My experience with The Collision Shop was extremely disappointing. I brought my car in for repairs, expecting them to use OEM parts as promised. However, after the repair was completed, I noticed several issues with my vehicle. When I confronted the staff, they admitted to using aftermarket parts instead of the promised OEM ones.Not only did they deceive me about the quality of the parts used, but the inferior aftermarket parts they installed resulted in further damage to my car. This blatant dishonesty and lack of integrity are unacceptable in any professional establishment.I urge anyone considering The Collision Shop for their car repairs to think twice. Their deceptive practices and willingness to cut corners with faulty parts jeopardize the safety and reliability of your vehicle. Avoid this shop if you value honesty and quality service.

I brought my Mazda CX-5 to the Collision Shop after being hit on the driver rear side panel. Tami was excellent to work with. She walked me through the entire process and made it as painless as possible. She kept me informed, answered all my questions. The Collision Shop handled all the interactions with the insurance company. After the repairs the car looks and drives like new. I could not have asked for a better experience. Thanks to all at the Collision Shop!

Keith was amazing! The other driver's insurance paid for everything, I was kept well informed and my car was finished before the estimated timetable. He even drove me to the rental car place when then didn't show up at the agreed upon time.

Amazing communication, quality and customer service!! Someone else hit my car and it was a terrible experience (dealing with insurance companies) until I dealt with Keith and the team at The Collision Shop. A very poor experience. I delt with a woman (I think it was a woman) with zero people skills. When I stepped inside the place, I was curtly told to go back outside and wait...even though I had an appointment. Acted like she/he was doing me a big favor to wait on me. My truck was not ready when I was promised it would be (I made a wasted trip), and my bill exceeded the estimate, thanks to a mistake on their part, by a considerable amount. They were unapologetic about both things. If I could give them less than one star I would. I would avoid this place like the plague.

My Honda Accord '16 was rear ended twice last month, and I had it picked up and transported to Honda in Manchester. Honda transferred my vehicle after evaluation, ruling out underlying damages. This third party body shop which they use, is great. I would like to recognize Troy, who always kept me informed about my vehicle the best that he could. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to have assist me during a tough time! Thank you Troy!!!

My Civic SI was hit a bit ago, and working my self in the auto business. I went in knowing parts are hard to currently get in stock. However, Tami helped reolve my ugly bumper and my baby is looking great again.

Had a rear bumper replaced. Lots of overspray and dirt in the clear coat. Definitely expected higher quality on the paint job. Also was told on my first visit they would only use OEM parts and then found out after that wasn t the case. Then they used an automatic touch wash and scratched up my car almost in every inch of the car. It cost me a lot to remove my ceramic coat and have a new one put on from a mistake that should have never happened.The car was done in only a few days but that was about the only positive. I wouldn t recommend if you are into auto detailing and actually care for the body work.

Had someone back into my car and brought it here for repair. Everyone there friendly and professional. Troy Robert's did an amazing job. My car looks perfect and cleaned inside and out. Aside from the great service, they were honest with me. I had my car rims stolen, and filed an insurance claim. My insurance adjuster wanted to only give me factory replicas, and didnt bother telling me. The collision shop was honest enough to tell me what was going on. They didn't have to, the labor would have been the same either way and the rims weren't from them either.Then they fought with my adjuster because the rocker panel was broke and needed replaced. The adjuster just wanted to replace it, and the shop argued that it needs to match and to be painted.They were honest with me, fought for me, and even gave me a loaner to save on car rental until my car was finished. Do you know how rare it is to find an honest mechanic these days?

The staff of The Collision Shop, Tammy, Troy and especially Arlene, whom I most often dealt with, were truly exceptional: patient, courteous, professional and highly skilled. My car looks like it just rolled out of the showroom! Moreover, their willingness to go to bat for me with an insensitive insurance company was greatly appreciated. I was given the use of a free loaner, had all of my annoying questions patiently answered, was treated with respect and Arlene even went so far as to help me extricate a stuck cell phone holder. Above and beyond!I recommend The Collision Shop without reservation!

We were told it was a simple repair so when the car was promised in 2-3 days we made an appointment and arrangements accordingly. We even dropped it off the night before so they could start first thing as we were hoping for 2 days. Needless to say the car wasn't ready in 3 days and we had to wait 3 more days. We did get a "sorry" but no real explanation as to why. This was major inconvenience and a fairly important factor for choosing this shop.
