I drove a couple hours to check out a luxury SUV. Pictures and description were accurate. Mr. Fernando was extremely professional and courteous. He took care of me through every step. The price on my vehicle was priced very well and competitive. We made a deal, I was happy and the best part, it took just about a little more than hour.That was the easiest and stress free experience I've ever had. I even met the owner and the rest of the team. They're are professional and laid back and super friendly. They took care of all my concerns I had with the vehicle and in addition to all that, I wasn't able to pick up the vehicle on the scheduled day because I have a toddler and newborn but they didn't know that. But Fernando had the car delivered to me instead! Wow! above and beyond! Yes, I highly recommend Champagne Motor Car. I would definitely buy from them again.I got my dream car! Well done guys and gals!

I m not one to give reviews, but this dealership definitely deserves one.I have purchased over 30 cars in my lifetime ( 8 in the last 5 yrs) and this dealership couldn t have made this sale any easier.Being out of state I was nervous , I m very particular with cars as I don t except dings of any size or scratches. Fernando was confident I would be happy with the car.He explained to me he worked at the same dealership for over 18 yrs, which is not normal in the car business. At that moment I knew I could trust him..The sale and financing was seamless., no pressure or sales tactics just down to business.I will definitely buy my next vehicle from them.Thanks Fernando, for all your attention to detail and your patience If you re in the market for a car seriously check them out.You won t be disappointed!

What a great experience buying a vehicle from Champagne Motors! Several factors made this an unbelievable purchase for me. I had been looking at used Tacomas for a few years (since 2019 honestly) being very picky over condition of the drivetrain, interior and cautious of rust underneath. I had drove a silver SR5 few years old with low miles on their lot a week or two before and told Ken the owner it was an option but I really wanted a higher trim level and a better color. Luck have it I checked back and noticed he somehow obtained a BRAND NEW TRD OFF ROAD IN LUNAR ROCK! I decided to step up and bought this dream from them without even test driving it. 5 miles on the odometer was hard to turn down. Ernie in sales was great! He has been there a long time and knows his stuff and was great throughout the brief transactions. It felt like I was family here. Kenny overlooked the whole thing, gave me a killer deal on a very hard to come by vehicle currently and ALSO gave me much more than I know I would have gotten for my Accord from a stealership had I gone that route. Wouldn t change a thing these guys are great. Joe helped out big time with financing and added to the experience. Give em a try. Unbelievable inventory literally. I ll be back!!Scott B.

Kenny and his team took very good care of me. I was looking for a specific vehicle. They found me one 2 years newer than I'd been looking at, with over 20,000 miles LESS on it than what I'd been finding, and got my payment $100 less than what I'd found anywhere else.Will be back in a few months for my wife's new car.Kenny, thank you, and your team for everything. Needed a good running car for my husband, low miles, they had just gotten in a 1999 Toyota Camry, one owner 85K miles. They went through the whole car, runs like a charm! Gave us a great deal! They were so friendly and helpful! No matter what kind of car you re looking for you can trust them, Kenny is a man of his word!

Joe made our car buying experience way too easy! We ve bought several cars from other dealerships in the past but this was by far the most simple and honest process of them all. No scams, upsells, or feeling like you re just another customer. We put a deposit down on the car and when we came back a few days later to purchase and sign the paperwork, everything was ready to go and the process took no longer than an hour and a half (and that s because there were several customers purchasing same day). Highly recommend!

