Wonderful experience buying from these guys. They made it an easy transaction. I plan to see them the next time I have a need for a solid used vehicle. I can enthusiastically recommend. Almost 6 months in and my vehicle is exactly what they claimed it was. I am very happy with my purchase.

Shout out to Marilyn, Matt and Dave at Motorcar West in Manchester! Phenomenal customer service. They made this process very easy and even stayed after hours when I was running late! Highly recommend this dealership. Awesome car. 1 owner used Ford Focus....low mileage. They made me feel comfortable, like family and I didn't feel at all pressured. I highly recommend them for your next purchase!! Thanks again!

Everyone who works for this dealer is top notch. Seriously. Salesperson Joey was extremely helpful and let me take two test drives before making my final purchase decision on my gorgeous Black 2013 Jaguar XJ. He was very up front about pricing, and even turned his computer monitor around to show me, line by line, what I was paying for. No other car dealer I have been to would be willing to do this. Finance manager Dave was amazing at getting me the best possible interest rate and explaining warranty options without being pushy. Back in the service department, Devon worked tirelessly on the car to get it ready for me to pick up. My car received literally thousands of dollars worth of dealership quality service included as part of the purchase to make sure it was perfect when I got it. Despite delays in parts delivery that were not the fault of anyone at Champagne West, my car was available for pick up in a reasonable amount of time. Of course, I couldn't forget about Picasso in detailing. He truly is a master at the art of detailing cars. In just a few hours, he got my interior spotless and genuinely knows how to get a black car looking sharp. I am so thankful for the level of care and service that Champagne West provided me, and I highly recommend purchasing your next pre-loved vehicle from them.Edit:It's been over a year since I purchased this vehicle, and the only issue I've had is an old battery. Turns out it was the original 7 year old battery, so of course it was time to get it replaced. I simply cannot believe that I've driven over 1 year, 15,000 miles in this gorgeous luxury ride with no problems other than maintenance! Champagne West gave me a truly great deal on a gorgeous vehicle! I still get compliments everywhere I go. Thanks again!

Would definitely recommend using Motocar West to get a vehicle. Dave did an amazing job trying to get me into the car. He did everything he could to get me into the car. Eventually he got me into my car and even stayed late the next day to finish the deal. Definitely recommend them.

We were shopping online for a first car, for our daughter. We found the model we were looking for at Champagne West. 2005 Subaru Forester 2.5 XS LL Bean EditionI called to ensure the car was still available and one to the deanship in person. Matt greeted us and gave us and after we told him what we were interested in looking at, he gave us the keys and gave u s our space to check out the car.No pressure, no haggling. Matt was personable and honest when telling us about the car and it's history that he was aware. This was during the time of COVID-19 limited business and social distancing. While his employees 'sheltered in place,' Matt was doing a great job of wearing a lot of hats in order to keep his business running smooth.Matt gave us his price and we gave him ours. We all agreed and within 1/2 hour the paperwork was complete and we were driving away with the car make/model we had been shopping for. Matt even provided us with a dealer plate for temporary use, until we receive our permanent plates because of the DMV process for new car registrations being at a standstill.Our experience couldn't have been better. I will suggest Matt's Champagne West to anyone I know, searching for a car.

Picked up this '98 Corvette from Motorcar West about a month and a half ago. Working with Matt in the initial sales process was great, he's clearly got a good bit of experience with these cars.He was able to get the car into the shop and on a lift so I could dig around in and under it. As a tech, I'm always more comfortable getting eyes on a prospective purchase myself. We talked shop for a bit, and he immediately agreed to fixing the minor, and not so minor issues we found (25 year old Chevy, they've all got something wrong with them) Easy as could be.Worked with Dave on the paperwork side of things. We ran into a bit of trouble getting the car registered, (buying from CT and registering in NY, huge pain) but Dave moved heaven and earth to get everything squared away and get me the info and paperwork I needed. The car is happily titled and registered, and a true joy to drive.I really appreciated working with these guys, no pushy sales pitches or shady dealership practices, just good people who do good work.

Dave was Awesome Very helpful Honest and took our junk GMC Terrain trade in got us a great Deal on a Chevrolet Impala it's really nice like Brand New.clean very comfortable smooth on interstate no noise or any bumps at all.he helped us with registering insurance Everything inspection.most Nicest people I ever met.i would give them 10 Stars if I could totally very Professional sales auto coCharlene and mark.

Well I'm certainly never buying a car from you guys again. Your mechanic is a joke if you think this was ever acceptable. You better take me off your mailing list. I won't ever be coming back again. If they give you a paper that says the car was seen by a mechanic that doesn't mean anything! You better be sure I'll be reporting this to the BBB. Don't give me that "call us back to make this right". You want to make this right? Pay up for the repairs you claimed were fix BEFORE I PURCHASED THIS CAR you liars. This post will stay up until you own this!

I can t recommend this dealer more. I have bought many cars in my lifetime and they made this a pleasant experience. They have quality vehicles and there are no surprises when completing the deal. Easily one of my better buying experiences. It's a unique place in that they have a very eclectic inventory- literally something for everyone. For as broad of an inventory as it is, you can clearly tell that each vehicle has been carefully selected. (Good place to go if you're picky.)However, what really did it for me was the service. Everyone is super laid back, honest, and accommodating. You don't have to worry about some cigar-chomping schemer in a plaid blazer pushing you into a deal.End of the day, I got a great deal on a car that I wanted. I would not hesitate to send my friends and family here.

