Joshua Nieves (hope I spelled it right) helped me out when I stopped by. I came all the way from Palmer, ma. I was in the area buying some shoes and my tire pressure light came on. He helped me check the air and told me a few other things I need quickly under the hood. Fast, friendly, and amazing. Thank you!

Great place to shop they had all the parts I needed for my repair. Michael Helped me with every question I had and his experience and instructions helped me a lot to put my car back together. Great service.

Very helpful if they do not have a part they let you who will very knowledgeable I go back and forth alot here I work on cars and they get parts in fast if they need to be ordered but I have been to plenty of other oreilllys and was so upset I love the meriden ct 1

Amazing deal! You can rent equipment for free! Yes! I needed an AC vacuum pump and guage set, I had to "purchase it" but when you return it within 48 hours its free! I don't mean abuse of return policy not at all. That is a.service they offer! Where else can you get tools for free! They are amazing!

They are always friendly and helpful at this location. Tonight I had to replace my battery and Jerry helped me diagnose the issue, explained everything, and helped install the battery. He was really friendly and knowledgeable. Overall just a really positive experience.

I brought my brake rotors to the store on East Main st. to be cut down on Sunday. They told me that the rotors would be fine early Monday morning and that they d call me when the rotors were done. I said that it would be ok as long as they got them done early enough for me to get the car back together so my wife could get to work on time. At 10 am I finally grew impatient and called them. The manager told me that they were working on my rotors as we spoke and that they d be Don by 11am. I gave them extra time and went to pick them up at 11:30 at which time the guy told me that they hadn t even started working on them but he could have them done in an hour. I took the rotors and left!This is just another example of a bad store manager with no integrity. I never understood why someone would lie like that? All it does is anger people, make you look bad and lose customers. I ll never go back to O reily s, I hope you don t either.

I informed this employee named JERRY and told him I wanted to pay the transactions on 2 different cards twice ! He then charged my credit card the full about of 134 dollars when I informed to do half and half . He then refunded my account and charged half my total and told me to swipe my card again which didn t work due to the fact he just refunded the amount which didn t work and it told me to contact my bank. I asked if I can get a refund he said I can t give a refund because it s my card giving me the issue when it was literally his fault for not simply listening when I informed him twice about using to different cards !. Then I had to do the math for him to figure out how much it would be to split the total amount on both cards . He told me that I can either wait or get charged again on my debit card which is what I didn t want to do but I needed my parts at the time for my truck . It was very unprofessional how he handled the situation and didn t really own up or sympathetic to the mistake HE MADE ! I was very disappointed and would never go back there again !

Really the store close at 9 pm and you when at 8:45 ,if the let you in have long you think I going to take you order..let be realistic.they are really good people working in the store.my self,and my friend.like they way how they take care the costume.

The lady behind the registers great attitude but the guy I got had a nasty attitude he asked if the product was used I said he said are you sure. I didn t know they didn t do cash back when he asked me if I had the card I said no he gave it back harshly.

Jesse was a BIG help! He told me exactly what I needed and even offered to help me. He came out to my car and assesed what needed to be done. Thanks for the great service I will be going to O'Reillys from now on.

They had exactly what I needed in stock & for the price they gave me over the phone as well as the core charge & the taxes I paid for the item as well will be returned when I bring them the old part.service n professionalism was what also made me wanting to go back there whenever I need parts for a simple repair.

Went there 15 mins before closing and the employees had already locked the door. Called and they picked up and said they were all sweeping! We went to Advanced Auto where they don t have LOSERS working.

Sales associate tells you 4 different pick up times for an online order,each time you go in.best bet is to go directly in the store if they have what your looking for.

Always have a GREAT experience at O'Reilly . I shop there even though Advanced Auto at Centennial Plaza is much closer. NEVER had a good experience there.
