Fantastic tint job. This is the 2nd car we have brought to have tinted, and each time they do a great job. I brought it in at 1:30, and it was done by 4:30. Quick, easy, and very good customer service. Super friendly and a great price for tints. I highly recommend this place.

Went in to have my front windows tinted and was out in half an hour, no appointment needed. Joe & co. were very friendly and helpful, and the windows look great. Very competitive pricing, highly recommended!

Prices are a little high but you get what you pay for. Did tints to match on my 2015 sierra and they came out great..Wish i went darker but all is fine

Absolutely phenomenal experience w/Brandon and his team. It's been a day since the windows have been tinted so i can't speak for THAT part yet but as far as service, friendliness, professionalism, and fair, honest pricing, this business gets 5 stars. He omitted the sun strip, for whatever reason, maybe for the sake of time because i did arrive @ 3 and they close @ 4 and they took my car anyway although the job couldve taken 2 hours but didn't thank God, so i didn't trip, he charged me less than quoted.Will update review when tints are fully settled to speak on quality of work.Told you I'm an avid reviewer Brandon :)

Made an online appointment for 9:00 am. Arrived and nobody there. Door locked. No answer on phone. After, I see on Google that they open at 10. Not sure if hours are wrong or if they do open at 10 but for some reason allow you to make an appointment for 9. Guess I will not know that answer since email and voice mail received no response.

A+ experience at blackout tint. Long story short, I left the wrong part of my key fab which delayed the process of having my windows tinted. Brandon was more than willing to stay late to finish my car. I would highly recommend this place for anyone considering getting their windows tinted. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would!

Went here a year ago. Expensive but everything seemed legit until one of my tints peeled. Called them up and they fixed it for free. But after I left I noticed they scratched the sh*t out of the inside of my door. How is this acceptable? Next time it peels I'll bring it somewhere else. Thanks for making me regret bringing my car there every time I get in it.Service: Vehicle window tinting

Absolutely amazing place owner very nice person know what he's doing and fast. I will always recommend this place to anyone that ask. I got my tints done for several cars. I got mycar starter as well.

I brought a black Toyota Prius there. They were very kind! Gave a great deal! They also scanned the car in front of me to check for anything. Definitely would buy from there again if I needed another car!

Awesome customer service and reasonable pricing. Had my SUV windows tints and new Bluetooth radio installed. I had wife s my remote stater installed too! Extremely happy with products and quality installation.FYI they will be moving to there new location on High Street in Meriden soon.

Dropped off my car in the early morning for tints and a car starter for the winter. Car starters are very tricky installation for my model car and we were told that going in by a couple other places. He did not give up and checked all his resources to get the car starter in my car. I LOVE my car, amazing job, amazing staff.. will definitely be back

Posting to help anyone avoid avoid issues if you re looking for a tint place in Meriden! BLACK OUT TINTS made a mistake on my car & won t own up to it. I ve had 2 cars tinted here and never had any issues! April 27th of this year I had my most recent car done. I haven t used my rear defrosters all Summer. Now with the weather changing I noticed they weren t working. I took my car to VW and paid to have it diagnosed. They said the rear defroster grid was damaged by whoever put the tints in. I called BLACK OUT and explained what happened. I was just looking for them to offer something to make the issue right. Instead, the owner who s name I didn t get, proceeded to speak to me like it s my fault they aren t working in a very unprofessional and condescending manner. Apparently according to him if you have a 5% tint on your rear window your defroster won t work? When did this happen? I ve always had a 5% without any issues on any car.He claims they don t use tools that can damage this, every other tint place I ve talked to about it said this guy just doesn t want to own up to his mistake. He hasn t even looked at the car so he s just being defensive over the phone! Be warned about this shop!Services: Privacy window films, Decorative window tinting, Vehicle window tinting

When in without an appointment and an hour and few minutes later had beautiful tints at a great price before the movie I was watching in the comfortable waiting room was over. These guys are pros and very nice. I'll be back for sure.

The crew was very nice and professional, cannot complain about the customer service and respect I received, BUT not sure about the pricing though. The previous review states that she received an uncharge of 10$ for a darker Tint after the Groupon? I was charged 20$ for the uncharge (one shade darker) so clearly their pricing system is per customer perhaps? I was upset to know that for the very small windows in the car, it was 20$ a window AFTER the 5th window. If that wasn't the only day i had to get the tint job done, i would have definitely walked out and demanded a refund from Groupon for the prices. I've gotten tints done for all my vehicles and I've never seen an up charge for darker tints, i always paid one set fee and that was that which included warranty.

Beware before going here. I purchased a groupon to have 5 windows tinted, made an appointment and he immediately took my car in and began to work on it. After it was finished, I told him I had a groupon...he said "oh you should have told me" he proceeded to charge me an extra $10 for a darker tint on the rear window and $20 per "smaller window" that don't roll down on the back two windows. When I initially told him I wanted the back darker he did not say anything about a $10 up charge...he did a good job on my tints; however I did not appreciate the up charges for things that were not mentioned previously to him being told about the groupon...clearly a tactic to get more money.

Called in the morning and was told to stop in. My car was in and out under 30 minutes!! Great prices, awesome waiting area also! Watch tv, hook up your WiFi, watch the fish in the tank or watch your car being done! Professional and fast service! Will definitely recommend!

Best tint job on the planet.. made an appointment same day.. got there car went in.. came out in 33 minutes. I was quoted 30 min.. added 3 min to remove my weather things that weren't supposed to be on A++++++++

Brandon did a great job with the tints on my car. I want to put in some led lights and black out the chrome around my windows. I know where I will be going. Very Reasonably priced.

Gave them a call and they got me in right away. waited there in waiting room for hour and ahalf for them to tint 9 windows, not bad at all. They were friendly and did great work will be coming back to get other windows done here ,I called around and there prices won would recommend

I had my tints done only to find contamination in two windows. the windows that were done correctly look good but inspect your car before you leave. as they are not replacing my tints...Service: Vehicle window tintingService: Vehicle window tinting

I would definitely recommend Blackout Tints. Brandon had the car looking absolutely brand new with the tints. Always professional and work speaks for itself. Need tints, audio or car starter Brandon and Blackout Tints is where to go
