Auto legends went above & beyond on repairs that were needed on my work utility van. Not only did they accommodate means of transportation during the repairs, they also worked with the insurance company making the repair process less stressful. Thank you to the guys at Auto legends for getting my suv back to new !!!! Josh oversells and does not deliver. Very unprofessional and not transparent about any bit of the process. The invoice they gave my wife was a joke and the quality of work was some of the worst I've seen from an auto body shop. Very inconsistent finish with lots of drips in the clear coat. Terrible masking job and I have no idea how they thought that spraying clear coat over vinyl stripes was at all a good idea. Not to mention the stripes were not even straight or placed properly. When they attempted this a second time they managed to do over $1k of damage to the windshield, rear window, tint and just about all the plastics. Stay away!

These guys are excellent! Got my first work vehicle through/for my business. It was a real accomplishment for me. Then someone backed into me. I just felt destroyed. Never thought this car with look the same, and she was just perfect before. You can t imagine how happy I was when the owner, Josh, showed me the finished result! These guys are unbelievable! They pointed out things that I didn t even notice and made sure I was happy with every single detail. I was over the moon with how my Little Snowflake came out! It looks like she s smiling again! Thank you guys so much. They were so professional, works great with the insurance company, and they truly understood how I was feeling and they made me feel better. Thanks again guys.

Great work guys!!! Exceptional Service from start to finish!!! I am new to the country 5 years now and had no idea how to deal with the insurance company after being involved in an accident. I have a 2018 Acura TSX that had front end damage from a collision back in July. I came across Auto Legends on google and despite some of the negative allegations that were made from previous customers, I decided to give them a shot. I dealt with both the brothers Jose and Joshua. Both were very helpful in providing the knowledge that I needed. Jose (Manager) was great from helping me through the process in filing my claim and getting me set up in a rental In under 1 hour. I left with the knowledge and the trust of this team and was not let down at the time I picked up my vehicle. I was kept up to date through out my repair process with all part delays and my vehicle was ready in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Auto Legends with your vehicle. Their exceptional service, kindness and trust is something you don t find these days. I would have given them 10 stars if I can. TEN TOES DOWN Auto Legends is the best car repair shop I ve ever been too since moving to Meriden, CT. Josh (the owner) is such a humble guy. Communication and Respect is key in this world and Josh carries those traits very well. Josh explains everything to you in great detail and keeps you updated on your vehicle repairs. The body work and paint job performed on my 2018 Dodge Challenger was remarkable. They did an extraordinary job. I was very pleased and happy with the shop. The shop is very clean and always smells good. Auto legends will take care of all of your car repair needs. I recommend EVERYONE to Auto Legends. Check it out for yourself. Had recently gotten into a car accident with my 2016 Chevy Traverse and I knew me going to the shop recommended by the insurance company nothing was gonna go as planned. Been there done that, so with that being said I did some research and found Auto Legend. They were right on it giving me detail for detail on what was gonna go down and they were completely honest and understanding that I needed my car because it is my main income and with it being so close to the holidays they listened and I couldn t be more grateful! My husband approached this company for a paint job, and after the work was done poorly, we asked for a redo, which led to a series of problems. In one word, if you want to waste a tremendous amount of time, money, and endure a great deal of stress, then be sure to contact this company. Josh is the person you should never trust, not even a bit. He is an extremely aggressive and unrestrained individual with whom any kind of relationship is absolutely forbidden.

Absolutely LOVE the service from start to finish here! Whether it s giving them a call or being greeted at the door there s always a smiling and friendly face and tone. Amazing customer service. Dealing with insurance companies after a accident can be stressful, Josh and his team made it so easy and stress free. If you're looking to have this clown of an owner attempt to intimidate you when his shop does amateur quality work then look no further. I received disastrous quality work with a paint job that hasn't even lasted 2 months without peeling and bubbling from improper technique. Along with broken body panels, broken windshield and rear window to the mix and this is one place I'd never visit again. If you complain about anything, Josh will absolutely let you know he ain't fixing it when he knew he oversold what his shop was capable of. Amateur quality work, beware.

I had a great experience with Auto Legends. They were very knowledgable and consistent. I spoke with Jose regarding my issue first and was able to ask all of my questions. When Josh arrived, I asked him the same questions and received the same responses. They were fair on the price and returned my vehicle in a timely manner. I have had my breaks fixed here and my drivers side of my car needed to be repainted due to an accident from a truck not having the construction materials tied down and flew out at my car. Dropped off my car for a repair and they kept it for over a month and it wasn't even completely resolved, bad experience and wouldn't recommend. Did that once and they had my fam members car for a few months. Took it to another car shop and they had my issue resolved the next day, not worth it. I was having issues with my car engine heating up. When I took it there, the gentleman refilled the coolant (water) for free and explained the whole process to me. If I ever need to fix my car , I will definitely take it there. Great place!!!
