Karina was the first person I spoke to during a phone call I made to inquire about new tires. She was very personable, professional, patient and helpful. She was also the first face I saw when I went in to drop my car off and displayed all the same characteristics. Definitely 5star employee.I did not interact with the person(s) involved with installing my new tires, but I can say that they were done when I had expected them to be. The tires felt much better driving for sure. So kudos to them too!I will be a return customer!L. Herrera

This Town Fair Tire is the most professional kind hearted group of people that I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I had an absolute disaster happen to my car and they felt so bad that they took care of me start to finish and even gave me a huge discount. I would suggest everyone I know to these group of fine people. Special thanks to the store manager Caleb and Trejon who made this experience amazing, thank you!

The lady at the front desk, I forget her name, is an absolute pleasure. She helps you in any way she can and makes sure you re getting what you pay for. She helped me get the best deal possible for my tire replacement and truly has the customer s best interest in mind. I will continue going back here just because of her and how helpful/caring she is.

I came in to get one tire and found out I actually needed two and Karina (the associate) helped me get two brand new tires at a good price and also got them both changed in less than a Hour which is By far the fastest service I ve ever gotten when coming to Town Fair Tire! She had her team work expeditiously quick and I appreciate Karina for making it happen in order for me to still make my Nannas Viewing!5 Star Rating and I highly recommend coming here because you will leave satisfied!

I came in initially without an appointment for two tires since we re supposed to have snow this weekend. Karina was able to get me an appointment for the next morning and have the tires I needed ordered and delivered in time for the installation.Upon dropping off my car Karina took the time to inspect my tires and showed me where they were wearing. I m appreciated that she recommended an alignment as it had been a while since my last and hadn t thought of it for this visit.The service was very fast and she answered all of my questions to help me feel more confident as I have a long driving trip coming up. I would recommend everyone to this location and to work with Karina, she was amazing!

After a less than stellar experience at another Town Fair Tire location the folks here really helped reshape that perception.The two folks beging the counter, Karina and Trey, were knowledgeable and gave genuine advice and direction on how to ensure I get the best service for my needs.They weren't focused on upselling or anything other than ensuring they built a foundation for a repeat customer and I greatly appreciate it.

Town fair tire in Manchester CT has the best customer service ever. Karina and Tre got me in and out with no appointment. Answered all my questions. And have the best prices around. Highly recommend!!!!

I ve been to town fair tires several times already and never a bad experience. Just visited today the one on Manchester and even do I got a bad news about my tires Karina was awesome . 5 out of 5 for them. Thank you town fair tires.

Karina scores a 10 in customer service! I started my day out good and then had a flat tire which made it bad. Karina made my day better with the excellent customer service she provided. This location of Town Fair Tire is fortunate to have her working there!

Awesome job by Justin and, I am so horrible with names, but the young lady behind the counter. Very professional and courteous and took care of my tire in a short amount of time, especially when I didn t even have an appointment. Definitely recommend this location for all of your tire needs!

Great Service and great selection. The staff went above and beyond with helping me with my tires. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. They made my rough patch in my day go smooth and stress free!! I dropped in to have my tires checked for loss of air. The tech found a bubble on 1 as he was putting in air. The other front tire was badly worn on the inside. Both were covered by warranty, one was fully covered because of the bubble and the other was prorated. The ladies that took care of this was very nice and courteous. (I wish I could remember her name)

Caleb and Karina were so friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I called that day got instantly in for 4 tire renewal and they did an alignment for a discount without having to ask! They also fixed my car in less than 90 mins! I m extremely happy and will return and tell family and friends.