I purchased a rare 2012 Chevrolet Corvette Grand Sport Convertible, Centennial Edition with 13,925 miles from the Champagne Motor Car Company sight unseen for the full asking price of $49,985. in early July, 2023. I live in Atlanta and found this car online. The salesman, Fernando, assured me that every car is thoroughly evaluated and inspected by their service team, and that anything found not up to Champagne's high standards is either fixed or replaced before buyers take delivery. Fernando also made arrangements to have my car shipped to Atlanta but unfortunately failed to tell me that it had shipped.After finally getting my car and inspecting the outside, I sat in the driver's seat and immediately noticed that the rearview mirror was cracked and had other large and very obvious imperfections embedded in the glass. I knew instantly that the mirror had to be replaced. I called Fernando that evening telling him what I found, and I also sent him a picture of the defects.I subsequently had the mirror replaced and installed by a certified Chevrolet/Corvette dealership and it cost me close to $900. The mirror alone was over $800. It was an expensive fix. In my opinion, Champagne had to have known about that defective mirror but decided not to replace it because it was too expensive, and they also failed to tell me about it beforehand.I therefore requested a full refund of $900. for the cost of replacing that mirror. In response, they offered to pay only $600. because they told me "they could do it for less." Well, they should have when they had the car!I contacted Fernando about getting me the full $900. refund, but after waiting three weeks and getting literally nowhere, I decided to contact the owner, Mr. Kenneth Champagne, directly. I tried calling him numerous times over several days spanning two weeks but was never able to talk with him. He neither answered the phone nor returned my calls.After close to two months and much follow-up, patience, and perseverance, I finally received $600. compensation for the mirror. I am especially thankful for Kevin in the Finance Department for resolving my issue within two hours after my initial phone call, and for promptly mailing my refund check that same day.In summary, I am removing one star from my review because I did not receive the full $900. reimbursement cost for that mirror, and I am removing another star because of the manner in which this entire matter was handled. I reached out for resolution and tried in vain to get fair treatment but to no avail. No one from Champagne Motor ever even owned up to or apologized to me for that mirror, and no one ever called me back to discuss the matter. My experience was contrary to their online self-proclaimed "build it and they will come" philosophy.In conclusion, based upon my experience, if you are considering purchasing a car from Champagne Motor Car Company online sight unseen, I suggest that you have the car first inspected by a third party independent mechanic before buying it.Walter J. Bought remotely from a couple states away. Opted to arrange my own financing. Ken & Joe were very patient, holding the vehicle (with minimal deposit) while lender rqmts. for availability of funds were met. They made it EZ. An all around awesome experience!When I went to get the vehicle I purchased, the only distraction was their impressive inventory!

We were looking at our potential new vehicle and never bothered by anyone. How refreshing. No hard sell here! Both Ken the owner, and Ernie who was to become our salesman could not have been any more accommodating throughout.The purchasing process was by far the most stress free car buying experience ever.When picking up our new ride , we were presented with a spotless vehicle and it even had a full tank of gas. Do any other dealerships do that anymore?!When you go, ask for Ernie. He was the best!Thanks again Ken and Ernie!

What can I say about Champagne Motors, Ken and his team went above and beyond expectations. Our salesman Joe was helpful and never pressured us to buy, he gave us keys for all the vehicles we wanted to look at and didn t follow us around. We decided what we wanted to test drive and he sent us on our way. Once returning to the showroom with the vehicle we decided on, he went thru the vehicle with us and the few things we found to be problems, he assured us all issues would be addressed if we decided to buy, he then walked away and said let me give you some time to talk and that he would be inside when we were ready to talk further. That is when we knew we found a gem of a dealership. All of our issues were addressed and more, prior to delivery these guys check vehicles bumper to bumper they found the brake pads were border line so they replaced them. Tires were needed, Not only did they replace 4 but they did all 5 tires so everything matched perfectly. We arrived yesterday to pick up our new vehicle and we were in and out of finance in 20 minutes, and on our way in 30 minutes There was no pressure to buy extended warranties, we were given a price and the information on the available plan and were told to review the info and call if we decided we wanted it. Our new to us 2020 Jeep Rubicon with Skyview top is a real head turner. We will definitely be going back to this dealership for more cars in the future. Also to note the showroom is clean and the staff is very friendly.

I have bought my last 4 automobiles here for my family. I have NEVER had any issues with the cars. Kenny and his staff are honest, accommodating, and make car shopping easy. Ernie is the best!! I would not purchase automobiles anywhere else.

I bought this gorgeous 2018 BMW M3 from Champagne Motors. I had been looking for months for just the right car and found it on their website. I live in OH and had never bought a car online or out of state, so I was a little nervous. I worked directly with Ken, Kevin and Kendra and have to say, it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. They do this all the time and have the process nailed down everything from the paperwork to shipping and registration. The car was delivered right to my driveway! I would not hesitate to do business with Ken and team again. Thanks again for everything and good luck to you!

