Excellent, honest service. Brought my 1999 Grand Am in with issues stalling while starting. The issue wasnt repaired, per se, but it was resolved. It was driven home and back and the mechanic didn't have the issues I was having. He was honest, said he didn't have any issues and rather than charging me to diagnose it, told me to try out 93 octane fuel. Hasn't stalled out since I tried premium fuel. My car isn't worth the cost of repairs, and I thank Bob's Auto Service for their knowledge and honesty.

These guys are a blessing! Bob, Steve, Ben and George are the best! Honest, fair prices and they know their business!! They have kept me, family and friends safe on the road for years. I would not want to go anywhere else.

I was at the Mood Studio when I found out I had a severely deflated tire. I tried to call Bob s and there was no answer so I walked over. I told him my tire was deflated and asked if he could just put some air in it for me. He told me to bring right over and to take it slow when I got in the lot. Not only did he happily fill my tire but also easily located the problem: a nail in my tire. Without hesitation he proceeded to patch it and fill it again so I was on my way in about 10 minutes. He said it would only be $10 for the repair which meant worlds to me since I had appointments I needed to be at later today. He took me in with no hesitation and I presume he had multiple other things he could be working on. Thank you so so much, and if you re in a pinch I would definitely recommend asking Bob s Auto Services if you re in the area!

You will never find a more honest and accessible auto service anywhere. We are so lucky to have had a recommendation years ago and wouldn't even think of going anywhere else. Ben and Steven are awesome. Super helpful and informative. They came to my house to jump my car so I could bring it to the shop and have it repaired. Every time I ve gone they ve taken the time to explain everything because I m completely clueless about cars. Finding a reliable mechanic is always difficult when you move somewhere new. I've been in Middletown for almost 5 years now and I regret that it's taken me this long to come here.When I first called I was impressed by how friendly the gentleman was who answered the phone. Not only was he friendly, but was also accommodating and more than willing to look at my car as soon as I brought it in.As for the actual work that was needed, I expected to be without a car for at least a few days. To my surprise, Bob's actually under-promised and over-delivered; I had my car back within 24 hours (a day earlier than they expected) with everything that I asked for fixed. I also found their pricing to be VERY fair.I would highly recommend Bob's Auto Service to anyone in the area in need of having some work done on their car!

Terrible service. Charged me $800 plus to replace the A/C compressor. The compressor went AGAIN just 5 months later. A trusted mechanic told me they had not in fact replaced the part - just went in and tried (unsuccessfully) to fix what was wrong with it. Called to speak to them about it and the man laughed at me. Awesome and trustworthy shop!!! Bob, Steve and George are great guys. This is a family owned business. They are honest men who won't take advantage of you.They treat you right. You rarely find that these days.

Phenomenal work done in an incredibly timely fashion, I came into the shop upset and angry with my day and they offered me a reasonable price to fix my tires and make sure my vehicle was safe for me to drive.They were kind respectful and caring, I will come back to this shop until I leave Middletown a customer for life is what I would like to be for this shop what outstanding service

This is a very professional garage, my neighbor suggested I try Bobs, my engine light and car was overheating, they put a new radiator in and changed my oil, very caring and kind fast affordable service, I am thankful I found Bobs.
