Made an appointment to have a very minor paint scuff looked at. Bill appreciated that it was a new vehicle and it was too soon to have blemishes. He asked if I could wait while they gave a try at buffing it out, which I did. We had a great conversation in the meantime. 20 min later, it was all set. Real people, real service!

Billie Joe Mazur was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Fast and efficent. Final price came in below initally estimated cost for headlight repairs. Car was done earlier than expected as well! They have a top shelf mechanic and detailer in house. I have already scheduled my other vehicle for some minor front end repairs. I couldn't be happier with their workmanship and their customer service.

Best place you could go!!!! All the staff are super nice and informative. My car was vandalize with sugar in the tank the day before it was in an accident. They made sure we were able to get back in our car the same week due to having to pay for a rental out of pocket. The body work isn t even done yet (waiting on parts) but I m more than satisfied with how they treated me as a customer so far! Looking forward to seeing my baby looking brand new again

I'm a very happy first time customer! This morning the sunroof on my Subaru got stuck partially open. I'm taking the car on 6 hour road trip tomorrow and rain is definitely in the forecast, so I absolutely needed it resolved today and was in a minor panic about how long it would take and what it was going to cost me.They took me without an appointment and my car was ready to pick up before lunch time. Not only did they get the sunroof closed up, they did it at no charge!The service advisor, Rob, was kind and considerate of my concerns. He took the time to give me a detailed explanation of what he found and patiently answered all my questions. Although fixing the underlying issue will require a return visit (after my trip), he offered recommendations on how I can manage the problem in the meantime. A+ service.

I had a problem with my car s passenger rear door few weeks ago, and after they thoroughly checked it, they ordered the part that was needed the same day and fixed it the following day. Vernon Collision repaired the front end on my vehicle recently. They took longer than anticipated but the final result was excellent. My 2020 car w/ the damaged front end looks Brand NEW again! I recommend people use Vernon Collision Center as this is the 2nd time we used them, both times they produced excellent work!!

I side swiped my car against a stone wall in my driveway recently. My brother suggested Vernon Collison. He's in the business and knows they are reputable and are cost effective. And he was right! I dealt with the owner Bob who explained they could easily repair the dent and paint but would be cheaper to replace the the whole bumper. My research proved him to be correct. Super nice people from reception to mechanics passing by. Best of all they washed,cleaned the tires and wheels, vacuumed and clean the rubber floor mats AND washed my windows. Vernon Collision had to replace a fender and then paint the fender and part of driver door to blend a more exact match. They found a salvage fender part which is much cheaper than a new part and was faster to get in these supply chain issue times. And they did an excellent job on the painting. Everything looks brand new. I even think they vacuumed the car!We were very pleased. Excellent work and courteous staff.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My first time ever needing body repairs and they made it so simple and easy. The staff was extremely professional and nice. My car came back looking amazing I couldn t be happier with the work they did. They communicated everything with me and kept in touch in regards to the repairs. Would recommend them in the future. I have been to multiple body shops in the past ten + years but never have I received such great customer service, professionalism and such impeccable quality of work. Right from initial consult and quoting a reasonable out pocket expense, to being accommodative of my schedule and delivering on time they were unbelievably good. I would recommend Vernon to anyone needing work on their car. My experience with them was awesome!! I needed my front bumper repaired. I had first gone to another repair service and they told me I needed a new bumper and in all would cost me approx $600,Since my car was a 2008 I didn't want to spend that amount of money. I brought it to Vernon and they assessed the damage and told me it could be fixed for $175. I made the appointment, they took about 2 hours and it was completed and perfect.Service: Body & Trim

We have always brought any of our cars here for the last 25 years! They do a great job and are very honest! Bob and his team are great! I would NOT go anywhere else! I recommend them to anyone who needs the job done right and for a reasonable cost!

I brought in my 2018 Dodge Challenger to repair some damage on the front fender. Everyone at Vernon Collision was courteous, professional, efficient, and got my car in and out within a few days. My Challenger was not only repaired beautifully, but it was also washed, waxed, and the interior fully detailed/cleaned. I would recommend this shop to anybody and will be taking any and all maintenance to them in the future. Thank you guys so much for taking care of my baby!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Very very friendly very knowledgeable worked on my car quickly and I think it was very reasonable... I had a hood issue.. drove in there parking lot and they worked on it almost immediately and they were very friendly and very attentive

Insurance claim on my 2014 Crosstrek came out perfect. Painted and installed rear bumper. Tree damage to my 1977 C 10 pickup also came out perfect and they put the extra effort in paint match due to its age. Top notch body work . These guys know the business and are honest . Very straight-forward, honest service. I'm very happy with the results and the pricing was reasonable. The people working there are also very amiable. The waiting room is clean and very well-maintained. I almost wish I needed a little more body work on my car just because I'm so delighted with the service I received!

Over the years I have worked with many collision shops, these guys are the best. They came highly recommended and have proven reliable, informative and friendly. Plus they work well with insurance adjusters while looking out for your best interest.

Rob saved me $638 by fixing my oil leak without doing any of the other unnecessary things that another auto shop wanted to do. And he diagnosed my problem over the phone at no cost, as opposed to the other company, which charged me $126 to tell me what was wrong! This is conscientious and honest service.

Extremely pleased with my end result. My bumper and trunk lid was damaged by a hit and run. I went to another local body shop and received a very vague open ended estimate. I then went to vernon collision center based on their reviews for a second opinion. The estimate I received was better in my price range and left me feeling much more confident because they gave me a quote not a giant range of prices like the shop before. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday morning and reserved a rental for one week. I received a call on friday morning and was told my car was close to being ready when would I be available to pick it up. Because I was not expecting it to be done so soon I have gave them a short window of time and to my suprise they told me no problem it would be ready anyways. The end result was amazing my car looked like I was never in an accident ever! The entire experience was completely professional and I am sincerely thankful for the end result. I was very anxious to move forward with fixing the car after the first quote I received from the other shop however vernon collision center put my mind at ease and delivered what they promised. Thank you so much for your help!

Great place to go if you need work done! They did a great job on my car and even cleaned it out and had it nice and warm for me when I picked it up. Very friendly in the office and they keep me updated on timeline too.

Excellent family owned business. They are very honest and fair. They will not tell you that you need work done that you don't need like other places. My mother and I have taken out vehicles there many times, they do great work
