Al was absolutely fantastic. He was easy to communicate with, extremely helpful (as this was my first vehicle purchase on my own) so I was very nervous and had lots of questions. He handled everything right there as far as any/all paperwork needed. All around I would absolutely deal with him (or the dealership in general) again. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful.If you re in the market for a new vehicle, I wouldn t hesitate to go down there.

House of cars is amazing!! I bought a BMW X1 back in March of this year after getting into a terrible accident. I was super nervous about getting a new car but house of cars made it such a great experience and made me feel comfortable. This car is absolutely beautiful car and the service here is outstanding. Christian is a great salesman s. He will tell you straight up what it is and i appreciated that as a first time car buyer. No trick, no gimmicks. This dealership will not play you. They will truly help you get in the car you want and at a great price. I walked in with a set amount of what i wanted to pay and ended up paying less than what i expected to! I had a great experience. 10/10 would recommend to buy a car with them! Keep up the great work!!

5/5 recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from House of Cars! I found this vehicle listed online, inquired, and checked it out same day. Upon arrival (an hour and a half drive), Cristian came outside and greeted me and knew exactly what I was here for. He allowed me to test drive the vehicle right away and he helped me the whole way when it came to purchasing the vehicle. I purchased and was able to drive it home after TWO days of checking out the car. Thank you Cristian for making this the easiest process ever. Thank you House of Cars for my 2017 BMW 440i!

They were extremely polite and patient, Cristian was very honest and straight forward which really helped me trust him more as a person and salesperson. His crew are just as great. I m happy with my vehicle and the service that was provided. I ll definitely be coming back for more vehicles in my future :)

I have almost zero experience acquiring a previously owned automobile. I was lucky to find something pretty close to what I wanted as well as being assisted by Christian Hernandez at HOC.Christian answered my questions and was straightforward if he didn t have an answer. The closing was simple and I m enjoying my purchase.Though my experience is limited, I ve known many people who have told me some pretty negative stories regarding buying automobiles. My experience was very positive and I would recommend Christian / HOC to anyone.

When it comes to hospitality these guys take it to the next level. I couldn t be any happier with my experience with House of Cars, from answering any of my questions with all of the patience in the world, to simply offering me a soda when there was a wait time. The management and staff are great communicators. Juliana promptly answered all of my questions as I am an out of state buyer and I felt satisfied working with her. I now own a gorgeous 2012 Mercedes C250 that runs beautifully. I'm so lucky I found House of Cars CT!!.

The large selection of quality vehicles were impressive. The salesman, and owner were not pushy, or overbearing, in fact, Cristian, and Al were Positive, Polite, Patient, and Professional. Not to mention the extensive knowledge they have, and provided answers to all of my questions.If your looking for a great car buying experience, then House of Cars CT is the place for you! Christian H at HOC is an outstanding salesman! He made my first time car buying experience fun and exciting, I didn t feel pressured or persuaded to buy. He understood I had a set number for financial reasons and got me into the car of my dreams within my price range. He even was able to make it so I drove home in my new car the same day, above and beyond service from the guys at House of Cars CT! I will forever recommend them to anyone who is car shopping.

My son purchased a 2018 Volvo XC90 in November. The vehicle developed a brake issue recently. I spoke with Christian who had me bring the car right in. Even though it was past the warranty period, Al authorized complimentary replacement of the front and rear brake pads. They also replaced some lug nuts and took great care to make everything right. I couldn t have asked for more; great dealership and kudos to Al and Christian for their support!

Cristian was absolutely incredible! We saw a car online that didn't fit our needs in person, but he helped us to find the perfect car! He was super patient and knowledgeable about the cars that he showed to us. We ended up purchasing a Mini Cooper here and LOVE it! Would recommend completely!

Cristian really helped me out. I was in a pinch and needed a new car to get to and from my job. I had no credit at all and he still managed to have me walk out within the next two days with a car for me. He was super understanding and very helpful with me and my circumstances. He was very patient with me and explained to me all the ins and outs of financing a car. I would definitely go back to him again if I ever need another car. He is definitely the kind of person who stays true to his word! I m super grateful to have had someone like him to help get me a new car !

Went to Go buy my Son his first car and what an amazing experience I had here. Cristian helped him look at all the cars until he found the car he liked the most and for a good price too. He Also helped out a ton during the financing process and what can I say but Pure Perfection. Will definitely be back to purchase more Vehicles later on and will Recommend to all my Friends and Family

We had a great experience with Cristian, we ve been searching for a small car for weeks and it s been a lot of work trying to find the perfect car. Cristian made this process fast and easy for us. He answered all of our questions and was really patient while I m translating everything for my dad because of the language barrier. The car was a very good deal for us and within our price range!

While looking for a used car I called many Auto Dealerships.Christian at House of Cars, Wallingford, was the only sales person I talked to that was immediately responsive. He told me all the details of car & full disclosure of all costs to expect. Not one other did the same. I am in sales so I have a certain expectation & he exceeded them. No pressure just polite, responsive & respectful! The others took 2-3 days to get back to me. And none told me any of the details Christian did. It s important to be treated with value. It may be a used car with a lower ticket price but our purchase should still matter. It did at House of Cars! Thanks Christian!

Christian was great and answered all my questions. He fought very hard to get me the best deal on financing and was very reasonable with all my requests. I would recommend him to anyone I know and care about. Although the deal did not work out, the service and attention I received was phenomenal. Thank you!

Buying a car can cause quite the headache. For someone like me who was scammed with the last car I purchased let s just say, I was very hesitant to begin the process of getting another one. But after two years of renting cars and using Uber I knew it was time. So for months I saved up and looked on CarGurus to find a car within my price range. It was slim pickings and nothing on there really stood out. Until I saw a car from House of Cars. The most beautiful Volvo with everything I wanted at a price that most dealerships couldn t beat.I rated this dealership based on many factors customer service, car knowledge, ability to take responsibility for mishaps and quality of car sold. Were there issues that arose during this process? Absolutely. Buying a car, like life, isn t always easy. The reason why I gave Eraldo and his team 5 stars is simply because whenever there was a bump in the road (pun intended), the team at House of Cars did everything they could to either rectify the situation or come to a mutually beneficial compromise. THAT is how you garner customer loyalty. Towards the end of the car buying process, I had found a car that was just like the one at House of Cars. The dealership was considerably closer to me and regardless I still chose to work with House of Cars. My patronage is given to those who deserve it and have earned it. I know, without a doubt, that I made the right choice to stay with House of Cars.I should also mention that I got pizza when I was getting something looked at on my car. However for this part, and this is said in that really fast voice at the end of the car commercials while they read the fine print your experience may vary.Thanks for everything, Eraldo! My new car, whose name is Beast, is the love of my life and I can t tell you what it means to be able to get out there and do what I love most drive. All thanks to House of Cars!

What can I say house of cars was the first dealer I stopped at looking for a car. Christian put me in a Lexus IS 350 and made buying a car from this dealer a fun hastle free experience I recommend anyone looking for a used car go down to house of cars you won't be disappointed
