Went in to pick up a part and when I tried to confirm it was the right item the guy said isn t that what you ordered? Additionally, prior I brought my car in for a recall; my dashboard wasn t put together correctly and then they wanted me to drop it off again to fix that but wouldn t offer another rental. (was no need it takes 5 seconds to do when you know what you re doing).

I went for a recall for my passport so I told them to change the oil because I had to wait 4 weeks to get an appointment. When I picked up the vehicle the oil was not changed. I asked why. They insisted that it wasn't due.Great. What ever happened to customer service. On my way home from Manchester Honda the maintenance signal came on and quess what, oil change is due. So now they don't have any appointments for 6 weeks. Don't know how they stay in business.

I brought my '06 Shadow 750 in for an oil change, which cost me $144.44 ($14.99 for each QT. of synthetic , and $21.59 for a filter). After 141 miles I checked the oil level to ensure all was right. I did it with the bike on the kick stand, BUT also screwed the dipstick in all the way. Eric said this was wrong. but no oil was evident at all. It had been running fine, which was comforting, but after putting in 2 1/2 Qts. of oil, the level was finally up to about 1/8" above the top line on the dipstick. I had multiple calls with Eric, who in the end was convinced they had put in the 3 Qts. of oil. He had no answers, why after I put in 2.5 Qts., and did the check over again by the book, it registered 1/8" overfilled. He did offer to do the next oil change. WHY would I have them work on my bike again? I was told going into the appointment it would take 30 min. - 1hour. I came back to the dealership at an hour, and still waited at least 20 mins( which is all it should have taken because........... 'the filter came off right away' for the tech), Secondary to my belief two qts. of oil did not get into the bike, and Eric's finding this confusing, I should have asked for a price before making the appointment. I could get an oil change on my car, which uses more oil, for a lot less money! I am 73 years old, and this is the first time I have ever posted a review.Disappointed,Walter

I waited for 4 hours to get my oil change and tire rotation done. During the rotation they broke one of the lug nuts, and put the blame on Liberty Honda where the rotation was made last time. They wanted to charge $200 for one nut! I requested it to be put back but they rejected in an aggressive manner. It was obvious that they broke the nut just to charge more money. The customer service, including the manager was horribly mean and extremely unprofessional. STAY AWAY..

Terrible customer service in the service dept. Tried to schedule a diagnostic for my Honda which has 100k. Was basically told unless there is a check engine light on or not running no need to replace anything and the next appt was end of July :-(. Called another Honda dealer, got in within a week and the issue we thought (vtc and timing tensioner) was bad and replaced timely. Will NEVER go back for any service to Manchester Honda again.

Service Department Review:This is a VERY late review, but we're still steaming mad about it. I hope the service department gets it's act together! My mother bought 2 NEW cars from Manchester Honda (2013 and 2018 Honda Fits)On April 9, 2019 we brought her 2013 Fit in for service, for a new battery and also a free "spring service" (multi point inspection). The car would intermittently not start from old battery losing charge. So they charged her for new battery and installation ($181.69)GUESS WHAT?? They DID NOT replace the battery. The whole reason the car was brought in! They charged her for battery and installation and didn't do the work! My 81 year old mother then BREAKS DOWN in the car a few days later, has to call me for a "jump start" to get home.We bring the car back April 29. All that was offered to my mother for OUR trouble was a free oil change. We were about to contact the Honda Corporate Headquarters and create such a stink of a complaint. An experience like that leaves a very bad taste in your mouth for a long time. Obviously, now there is a concern that we can't assume they will actually do the proper work for which they charge, because of miscommunication, or bad employees, or under staffing or whatever.ADDITIONALLY, I brought her 2018 Honda Fit in for routine oil change, and also tire rotation, and balancing (in July 2021). Immediately after the rotation and "balancing" the car shakes (and has ever since) when applying the brakes, especially going 40+ mph and downhill. Literally the drive home from the appointment I noticed it. The car was PERFECT before I brought it in. My fault for not turning right around and going back. So it wasn't a brake problem or I would have noticed it before. How can we be assured that service done on vehicles is actually done now? and properly?See Attached image: It shows two separate bills/receipts. Top image is initial bill for service work, which was not actually done. Bottom image is when they actually replaced the battery "free". Note bottom image states initial billing date (4/9/2019) then another install date (4/29/2019) for no charge. I redacted some parts and also the technician's name. No reason to put his name out there.Service: Battery

It's easy to schedule service appointments on their website. Work was done quickly. The waiting room is comfortable. My car always runs better after service there.

I will always love these guys/girls this my forever Honda home! They take time with you over in service and it s always a pleasure. I always feel comfortable going in and coming out! They talk to you and make sure you understand what s going on with you vehicle instead of scaring you into believing you need to do certain things right at that moment. I would recommend 100%

Got 3 free oil changes with my new car purchase. Called Manchester Honda, work had me tied up and I wasn t going to make my appt. They said we will keep it. Just come if and when u can. I show up 45 minutes late, they take my new Pilot, change the oil, two air filters and fix the recall issue in under an hour. Beautiful. Made myself a cup of coffee with the Keurig they have inside. No complaints. Happy to have my car serviced here.

Purchased a used Rav4 from here and couldn't be more pleased with the purchase. This review is for the service department. I had a 1:45 appointment today for an oil change. We pulled into the service area and sat for 10 min without even being acknowledged. When they finally came over, we were told that they were behind and that it would be at least 2 hours wait. I said a call letting us know before hand would have been great so I could reschedule. If I didn'thave an appointment, I would expect a wait. Will not be going back.

Took a long time to get diagnosis results at $125 plus tax. Good news nothing wrong with car (2011 Pilot). Bad news... no fix for falling gas milage other than suggestion to limit A/C and change gas brand. Very positive is that no recommendation for service costing big bucks. Very trustworthy.

Very professional. Covid restrictions and precautions were satisfactory. The building is clean and staff were helpful. Walked in for oil change at 730am, they noticed i had airbag recall and fixed that, as well by 9am.
