Repair shop is the best. ED and RYAN will take great care of your service needs. I have never been oversold services and everything is explained. I think I have been using their service for over 7 years back when it was DeCormier Nissan.I do not recommend sales or finance office as they need an overhaul of people. Their is an exception of Hannah Tapio who was amazing on helping us.

Best part, no appointment needed for regular service. Rayn provides best service possible.No glass or cups available for coffee/water but surprisingly wending machine was functional.

My buying experience here wasn't great, which made me nervous to utilize the service department. But the service department is full of absolutely amazing people!! Nate, Ryan, Justin and Ed are the best!! They all went out of their way to make sure I had what I needed and that my car was fixed appropriately before I got it back. They are great at staying in communication with you and are extremely professional. I will most definitely be back to service my car here in the future, hopefully far future lol Thank you guys so much!!

Service was fine, but they did not enforce mask wearing on customers or staff. During there for 2 1/2 hours, I watched at least half a dozen staff members walking around and taking in close proximity to each other with no masks at all, as well as several customers not wearing them, and not being asked to.

Like most car dealerships, they are overpriced on their services. I bought the oil change/tire rotation package which I would never buy again. Especially if you sell or trade your car in after a few years. You lose money on the package.I would never buy another car here either. I liked it when it was DeCormiers, but went to selling units and screw the customer.5/16/2023 I received a coupon in the mail for an oil change for $39.95 which I took advantage of. I believe prior management screwed customers in both car sales and service, their trying to boost sales. I still have a bad taste in my mouth after purchasing a new 2017 Sentra in paying too much, the high interest rate and being lied too on the maintenance package I purchased.

Best dealership ever!!! When you come here make aure you ask for Calvin! Him and Matt the sales manager are the nicest people ever! And the finance director Aiham helped me out with my approval! Thank you again guys! Come down to Manchester if you need a new nissan!
