One of the easiest car purchases I ve ever made.I found this car on Autotrader , so I decided to take a look at it.After a no pressure test drive,we made a deal, I left a deposit. A few days later I returned to purchase and pickup my new vehicle.Jason had all my documents ready, Carlos was also very helpful.I received my signed title a few days later as promised.They made me feel completely relaxed during the whole sale. It was like buying a car from a old friend. Great job,I d suggest you check them out.

Jason and his team made buying my son his first car a seamless experience, he makes you feel like family, we ran into a slight issue a few days after the purchase and they were there for us quick and car was taken care of immediately. I highly recommend VAS for your used car needs. Thank you again Jason for everything!!!

It is very obvious that this dealership plans to outsell the competition through friendliness, trust worthyness, and attention to detail.they guided me through smoothly through the whole process. They worked urgently to get me into my car within 4 days. I love my new car but when it's time to upgrade I'll definitely be back!

Had a great experience here dealing with Jason and Carlos. Very easy and no nonsense which is what you want when looking at used cars. Made the whole buying process a breeze and lived up to all promises and expectations with the vehicle and service. Can t say enough good things about Jason and his team! What a wonderful establishment. We found exactly what we were looking for, and they were so great throughout the process. They fixed our couple of concerns with smiles on their faces. And when it came time to sign papers, we brought our one year old and Jason seemed thrilled to have him in the room with us, allowing him to walk around happily in the office. We DEFINITELY recommend Vernon Auto Sales (as well as their other location, 4 Town Auto in Somers).

I had an impressive experience with Vernon Auto Sales. They sold me the vehicle at a fair and reasonable price, but what happened next really made the difference. The morning after I picked it up and drove it home to Vermont, it wouldn t start. A fuel line clip had failed, and gas gushed out every time I tried to start it.A less ethical dealership might have said it s my problem or demanded that I get it towed to the dealership to get it fixed. Instead, Jeff from the Vernon Auto service department drove two hours north to fix it, thoroughly and professionally. Based on this experience, I enthusiastically recommend these guys. They literally went the extra mile for me.

I was initially here a few months ago to purchase a vehicle however I wasn't able to(due to hesitation on my end). However, the 2nd time I came I was greeted with the same kindness and hospitality from Carlos and Jason. Made the whole experience very welcoming, transparent, and completely understanding. The whole atmosphere at this dealership and the repair shop is great, everyone is kind and has a great sense of humor as well. Carlos and Jason especially are great guys and walked me through the step-by step process to make purchasing a vehicle less of hassle. 10/10 would recommended coming here for repairs as well as purchasing any vehicles.

So today we purchased our 7th vehicle from Jason! We plan on returning when needed again. We have always felt very comfortable and well taken care of. No pressure ever and they are always so accommodating with every little detail. It's not your normal used car vibe, they pride themselves on their well earned reputation. I would send any family member or friend to Jason any day!

I had one of the best experiences at VAS. I walked into this dealership in need of a new a vehicle, feeling down and out but Jason, Carlos and the staff made my experience a great one. We came to VAS today in hopes of buying a new to us car. Let me tell you, the entire experience was beyond fantastic. Carlos and Jason were beyond helpful, and we were able to drive off the lot in our new Subaru! I cannot express how amazing everyone was. They were very welcoming, not pushy at all, and even took wonderful care of our 3 year old son while we dealt with everything! I fully recommend their services and we will be returning for sure!! I got a car from Jason at Vernon Auto sales for a 2016 Nissan Altima and I am so in love. Jason and Carlos were an amazing help. I came in on Tuesday and left today with a used beautiful car. Everyone at vernon motors are phenomenal shout out to Ali & Jason they are the best .They show concern if there is an issue with your car don't worry about the cost they will work with you.just be honest and fair. Carlos and the service team Jeff is the best shout out to you. Carlos was my sales guy very manerable good guy to work along with when buying a carBlessings to you all. Errol.

If you re looking for your next car this is the place! Vernon auto sales is a family owned business and they treat you like if you are their family. Jason, Carlos and the whole team deserve a huge shoutout for making my experience getting a first car stress free, smooth and comfortable. Our experience with Vernon Auto Sales was the best. No pressure sales person Alex was extremely friendly and let us wonder the lot and go to him for questions as we wanted. When we decided the vehicle to purchase, we dealt with Jason. Again laid back person. He knows his stuff and an expert on all the needed paperwork, financing etc. Very transparent with the complete process. It was a pleasure doing business here. Bought a 2014 Chevy Silverado 1500 work truck for landscaping. The truck is very clean, runs great and the underbody had no signs of rot which was great. Jason was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I ended up getting an extended warranty that covers the engine and transmission for 3 years/36k miles. On top of that the dealer offered a 60 day warranty on engine and transmission and that I didn't find at any other of the dealers I went to. It really shows that they believe in and know what they are selling to be able to offer that. I now have peace of mind that even if something goes wrong with the vehicle I am covered. I couldn't be happier and would recommend VAS to anyone looking to buy a vehicle from an honest dealer.
