Steve was amazingly kind & understanding with this Sr. citizen. I had no idea what to get when I needed tires. He ordered the right ones for my vehicle, set up an appt. right away. Very satisfied. Would definitely come back to Civali's again!

Best auto shop around. Family owned and operated and legitimately treats clients like family. Very conscious of fair prices especially to minority populations and women. They explain everything extensively and go the extra mile to ensure you re comfortable and are getting a fair deal. Can t say enough good stuff about Civali s. They are wonderful!

I m super pleased with civalis auto shop. I had my rear breaks and rotors done. They were able to see me pretty quickly and done same day!No surprises on the bill, and they were up front and honest how my front brakes weren t necessary to change for a couple months.I ll for sure be coming back here. Hard to find many places like this that offer fair prices, with quality work, AND honesty!Than you guys!

As always providing amazing service and quality work. Honest and to the point. Never try and make me spend money unnecessarily, but never let me drive away in an unsafe vehicle. So important to me to have such a reliable mechanic to take care of my car!!

The staff had great communication and it took them less than 12 hours to look over my car. They then stated that it did not need any immediate work and I believe this kind of honesty is rare these days. As someone who doesn't have an extensive knowledge on cars, they could have charged me for unnecessary work, but they didn't.I would recommend and I'll definitely be a repeat customer.

I am so grateful that I was referred to Civali's Auto. I want to thank Steve, John, and everyone there for everything they have done for me. I had a lot of concerns, and they let me know what needed to be done first, and they took my concerns seriously. Their prices are very reasonable, they are very professional and so nice to work with, and they are a family owned business.I've been to a few other chain companies since I've been in this area, and I have ended up with additional problems, including parts falling off after replacing a major part.A family owned business is the way to go! You're not a number, they get to know you and your vehicle, and they really care.Thank you Civali's Auto!

Been having my vehicles serviced at this business for about 4 years now. Recently had to have brakes checked/replaced on two of my vehicles, and they did a really good job. The owner of Civali's auto is very friendly helpful reasonable with prices for the work done on my car and very informative about what needs to be done on my car. A family own place. I was very lucky to find them. Went in for an oil change and rear tail light assembly replacement. When they were all done , It had more pep and seem to run much better than it did before. They are very friendly and reasonable in price. A great one stop shop. I will definitely tell my friends about them and have made another appointment to have other things done to my van. This is a family owned business you want to support. You will not find another business with as much honesty and integrity. I am very familiar with the owners and their son and would trust them at face value for anything they told me. Myself and our company have been using them for several years for both personal and commercial vehicles. I had a serious voltage issue with my Honda and was referred to this shop. They replaced my alternator and took good care of my car. They were also quick with the installation. After a thorough inspection of my engine bay afterwards I was happy to see nothing was maliciously tampered with or missing. It s rare to see an autobody shop not only perform maintenance properly but also leave a car looking the same as it came in. For some reason I ve always had issues with mechanics leaving a mess in my car after getting serviced, not here! It s refreshing to see an autobody shop actually care about their customers, an issue that many other shops struggle with. It s not only about getting the job done but also having care for customer s cars and showing that you respect someone else s property. Thank you!

Since I discovered Civali's a couple of years ago, John, Steve and their team are the only auto technicians I entrust to service my car. All aspects of the service experience are top notch. Steve takes the time to listen to the customer and describe solutions. All quotes and pricing could not be fairer. Recommendations for additional or future services are honest. Civali is always my first go-to place for car maintenance. They are very trustworthy and transparent about price. Steven is very helpful, providing excellent customer services, and answering every questions nicely. The services were good and fast. I changed my oil, tires, and AC here.
