Absolutely amazing! Its hard to find trustworthy mechanics nowadays. Someone s always trying to rip you off. Karen has been amazing. ALWAYS forthcoming and honest and with competitive prices! They charge whats FAIR! Joe and The crew are excellent! No issues with my car at all!! Loyal proud customer here!

After reading all the great reviews, I decided to take my car for an oil change today. First and foremost, the customer service was phenomenal. I have a newer car, and they handled my vehicle with extra care.Very reasonable price for the oil change. Very honest people as well. They accidentally overcharged me, which I didn t notice. Later, I get a call and it was the car place, informing me of the mistake.

My family was traveling from Maine to New York when we had an unfortunate breakdown in Connecticut. Joe Duddie and his garage were kind and so very helpful! From cleaning up the mess my car left at another location, transporting us to the garage, arranging a tow truck, assisting with us getting a rental car and transportation to the rental building, his team was very understanding. We would rate Duddies garage to be top notch!! We are very grateful for the assistance and quick response we received!!

Joe and his crew were fantastic, they looked-over my prospective purchase thoroughly and Joe explained things he was seeing and how certain things work, which was invaluable. The owner and the staff is the best people you can find when it comes to trusting them with quality work and there kindness and understanding. I will never ever bring my car any place else. These guys did some hard major work on my car and this was almost 6 months ago. I still have no issues. Ontop of that they take the liberty to reach out to my husband to make sure the car is running well a couple hours after I pick it up. I am amazed with this as I have never had anyone that worked on my car, care enough to reach out. I rate over 5 stars if I could. And if I were u and you don't try them and see what I am talking about you will be making a mistake. I put my word on that. Thanks guys we love your work

I had known for awhile I needed new brakes and was trying to hold off as long as possible. With the pandemic - times have been tough but working nights at my job, I no longer felt safe driving to work. I was able to get my brakes done the next morning. The owners were fantastic and very nice people. We got the brakes, rotors and a caliper replaced at a reasonable price while my fiance waited for the car. We will certainly be taking our car there for any work that needs to be done in the future and will refer anyone who needs a mechanic to this amazing place. Thanks guys. I appreciate it so much. Was getting ready for a long trip and wanted to make sure my vehicle was safe. There was a problem with my tire pressure sensors and Joe put alot of time and effort into fixing the problem and it was. Also, did a tire rotation and brakes. I felt very secure about driving because Joe does such a great job. I've used his services before and I highly recommend him and his staff. Got into an accident one night and brought my car right over to Joes. He looked into everything the very next day. Worked with my insurance for quoting, and started ordering parts ASAP. Been driving my car around and it drives better than it did prior. I called them after I thought I blew my trans just talking to them on the phone you can tell they care. They are great looked at my car no charge turns out was my transfer case they ordered the part the next day. They are great here thank you to you all

Definitely one of the most honest mechanic out there. Extremely knowledgeable and very polite. He helped me to fix my car the most economical way possible. I think I found a shop for my Mazda CX-7. Highly recommended!

One of THE BEST places in Meriden to get TOP QUALITY work with the most Competitive Pricing around! I had 4 tires and an alignment done. Right outer tie rod had excessive play which wouldn't let my alignment be straight without doing so. I got the car back and noticed that the slight wobble was gone (because of the bad tie rod) and it was straight driving down the road. I maintain my vehicle because it gets me to my money! PERIOD! NICE JOB TO MR DUDDIE AND HIS ASSISTANT/RECEPTIONIST KARREN! THANKS AGAIN!

Wow! I found a new mechanic.. You don't notice it, but it's right next to Teds place in Meriden. My engine failed, and he was able to find a replacement and put it in less than 4 days. Would recommend Joe for any car work, the guy really knows his stuff. ..Thanks Joe!

Exactly what you d want in an automotive repair garage. Fixed the first time and at a more than fair price. Joe is great at what he does and is a stand up guy. I will continue to bring my vehicles to him and recommend to anyone.

The guy running this location is renting the other side that was barillaro collision to workers with no certification running an illegal bodyshop they give you fake receipts and sketchy work practices they used the wrong color code to paint my car to save money on their end thinking i wont notice the difference .On top of that finger prints all over the paint. im warning you dont come to this location for any work to be performed spend a little more of your hard earned money and go to a official legit shop that has warranty and give you legit paperwork of work being done im warning you stayaway from both shops in this location.!scam artist alert! dont get fooled like i did.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
