As a woman you can t just window shop in this store. You tell yourself you will but you don t. Lol I try to resist but it never works. So new belt, cologne for my honey. I look for sales so I m the clearance section I got new earring a chain such amazing pricing. I left a happy customer

First time at Tanger Outlet stores at Foxwoods. Had the best time shopping but at the Coach outlet store was a lovely sales person named Daria. Daria was so helpful and has the sweetest voice and personality. I ve been to many many Coach stores in many locations including Puerto Rico - and have to say Daria is right on top of my list of being the best representative of the Coach brand. Thank you for making a positive experience for me and others.

I love shopping at Coach in Foxwoods - Tanger Outlets. Great deals and unique collection that I haven't seen other people sporting Coach is my favorite brand. Workers are very helpful, pleasant and know the products

I made a mistake while trying to make a in store pick up purchase and the managers Gordon and Alex gave me a really hard time while trying to resolve it. Very passive aggressive and down right mean even lied on me to coach customer service over the phone which I had to call on two separate occasions just to get information about my merchandise. Coach customer service agreed that the situation seemed strange and that it seemed to be being done on purpose and they are looking into it. Not sure why they lied considering the phone calls are recorded. Reported both managers to corporate and I will never do business with this location again.

July 2021We don't buy designer items but my wife is a Snoopy fanatic and we saw Snoopy wallets and accessories on sale, so we had to stop. She got a $400 wallet with Snoopy smiling on one side, and a $200 plain wallet for my daughter. Both items were 70% off, so about $180 for both of them, and they are superb quality, all leather, crafted stitching, with a sturdy, reliable zipper. These should last a very long time.

The Asian lady (possibly the manager, not skinny one) is so rude and biased. The tone she responded was so offensive and impatient. I called the customer service and reported her. I won t visit the store if she was still in store as a salesperson/ manager. Terrible shopping experience!!!! I won t even give a star if I could!!!! I will not recommend all my friends visiting this store!

I will not recommend anyone to visit this store because the Asian salesperson (not the skinny one) is way too rude and offensive. At first, I wanted to buy a bag but the lady was offensive and rude. I decided to go to another store to buy the same bag. I will report her for the horrible and unprofessional service.

Stuff is nice, great sales...but the sales people are FOLLOWING YOU asking of you need help, trying to tell you what 1/2 off is (i know some people need it but seriously). I left because they were so annoying.

My wife loves this place but for men they have a very limited selection Micheal B Jordan models for Coach and they barely have XL sizes only xs s M and L they are losing money for this reason men built like women aren't the only ones buying coach

We found some beautiful coach bags in the store only cost 1/6 of the price in Hong Kong! You can get a $1,200 Coach bag in Hong Kong pay only $200 here!
