I had a wonderful experience at Smartbuy Auto Sales. Patrick took great care of me and worked with the rest of the team to get me the best deal possible. Everyone there is so kind and helpful. I would highly recommend others to try out Smartbuy Auto and I am already referring others to try it for themselves. I am so happy with my new Chevrolet Malibu. Happy and blessed to have a reliable car. Thank you again to Patrick for being such a kind individual and for working diligently to get me on the road the same day. Wow! What can I say besides amazing! Patrick was phenomenal throughout the whole experience! From our first phone call and even after we drove away with our vehicle checking on everything! Can t say enough about Smart Buy. I went in looking at a Jeep on a Saturday and drove it home on following Tuesday. Patrick was outstanding. A very personable man but also works hard to make you happy with your purchase. And Jake, the man behind the scenes helping with financing was super. A very welcoming group of people and already recommended them to a coworker. Highly recommend. Ask for Patrick. Thank you.

I worked with Patrick. Even with a questionable credit situation he put in an insane amount of work to get me into a much nicer vehicle than I believed I could. For 2 weeks he stayed in contact with me and was very responsive and I will 100% be heading back when I am ready to buy again. When I arrived at work this morning in my new car my boss was so jealous because my car was now nicer than his recent purchase, at a much better deal. I gave him Patricks card!Thank you so much to all of the people that worked so hard to help this work out!

The dealership itself was very welcoming. My salesman Patrick was such a great help. No games, no gimmicks. The real deal. I left knowledgeable, happy and very satisfied with my vehicle purchase. I highly recommend this place.

For starters let me just say THANK YOU PATRICK!!! Patrick was beyond patient with me and my overstimulating child lol! (Single mothers that get it, gets it) Patrick was even nice enough to pick me and my son up from our home and bring us to Smart Buy Auto to actually purchase the vehicle which was so heartwarming because as a single mother things is just HARD!! Patrick even helped me Connect my Apple iPhone to CarPlay. He s much older than me, and still managed to know exactly What to do!! I am so grateful for smart buy auto!!!

What can I say about this really great dealership? I started chatting with Patrick a week or so before my wife and I walked through the door and when we got in it was like seeing an old friend. And that says more than the car itself to be honest, which we really got a sweet deal on anyway.The process was quick, easy and the team down there really has it all together. I came in looking for my first car to finance and was super scared because I didn t know where to start. Patrick helped us from the moment I step foot in the door and made sure to get something perfect for my needs! I bought my Mazda cx-5 from here about a month ago and they were amazing with helping me get approved. The salesman John was awesome as he was very helpful. Definitely a great dealership to buy a car with a wide selection and great staff!

We did a lot of searching for my sons first car and it was hard to find something with less than 100k miles and in great shape. That all changed when we visited Smart buy auto and met Patrick and our new Volvo. Patrick steered us to a very safe car for my son that not only was in very good shape but was under 100k miles and had a great price! Patrick was great the entire time and very honest and genuine. We appreciate the other guys as well Jake and John. They are all very good! Patrick was instrumental in putting my son in his first car and we are extremely happy!

The whole entire experience from start to finish was FANTASTIC!!!! Patrick was so kind and helpful helping me get into a car I loved and the process was quick and easy. They even put purple floor mats for me and had the car detailed before picking up the car. Patrick and the team were all so helpful and thoughtful and I would definitely recommend coming here if you re looking to get a beautiful car!!!! 10/10 EXCELLENT! He took my pictures in front of the car for me and the whole experience was amazing !

