Omg, they have great Great deals on tires and now sell cars too! Bilingual! Spanish and English! Place is busy all the time which shows me that the owner must be doing something right. Loves him community. Give him a chance to show you how good customer service is supposed be.

Called a few places for two tires to be Balence, I give them a shot ,Untill he told me it will be $43 dollars, should ask for price in the beginning, town fair tire only charges $18.00 with better equipment that better calibrated.

Fantastic tire shop. They will mount all 4 tires and disposeof the old ones for 100 bucks. They also do it in 20 minsThe staff here is also super friendly and professional. I had to get my tires mounted and was with my infant and they gave me a seat right near my car so I could stay there to sit since the office was closed bc of COVID.HANDS DOWN THE BEST LOCAL SMALL BUSINESS IN MERIDEN. THANKS ROB A++++++++

This place is great. The staff is really helpful. I brought a tire in that had a slow leak. The staff inspected it ended up replacing a valve stem and didn't want to charge me. Very few places have staff this willing to help customers these days. It is for this reason, I give Heavenly Tires 5 stars! I ended up giving them a gift card for coffee. Please consider patronizing this establishment. They are great!

Nothing evenly about this place would recommend you stay away from this place if you're only going to patch your tires I think that's it they can't balance your tire for s..t they have a side mechanic if he work on your car and take apart your car it will go back together with less 50 screws I promise you and the owner Will give you stories just to comfort You not a man of his word be careful of this back yard service tire shop if I could give a 0 I would.......

Would not recommend getting any service done by these people. They over charge and tell u different prices. You'll call them and say two front tires are180 plus tax included and then in person say it's 225 plus tax. And ontop of that I ordered tires and they said to come the next day . They didn't even ordered them. So I had to resort to a different tire size

Very honest. Price for new was less than Costco but a little more than anywhere location but the owner explained about tires and UTG vs mileage. Worth a little more to get honest service.

They have improved greatly over the years, expanded their operation, and upgraded the store front. Prices have adjusted accordingly, as one would expect, but it's made up for by the efficiency of their service. I was in and out in about 45 minutes both times recently, which is great timing for a set of four new tires mounted and balanced.

What a treat! I was able to get a real nice piece of rubber on my Saab 9-3 16" Rim... balanced and out the door for a cool $40... all during my lunch break! Thanks a ton guys, I really appreciate your efforts!

I had a bad experience at heavenly tires. I went there two weeks ago, and first I was quoted a price over phone and when I got there it was $40.00 more. I waited over 3 hours there to get tires. A week went by and my tire went flat, and returned to place and they made me buy a new tire. It was very poor service.

I asked the owner to match the tread pattern of the tire I was replacing with a used tire. He sold me what he side was a new tire but was 8 yrs old. My car drives all over the road, hard to control. Guy gives advice on tires he wants to sell not whats in your best interest. The savings in cost does not equally the loss of quality and professional integrity

I bumped the curb yesterday because I was looking at my GPS and I got, as a result, a flat tire and a bent rim. I was in distressed thinking that I might have to go and buy a new rim, so I decided to go here to try to repair it and WOW, what a great decision! Not only they put my mind at ease, but they repaired the rim in no time and gave me a new tire in less than 30 minutes (mind you, they could have easily tried to sell me a new rim, but they actually said mine was repairable). Also, the owner was super helpful and friendly and I felt he actually cares about his clients. Best part? It was $40 for the tire and they didn't even charge me for repairing the rim. I will be referring everyone I know here.

As ALWAYS, Heavenly Tires went Above and Beyond what normal tire companies do. This is my 4th time using them and they have always accommodated me on short notice.I needed 4 NEW Tires, but it was raining so I just got one used one and will get 4 new ones next week and use the used on as a Spare.I highly recommend Heavenly Tires.KITTY WILLIAMS 5/23/20

I needed a tire replaced on my wife's car. I called the closest dealership and was given a quote, but of course I had to have the car towed there and wait for the work to be done. I called Heavenly Tires and the owner did not have the exact size tire I needed in stock, but was able to order it and get it within a few hours. I work nights so I sleep during the day and he came out to my house and replaced the tire while I was sleeping (we agreed upon this, of course). The final cost was about $25 more than what the dealership would have charged me, but that's including the installation being done at my house and not having to worry about having the car towed somewhere. More than worth it. Would absolutely use him again and recommend to anyone who needs anything tire-related.

Came here in the past for 4 used tires @ 75% life. Decent pricing and great tread. However recently going in for multiple sets of tires for multiple cars, I was left dumbfounded at how ripped off I would have been. I have called previously in the past few weeks with no response whether or not the tires are in stock. Understandably, running a business isn t about call backs, however the lack of communication presented here MUST be better! I called earlier in the day with specific sizing stating I would be in later for the tires, go to the store and have to go through the same process all over again TWICE due to the lack of communication.Debating on going back...

My daughter's Dodge avenger needed tires real bad * I called Robert and he suggested a better tire than what she previously had on the car, he did it next day. The car was hydroplaning on the wet roads and he made sure she got tires ASAP at a FAIR PRICE! Thanks again Heaveny Tires!!!

I got two tires for my Acura TSX about 6 months ago from one of the big name tire stores and paid over $600 and waited over 3 hours. I needed to do the other two and my brother told me I was crazy for thinking about going back to that other spot again... I just didn t know there was an option for less expensive new tires. He told me about this place near his house called heavenly tire. I needed two new front tires... pulled up and got them done in 15 minutes, for $200 mounted and balanced. Can t beat that!

Went there because I had a bubble in a tire. When I called they said to just come down. Parked my car in the bay and went inside. The owner was rude. Complaining about not having insurance than started talking about me in Spanish because I asked questions. The guy who changed my tire broke my TMPS. Worst place to go for tires

went to see what was wrong with my tire. End up finding a screw in it and plugged the tire. They didn't have to take the tire off the car or put it back on ,but they still charged over 20 just to plug it smh JANKY at its finest.. Never again nor will I refer anyone.

Friendly people who will help anyway they can. They offer new and used tires, patching, and even come to you for a fee. The only downside is once in a while they may not have the size tire you need due to the amount of business they get.

I wish I could give this place 6 stars. 50 miles from home. Leak in my tire I ask Google to find me a tire repair shop 2.4 miles was this place. I walked in told them about my leak. They sent me to the back bay. 20 min later tire was patched. Wait that's not it he used a torque wrench on my lug nuts to make sure they were torqued down to the specifications of the vehicle. I know my tire will still be on when I get home. When its time for new tires I'll drive the 50 miles to come back. P.s tire patch $15 tip $5 (SAFETY) PRICELESS

They were a good price & fast work. In & out in no time.. Plus they sell snacks so that was a plus.. Never seen that b4 lmfao they jist need to get their bathroom in order, my girl had to actually take a hose&fill it with water to make it flush&they explained this with ZERO embarrassment lol that's an issue.

Great Place to go for anything Tire related! Was in town for a bday concert and staying at the local Comfort Inn and Suites when we had serious tire issues on our way to the concert and ended up down a full size tire on my Nissan Altima. It was late at night and managed to get a donut on in time to make the concert. The next morning we still were 3 hours from home and riding on a tire rated for no more than 15 mi. tops. Uh oh! Worry not. Heavenly Tire took care of it before I even finished telling them about our crappy night... Needless to say we are safely on our way home on a nice Good Year inflated to spec and they did it for a steal. This is an exemplary business with a small town approach to customer service that WORKS! Need a tire or tire service in a snap? Dont hesitate to call these guys! Thanks again HT