We bought a 2021 Jeep Rubicon in excellent condition from CMCC. Fernando gave us a FaceTime tour of the Jeep and was a pleasant, low pressure sales associate. The price was very fair considering the low miles and extensive Mopar upgrades. We had it trailered from Connecticut to Pennsylvania for its delivery. Overall, it was a great experience and we wouldn't hesitate to do business again.

Assisted my brother in law with finding a newer vehicle. We stopped at Champagne Motor Car Company and found a nice fiat. The car did not have a second key fob, car mats, license plate holder, nor an owners manual. Needless to say my brother in law spent well over $ 600.00 for a second fob, he had to drive to Valenti in Hartford. The mats and license plate holder finally arrived after numerous calls and over a month of waiting. The owners manual which was promised, never materialized. I would NEVER return back. Prospective buyers, make sure you obtain EVERYTHING in writing !!!

My first time buying from Ken and his team. A great experience all around. My 2019 Stingray was near perfect when I first saw it and test drove it, but by the time the body shop was done, it looked like a new car. Every chip/ding/scratch disappeared. Top shelf work by the body shop.My sales rep was Ernie. You won't find a nicer, more accomodating fellow. He made sure everything went smoothly.Ken and his sales team abide by the "no pressure" motto. I have never felt more relaxed nor enjoyed a car purchase more than this one.Can't say enough about this dealership... Highly recommended! 5+ Stars!!Gus K.

Probably the easiest auto purchase I've ever made. Highly recommend! Found an awesome truck online through CarGurus, contacted Champagne directly, and in a few days I was driving home in the new truck. I live an hour and a half away so it was very important for me to only make one trip to the dealership, other dealerships told me it was impossible but Champagne made it seem easy!!Fernando was extremely responsive through the whole process, he answered all of my questions and took the time to explain everything to me in great detail. I never once felt rushed or brushed aside. I did not catch the owners name but I met him the day I picked up the truck and he seemed great as well. The finance manager was very easy to work with as well and took the time to layout all of my options and explain everything very clearly.A+ service all around, will definitely consider making the hour and a half trip again to purchase our next vehicle!

I absolutely love my purchase . Would recommend them for your next purchase, Fernando was� amazing,above and beyond service. My Infiniti was painted, detailed,and got new tires with my purchase. Had minor scratch they couldn't buff it out so they painted it, cmon that is amazing. All my vehicles will definitely be bought here in the future... 10 's ..... I was looking around for a new company truck after speaking with multiple dealerships, including Chevy and GM dealers we were not pleased. We were tired of getting the same type of runaround and the wheel in dealing that they do without being provided full transparency to the history of the vehicles that may or may not be on a Carfax report. Then we found champagne auto. After dealing with Ken, owner of Champaign auto, I can gladly say that our experience with him and his staff was so much more easier, honest and straightforward than any of the other dealers I have worked with. They made the transaction between the new vehicle I was purchasing and our trade-in, fast, simple, straightforward, and fair. If you re looking for a great vehicle that has the hard to find trim or options, stop by Champaign auto, they have a wide selection of those hard to find vehicles at great pricing. The next time we re looking for a company vehicle we will be going back to Ken and his team at Champagne auto.

I have not bought a used car in a long time. Champagne Country Motors has been great.! From the website to the first phone call to looking at the car, driving it, deciding to buy it to financing and pick up next weekend!! The car has been so easy with no pressure and just really nice people to work with. My experience buying cars has not been great. Kenny and Joe definitely made me see that car shopping and buying can actually be super customer friendly and helpful. I highly highly recommend and I now have good mechanics also. And I live in Hartford so they aren t close but worth the drive for the service.

