Straightforward, open, honest, professional, and excellent workmanship at reasonable prices. Seriously, "we paint our welds" (so the New England road salt doesn't rust them out first)! I call that dedication to detail.

I had Pop's Exhaust install an X-pipe in place of my mid. resonator on my 2014 Audi rs5. They did a great job and were able to answer all the questions I had. The kit I ordered was missing 2 clamps and they were able to get stainless steel clamps to complete the job while I waited. The car sounds great and they do high quality work at very good prices. I highly recommend them!

This location has always done right by me. Fair pricing and quick turn around. Workers are friendly and explain clearly what work is needed. Highly recommend for your exhaust needs.

My ride Had a snapped off hanger bracket, on the tail end of the exhaust pipe... I had utilized their services at the Wethersfield shop several times, and was usually treated pretty decently.So I'm closer to the Manchester area now, which is why I went here!I called them up, and they squeezed me in for an afternoon appointment. I just needed a bracket to be welded back onto the pipe. The shop foreman tried to do their usual UPSALE tactics on me, but the rest of the system was not leaking. So I just said I'd wait on the rest of it ~ if it fails.He charged me $50.00, and I was on my way within 30 minutes' time frame.I'd definitely go there again, and I wouldn't be afraid to recommend them to a friend. Overall a decent business for all your exhaust needs!

Came In today with a cracked exhaust. I was In and out within 30 mins. Amazing customer service and I left happy. 10/10 shop and will be coming back for further work when needed.

I brought my car in for a muffler rattle. I dropped it early am as I was heading out of town for business. Made it my first plane connection, they called said it was all set. I was supposed to pick it up the next afternoon. After many flight delays they kept it 3 days with no extra charge. These guys are 100% awesome. This is my second excellent encounter with them. Highly recommend them!

Professionals. Outstanding customer service. Less then 5 minutes after handing over my keys, the employee returned. He gave me an honest and knowledgeable assessment of my SUVs exhaust problem, followed by a price that was exactly as quoted over the phone earlier. I'm wicked happy I chose Pops Exhaust and will continue to do business with them.

Awesome place!!! Got quoted by another place who said they had to replace my whole exhaust system for $2,000. Brought my car here, and they said they could just replace a couple pieces for under $400 and took less than an hour. Car now sounds and works great. Would recommend this place to anyone!

Although, due to timing, I was unable to get the work I needed done there? These guys are excellent! I brought my car in, they diagnosed it immediately and told me exactly what I needed to do and the degree of urgency. I would refer anyone there, as their customer service was great also.

Wow! I was hesitant bringing my car into a shop that I don't know. As a woman, I have experienced being taken advantage of by mechanics. Pops was quick, transparent and affordable. Hopefully I don't need work on my muffler again but if I do I will call them!

Reason for my 1 star review. so I recently went to Pop's for the 1st time. To get the noise from my muffler checkout. I called ahead spoke to older gentleman. Told him year/ make & model of car and possible part needed, Asked for quoted price and it was really reasonable compared to other estimates I got. So made appt. Went there they checked it out and I didn't need any parts, just welding & patch work. I was happy for the honesty and price.Here's were the problem came I had left alot of quarter's in my (car door pocket), which I thought of taking it out, when he came and took car. But was like I don't think worker would be that stupid and take it, especially if he the only 1 in my car. So I left it. Unfortunately was I wrong he took damn near all of it and left a few behind. I was shocked of his audacity, but more shocked at the owner (son's) response. he basically told me that he trusted his employees word because he's been the 18 yrs over is basically perfect, so I'm lying. He said, he checked the cameras and didn't notice anything strange when employee was in/out of car, now I from inside if you grab the door change can be taken then easily. Now I have 20% tints on my windows and part of windshield so would be hard to see in. So opportunity easily can't be taken. So customers beware of their employees stealing items in your cars and you getting blamed for lying about theft, or accusing them of it, by shop owner! Customer's Rights not accepted there. If I'm lying, I dare you to leave a few $'s, change, anything pocket size in it and findout.

Beautiful single exhaust system for my 1940 Chevy pickup. I'd give them 5 stars for the workmanship and friendliness of the staff but it was very expensive for a non stainless simple system at $1039.

I came in for a failed tailpipe/muffler connection. Everyone was friendly, the service was quick and the work was solid. The mechanic had me come under the car and showed me some weak spots to think about in the near future. He made the effort to patch the failure, which saved me a lot of money over a replacement. These guys are great as always!

I took my car here for the first time. I can't compliment them enough. We stopped in with no appointment at 10AM. My car went in at 1:10 and was picked up at 2:30. Great service, fair price and my car is quieter than ever. We were parked next to the holly bush in front. Nice to see a business that cares about habitant and the birds that depend on it. I got to see them close up. The whole business was very tasteful and I'm so happy we were recommended to Pop's.

If you need any exhaust work done in CT this is the place. Stopped by recently to have a muffler welded on to my vehicle. Not only did they mock everything up for me to approve before final assembly but I was in and out within the hour and it didn't break the bank. Top notch work, look no further.

Today I went to Pop's Exhaust for the first time. I had called in the morning and the gentlemen said he would try and work me in this afternoon. I called back a bit after 130 pm and went over. They put my Subaru up on the lift and called me in. They clearly showed me what needed to be fixed. We could have taken a short cut and patched it but there were other areas of the exhaust pipe that would have been in trouble before too long. I said lets go for it and about an hour and a half later my Forester was done and at a very reasonable price. I liked the way they took care of my vehicles needs. They were busy but made room for me. That alone was impressive as was the quality of the work. I liked being treated with respect. I would definitely go back there again and recommend them to others. They try to help walk in's and take appointments too. Their waiting room is pretty nice too.

I had a great experience, these guys are awesome! Brought my wrangler in, even with wrong appointment, that was my fault but they still got it done for me, Nick was so helpful and understanding. I highly recommend them, great communication, and my Jeep sounds great! Thanks again.

Pops exhaust has been the best place I've found for quality work at a good price. They have helped me twice the past month, 2 unrelated issues with an older car and just were so welcoming, answered my questioned, and were GREAT! Best place I have ever used. Highly recommend.

My best overall experience ever from a business owner to another business owner. Nick understands and displays a high level of customer service. Pete is a meticulous master craftsman who takes great pride in his workmanship and making certain the customer is happy. A true honest and pleasurable company to service your exhaust and car repairs.

Nick is one of the good mechanics I pulled up with my exhaust about to fall off! After a quick check and estimate, he got me in the same day for repairs and my car was back on the road for a price I could live with. Very knowledgeable and friendly.I never realized how much engine power is lost with a leaking tail pipe. I will be sure to come back here next time my car needs fixing or upgrading.

I brought my car in to swap out mufflers for different ones. I was told it would be about 2 hour job, so I waited there. They were done in like 45 minutes. Very fast, very efficient, and very hard-working professionals. I highly recommend them.Went there a second time for another car, May 7, 2019, exact same job done. Showed up early for my appointment, they took my car in early, i was in and out in under an hour. These guys are awesome. You won't be disappointed. Reasonably priced and painless experience.
