a bad battery. They had the car back to me same day with extra fixes thrown in. Can't speak highly enough about the great customer service and professional care taken with my car!Service: Electrical repair

I have gone here to have my cars serviced in the past and it has always been a pleasant experience. Dan has always made sure I was taken care of. I had to get my oil change recently (yesterday) and my gas line has exploded. Panicking and having an axis Ty attack Dan took care of everything for me, while reassuring everything was going to be just fine! I highly recommend bringing your car to be serviced here as you will be treated like family and they will make sure you are 100% taken care of before leaving.Service: Oil change

Great place for a cheap oil change, even for full synthetic! You should call ahead for an appointment, as they do close at 4:30 most weekdays. In an out in about half an hour, employees are friendly. Waiting room is clean. Location is fine, there's a couple fast food places within a two minute walk if you're hungry. No complaints on quality of service received; this place has lifts so tire rotations are quick and easy too for an extra $15ish.

This place is great! Straightforward, realistic and honest. I had my clutch replaced a few months ago and just went back for some steering/suspension problems. This was after going to another, major chain place to get the same stuff fixed less than a year ago. Dan and his crew got everything straighten up right. My car drives like it's new again! He has loaners that you can use as well and even those show what this place is capable of - 220k on a plain old Chevy and it drives like a champ!I HIGHLY recommend this shop.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Transmission repair

Daniel decided to take me in for a last minute emissions test before they closed and right during his lunch time. Guy was professional and helpful. He could have said no but didn t. I d absolutely recommend him and this repair facility.

Excellent service! I went to get my oil change today, they got me & in out quickly. Everyone is always very nice & you can either walk to the many other businesses in the area or wait comfortably in the lobby. I will definitely be going here for evey oil change & service needed from now on! Oh and they except Groupon so very affordable!

I was impressed with the service I received, the quality of work, and the fair, upfront pricing. I held off in rating them until I needed them a few times but they've been great consistently after 3 separate times for different reasons and 2 different vehicles.Even the oil changes are great. I used to go to one of the large chains that you can drive thru without getting out of the car but the price for full synthetic was about $35 more than Computer Tune and Lube.They have earned my business as a repeat customer and I will be going there from now on for all my car service needs.

The best place every to go to. I went thinking I needed brakes and they looked and told me just a little rust on the pad. They cleaned it and didn t charge me anything. Talk about honest. Amazing people! Going to an auto repair shop is equal to going to the dentist NOBODY wants to go . HOWEVER, NOT SO with these guys! Mark & Dan and the crew are my hero s! When my only son-in-law and auto mechanic moved away a couple years ago I didn t know who I was going to trust I went to these guys for a basic oil change and had them check my brakes while I was there. Now months later I ve had both back and front brakes; oil changes and today more things! I am forever grateful to have found these guys and I m now so happy to be able to trust them as well! I purchased a set of used tires from a private sale, and needed to find a location to have the tires installed on a 2003 Crown Victoria. I went online in search of a business location in Middletown with high reviews. Computer Tune and Lube came up with high ratings and remarks, so I gave them call. Telephone etiquette was very warm an friendly. The Manager (Dan) listened as I explained what I wanted done, and he gave me a very reasonable quote for removal and disposal of the old tires, and the installation, balance and rotation of the used tires going onto the vehicle. Dan, thank you for the exemplary, professional, courteous and prompt customer service.

I know this place from Gropon, I made an appointment and confirmed if they would honor the gropon, they replied to me "Yes". When I arrived, they have told me not to buy from Gropon, they will match the price to me. Soon, they told me they matched the price and I have to pay more fee for the sales tax, which is MORE than what we have agreed on my already-purchase Gropon. I insisted just follow the initial agreement, they refused to honor it. The manager told me they won't honor the Gropon unless to make another appointment.This is a big scammer, lied on the phone and fool customer to pay MORE money!!!! not Trustworthy, NO RECOMMEND.Service: Oil change

A bit of a story, but worth the read if you are considering going here for service!I originally went in to have my serpentine belt replaced, but ended up getting my brakes done as well. The gentleman working at the counter was busy, and I hadn't made an appointment, but he took his time to explain to me the work my car would need, and gave me an estimate for the price. The most suprising thing to me was that very day they took my car in, sent me home with a loaner (for free!), and my car was ready the next day by 2 o'clock! They also provided a complimentary oil change. The timing, professionalism, and service was outstanding.THEN, a few days after service I heard a rattling noise coming from under my car. Yes, my car is 10 years old, but I also have the horrible luck of every time I get work done somewhere, something else ends up going wrong. I gave them a call and they asked me to bring it in. I was out of town at the time, so they gave me advice on what to do in the moment and that I should stop by on Monday. Monday comes around and the second I walked in the door they recognized me and remembered the exact reason why I was in there. They took my car in, found it was something minor, fixed it in 5 minutes, and didn't charge me a thing!I could not be more thankful to have found a place with people who care about their customers so much, are knowledgeable, and provide great service!

Quick service, however, NOT a full service. Came for an oil change, but more specifically to have someone remove the oil filter (over tightened by past mechanics and I couldn t get it off to complete my own work for this reason). Come to find out, the plug was NEVER changed, the gasket was rotted out and the nut itself was stripped. As far as I m concerned, oil, filter, plug w/ gasket is ALWAYS supposed to be replaced with every oil change, or atleast inspected for replacement if needed. Not sure how mechanics can get away with this. It s a $5 part

I had my brakes fixed today & have gotten a couple of oil changes here. This place is great! Dan is a great guy, very knowledgeable and honest. Dan at Computer Tune & Lube was great! Honest, friendly, and fair prices. My car's engine is complicated, and even though it threw a couple of curveballs the shop's way, Dan got the job done. He also did NOT try to charge me more than the original estimate, even after discovering he had to order an expensive specialized tool kit to work on my car's engine. I would highly recommend this shop.