I found a 2015 Audi A6 3.0T Prestige online from Champagne MotorCar Co. My wife and I looked locally but could not find one with the options she wanted, or at the price point we wanted. I put a deposit on this vehicle and flew out to see the car in person. That was actually cheaper than the shipping cost and was less stressful than buying site unseen...They picked me up at my hotel in the morning, 45 minutes later I was at the dealership, took the car for a test drive, then drove it 560 miles home... My salesman was George Pasiakos. The car was every bit as nice as he said it was. They even steam cleaned the interior...I would give them 6 Stars if i could. Thanks George And Kenny for making this online buying experience a good one!

I bought a very nice Town and Country van in July from this dealer. I live in Indiana, and the process was super easy, and the van was delivered. At that time I gave this dealer a five-star review, and was super pleased with everything. I drove the van to Tennessee a few days after I received it. While there, I discovered the passenger side automatic sliding door would not lock. My son plays music, and we had music equipment that needed locked up, so I was a little frustrated to find that now we couldn't leave the equipment in the van in Nashville because the door wouldn't lock. I had also discovered that the navigation system did not work. On the description of the vehicle, it led me to believe the navigation system worked, as it noted the navigation system in the description. (I had a 2013 Town and Country van, the navigation worked perfectly, and I loved it, and I bought a 2016 Town and Country from this dealer, thinking that I would be getting the same great navigation system, and was super disappointed that when I took my trip & discovered it did not work). So I notified the dealer in Connecticut where I bought the van, and explained to them about the door and the navigation system, and how I was a little upset this passed there 120 point inspection of their used vehicles, because obviously that would have showed up. I was told to take it to a dealer In Indiana, and then notify them of the cost, and they would help me out. For good luck, the sliding door was actually a recall, so it was fixed for free. But they were unsure how to update the navigation system. I sent the dealer (The salesman who sold me the van) a copy of the receipt, and told them good news, the door was fixed for free because it was a recall. But I told him the dealer wasn't sure how to update the navigation system, and that I was going to take it to a different dealer. A few weeks later I took it to a different dealer, who was able to update the radio/connect, at a price of $139. I texted the salesman the bill, (which I previously did when I sent the bill for the door to him, which was no charge, and he immediately texted me back), and this time when there was a charge, I got no reply! I waited a week and still no reply, so I emailed him the bill. Another week, and still no reply. Very disappointed because I feel like since I live in Indiana, and this van was shipped to me from Connecticut, that they don't really care because I am from out of state. I had such a great experience buying it, and just wanted them to fix the Uconnect/navigation for me, because that is one thing I use, And one of the reasons I bought the van, because I used it so much in my other van. I think it should have been in working order for me, And I do not think it was even checked. The dealer that updated it for me, told me The dealer should have updated it before selling the vehicle, especially since it was advertised in the description. I'm just mostly disappointed that I never heard anything back, after having such a great experience, I just wanted them to reimburse me for having to update something that they should have updated. And if you're not going to reimburse me, at least let me know. Because I was led to believe that I would be reimbursed. So it would be courteous to email me back or text me back and let me know that you are not going to reimburse me, instead of ignoring me. So I went ahead and only gave them three stars, because although I had a good experience, I want out of state people to be aware that once the deal is done, because you are so far away, their customer service, at least in my experience, is disappointing. I had previously thought I might buy from them again when I need another vehicle, but I have changed my mind, due to a trust issue I now have with them.

I recently bought a roadster from this dealership, and Fernando was my Sales Rep. I had a great experience from start to finish. Car was priced fairly, buying process was smooth, and Fernando went above and beyond to get the car to the auto transporter to get it to me. In addition, a nice "mint on the pillow" touch was receiving the car with a full tank of gas, premium no less. A classy touch that defies today's era of profit-chasing dealers. Highly recommend Fernando and Champagne Motor Car Company.

I purchased a 2015 Lexus 250ISC from Champagne Motor Car Company and couldn't be more pleased. I had been looking for a used ISC for months and didn't have much luck with the dealers in my area. I happened upon the car that I ultimately purchased on Champagne's website and contacted them regarding the vehicle. They couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful. The entire transaction was seamless. I received my new car yesterday. It's lovely. I will recommend this dealership to anyone looking a luxury used car. Thanks, Ken and Ernie!!