I really appreciated Patrick patience with me through out the process. I was pushing things off due to my circumstances and he waited patiently and worked with me. I am so happy I can across smart buy and found Patrick it had taken me almost two years to purchase a car. I love my car and I thank Patrick for all his help getting the car I really wanted; and furthermore finding the car I could afford and love. Patrick is a friendly and genuine person. I have had many issues trying to get a decent car for my Uber driver job and every place had let me down. So I went in here hoping I could get my luck over turned. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by Patrick. He was so nice and understanding and immediately told me I had to look no longer. He would get me into a reliable car that would work for me. He did that and so much more. My credit isn't the greatest so i knew right off the bat I wouldn't be driving off in a brand new car but I explained to him I needed something reliable, and as new as possible as Uber had specific requirements for drivers. I also explained to him how multiple places had sold me cars that were older and non reliable and he promised that would not happen with him or that establishment. He definitely was a man of his word. I drove off the lot today in a beautiful 2017 Toyota corolla, he told me the previous owner was a employee at the shop and took very good care of it. It had 69k miles and the minute I drove it around the lot I fell in love. Patrick was very careful to go over every aspect good and weary about the car I was buying and answered every single question with honesty. I can honestly say it's the best car buying experience I have ever had. He was kind, informative and did everything in his power to make sure I was comfortable with my decision. Once my car is paid off i will be continuing my business with them. And if Patrick is still there I'll be requesting him. Thank you so much Patrick. Because of you I can make the 13 hour drive to my brother's wedding this month and also get back to making money and providing for my family. U truly are a blessing. From the bottom of my heart I'm truly grateful.

Very professional, honestly the best place to come if you re looking to build credit or get car service, trades anything look no further, I worked with John, Patrick, and the whole team there there is awesome everyone here is beyond professional, will hear you out and help you as much as they can! I give 5 stars because out of all the dealerships I ve been to and all car issues I have gone through they took all my worries away. Even when you first walk in the atmosphere alone is welcoming! You won t regret coming here!

I would like to recommend Smart Buy, Patrick was very attentive to what I was looking for, price point and sold me on the white color lol. Very good communication.Patrick and Jake made the process quick and easy, just how car buying should be and knowing Jake has a Honda Accord as well makes me feel at ease knowing that I brought a reliable car. Thank you guys!!!! Sooooo let me change my review after having the car for almost 3 months my e brake isn t working. they will sell you a car but when something is wrong no one will get back to you. Poor customer service!!!!

Update: unfortunately my car did get totaled. But I called Patrick because I had such a good experience with him the 1st time and again he did it. He got me in a car with no problem. He made the process so easy. So happy with Patrick, the dealership and of course my new car.Patrick was amazing. He helped me every step of the way and helped me get exactly what I wanted.

It was a great smooth transaction and I appreciate it!!!!Editing: I bought my car 3 months ago and now have a brake job. Brakes don't go in three months. When I purchased the vehicle I was told that all the brakes were replaced. Not a good look to lie to a customer. I'm not happy right now.

Establishment was very clean and neat. Wide variety of vehicles available. Our salesman, Patrick Baker, did a great job in getting us into the car we looked at. Unfortunately after talking about it over the weekend my wife was not comfortable with the age, mileage, and vehicle price compared to similar vehicles on-line and has decided against purchasing the car.

John and Jake were the absolute best! From beginning to end went above and beyond to seal the deal, the process was painless took care of everything over the phone. I was running late ended up arriving after closing time. John waited patiently, we were in and out in 20 minutes! Highly recommend checking them out, be sure to ask for John!

I went to smart buy today (12.01.23) to purchase a car. I worked with patrick to get a vehicle. My credit is challenged and patrick went above and beyond to get me to drive off the lot. I got approved and drive off with a vehicle today ! I couldn't have asked for a better salesperson. I highly recommend smart buy to anyone who's looking for a decent car at a great price.

The car buying experience is usually a headache. I went into smart buy to purchase my daughters first car and when I tell you it was the best experience I've ever had buying a car. Patrick Baker is the best. I've never met a sales guy that kept it real like he did. Not only did he make my daughters dream come true. He made sure he found us something reliable, affordable, and keep us laughing through the whole process. The whole team at Smart buy were very welcoming! I want to also say thank you to Jake for patiently walking my daughter through the financing paperwork. I will be back to make another purchase in the future. Thank you!

I bought my car a year and a half ago from this place and Jake was great. My car runs great and has not given me any issues. Brought my father in law here just a day ago and Pat and Jake yet again we re amazing. Got him into a car that day. They are so helpful and listen to what you have to say. I purchased my new car at Smart Buy Auto and it was a very good experience. I dealt with Pat and told him what I wanted and didn t want. They delivered on what they said they would. With that said all I can say is that dealing with Pat was truly a pleasure.