Dave and the guys/gals at Motorcar West really did me a solid. They took my beat up and rusty, but reliable truck as a trade in for more than anyone else around was trying to rip me off for, and got me set up in a gorgeous fully loaded 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. Financing and turnaround was fast, painless, and Dave was honest about every question i had. Everyone i met here was very personable and it didn t give me the corporate bottom dollar impression that most dealerships give. whenever i need to purchase another vehicle, or anyone else i come across does, i will be mentioning Motorcar West first and foremost. I just want to say thank you to David and the rest of the team at Motorcar West. He helped me to get the vehicle that I wanted for my growing family as well as the protection and security that came with it for a great price. I was very skeptical about purchasing a used vehicle but after brainstorming with Dave and coming up with an affordable price for what it was I not only wanted but needed; I can honestly say that he/ they delivered. Also, to be completely honest the vehicle I wanted had just came in the day before I got there and they hadn't even had the chance to inspect it properly but I wanted it. After getting all of the insurance and reassurance I needed they were able to put me in a loaner vehicle until my Precious was up to there standards. I can't say in words how appreciative I am for the emathy, compassion and care that they provided me. If I was still at home in Miami everyone I know would be flooding there dealership because they not only met my expectations but exceeded them. Thanks again David & Staff of Motorcarwest.

Had a great experience. Bought a great car, at a price that seemed incredibly reasonable. No haggling, no sales pitch. They had the car ready for test drive and thanked me for coming by when I decided to look around more. I came back and told them I was ready to get it, they made it happen. Friendly conversation and not too much pressure to buy the "extra" stuff that every dealer tries to make money on. Overall please, will go back for any other car needs.

Matt and Dave were absolutely amazing to work with! They addressed every concern and answered every question I had with the upmost enthusiasm and respect! I ve never had a better car buying experience in my life. While the used car market is exploding right now, their prices are extremely fair and they give amazing offers on trade ins. The value of the vehicle I purchased had gone up since I had left my deposit, yet Matt and Dave stuck to our original deal like true businessmen. Never once did I feel pressured into buying the car, nor did they hit me with all the ridiculous fees you find at other dealers. They are straight forward and to the point! If you re looking for a specific car, they will find it for you. I cannot express what a pain free and seemless buying experience this was and I will be a customer for life!

Recently purchased a 2015 Subaru WRX from here. My sales guy Colin was great! Easy to talk to, answered all my questions and made emailing back and forth seamless. The service manager Mike and technician Devon are best in the business! They looked over the car with a fine tooth comb and gave me the green light on the car. They were very knowledgeable as well. The Finance guy Dave was very easy to work with, and crunched all my numbers to get me into the car and get me a great warranty. He made the paperwork portion of my purchase a breeze. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a friendly, hassle free, quality place to purchase a car.

I found the car I wanted and agreed upon a fair price. There was an issue with the vehicle and I had to wait a month to pick it up -possibly not entirely their fault, but communication to me was poor and I had to keep checking on the status. I've now had the car less than a month and have a repair bill over $1,000 for a water leak - literally a puddle on the passenger side after some heavy rain. I called and asked for help with the bill but was declined and told they would only compensate for safety issues. I understand I purchased the car "as is" but find it difficult to believe the dealership had no knowledge of this problem during the more than six months the car was on their lot. There is also an odd smell we haven't been able to remove yet, and I can't help but wonder if it was some cleaning product used to hide the wet carpet smell. So overall I'm disappointed with the customer service I received, and I certainly will not be buying from Motorcar West in the future.

Buyers beware,I waited 3 years to buy my dream car. A 2006-2013 z06. At first, Dave and Matt seemed like really cool guys that had no intention of pulling one over on me. They didn t let me test drive and with the kind of car it is and the fact I m 24 years old I understand the bias. I now realize they didn t let me because they wanted to hide that reverse was inoperable. I found that out 5 minutes after I gave them the check (40,000$)Signing AS is I knew I was at the mercy of Dave s character with helping me out. After two reports of two separate Chevy dealers saying the trans had internal damage he seemed skeptical. He has now ghosted me entirely when all I asked was 2,000$ out of a 4,000$ repair. Not including the 3000$ in maintenance which includes: leaking oil pan and every fluid is trashed in the car. I paid 40,000$ expecting a fully operational corvette. I would understand some odds and ends on an older car but this is flat out unacceptable. These guys have zero integrity and their service department is one guy, it s almost laughable.It s really on me for being so stupid to not see past these guys. I would not buy a bicycle from them.

Great service and Friendly staff. I was turned down at another dealership because of my credit, I Came to motorcar west and got approved fast and in a new car in a couple of days. Hands down best dealership I ever been to. Dave and Matt helped me get my dream truck.

Great experience buying a used car here. Our salesperson Abed was patient, honest, and more than accommodating. Dave in financing was a pleasure to work with and no hidden surprises. I would absolutely purchase here again without a doubt!
