I thought it was some kind of joke. Didn t paint the front spoiler. The sun roof window was painted did NOT ask for that to be done. The vinyl trim around the middle of the car was painted which it shouldn t have been.Job was incomplete and ridiculous. I d give zero stars.

Just got a 2012 Impreza refinished due to some sap damage from prior owner. Came out great, and they installed a wheel well guard for me gratis. Only thing I had to do was put my antenna back in that they missed. 2k cheaper than next option, hope it holds up!

I have a 1990 Miata that I tried some DIY trunk lid repair and repaint. I failed horribly and it looked really bad. I went to Maaco, had a great discussion on what I did and didn't want to be fixed. They made recommendations on what should be done so I would be happy with the outcome and gave me a reasonable price on the spot. It is an older car and I asked for them not to fix the many small dents as I am not worried by them.When the car was finished I was floored by how good it looked. I would recommend this shop for paintwork.Service: Painting

Adronne is superstar of Maaco, Manchester.All the crews ( many names need to mention) are helpful , friendly and professional. My car dent and scratches disappeared after the repair and painting. They do magic . Their speculation and attention is first and foremost helping customers. I give them a high five-star.

Adrienne Knight and the staff were simply amazing. They took a small, scratch/dent and repaired my vehicle to look brand new. The crew went above, and beyond detailing both the inside and outside of my vehicle prior to returning. I will definitely use them as well as make referrals.

The manager was very helpful and answered all my questions. This was my first time using this company and I have to say " forget the bad reviews give these guys a chance they made my car look more amazing than I expected " will do more business. The work was done very well and the results are good but four or five days was the estimated time not over three weeks.. I understand your shop guy was out sick but I ended up paying heavily for that rental car.

Great experience, the estimate is what I expected with no surprise's, the repair (paint) was done right and completed when promised, I am happy with the work that was done and the customer service. Andronne is an asset to this location.

Best service but also not for the weak..every time i deal with macco i am happy. Results are always exactly what i want. Prices are always fair. And turn around time is always perfect..not sure why others have a negative experience but i never had an issue.They are my go to.Service: Painting

Needed repair after swerving to avoid a deer. Hit a guard rail striking the full length of the car. The estimates from the BMW dealer was very high so went toMaaco, in Manchester, Ct. So glad I did. They were great. My car is 7 years old but it looks brand new. The staff were very professional and accommodating.Never expected it to turn out so great. I would recommend them highly and have recommended them to a couple of friends.Great people!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Came in for a last minute appointment. Had a bad scratch i needed taken care of. These guys were awesome, managed to get me in same day. Unbelievable work, cant even tell where the orriginal damage was.Best part is how fast they got the job done, and how awesome these guys were.Really down to earth, very easy to talk to.Will 100% be bringing all of my future business here.

Horrible job, over spray everywhere!!, poor body/ prep work scratches in glass from sanding now needs to new glass, horrible tape job, bubbling weeks later from where they said metal would be welding and they just filled with bondo! many runs in paint, other body shops and telling me 10 plus thousands more to fix and redo there work to correct it fix it and replaced broken/ unusable things now and now no other place wants to even touch my vehicle because its now a nightmare to fix!, I do not recommend this maaco to get your vehicle painted or body work! done, spend little more and get it done somewhere else you will be very disappoint here.Service: Painting

If I could give 0 stars I would. My car was sitting there for two months and car was getting painted and the outcome was horrible. Super unprofessional. Over sprayed the car, did not paint under my hood which I PAID for and was forced to take my car home like that , lastly the paints did not match my car original color. I do not recommend coming here, whoever paints cars here does not know how to paint.Service: Painting

Strongly recommend!I want to express my thanks and appreciations to Mr. Adronne and his colleagues.Reasonable Price: The estimate was at a really reasonable rate, unlike other shops with crazy prcing.Perfect Job: They did a professional job repainting my car with warranty.Efficiency: They did it only in 2.5 days, other shops could take forever.Friendly Service: The gentlemen also fixed a displaced part of the front bumper for me which is not included in the estimate!This is my first time writing a review on Google map, I hope everyone who saw this review never misses such a good shop.

Went to my dealership, contacted other auto body shops for dent removal but everyone gave me outrageous estimate and over a month of waiting time. I contacted Maaco auto body shop and they gave me very reasonable estimate and finished the work in couple of days. I would recommend Maaco for anyone who wants great service at a reasonable price. The quality of service was by far the worst I have ever experienced when it comes to service for my vehicle. First they took an extra 3 to 4 days to complete the paint job which was to the passenger side I it was a few small dents one thumb size one on the fender one baseball size dent on front passenger door next to the panel area and small dents on back door near door handle. When I finally went to pickup my SUV on Monday evening I looked it over and found the rear passenger door had really rough edge towards the front and the paint had duel spots I was un happy he told me I could leave it and he would make sure it got corrected I went back on Wednesday morning to find silver paint on my black trim and the vehicle was filthy inside. He ask me to move my vehicle towards a Bay door he attempted to clean it off but it did not I had to get to work so it's still looking terrible. The inside is so dusty and my floors a big mess the guy tells me he is sorry and that he will give me a discount the next time. News alert there's never going to be a next time with Maaco in Manchester. They are sloppy and the work was the most unprofessional quality work I have ever experienced on any vehicle I've ever owned. Do not ever take your vehicle to Maaco in Manchester they are terrible. Period.

I cannot tell you to stay away from this business enough. The lack of professionalism and organization from the shop was appalling throughout my whole process. The Silvertongue manager upfront who loves talking about himself gave me the worst experience I ve ever had with any business. Initially I was quoted A full body paint with a little bodywork for a week, the gentleman who was writing notes supposedly missed more than half of the items I needed done, or they say. Throughout the three and a half week span that it took to actually get my car done, I was told 2 other time frames that were absolute lies by the staff. When I first went to pick up the car after three weeks and zero communication from them (I had to call to find out what was going on, even during the dates they told me the car would be ready by) , it was clear that they didn t listen to what I wanted, they told me they would make it right and I can pick it up after a couple of days, again I had to call and I specifically think they wanted me to pick it up during the night time so I wouldn t see their work clearly. I took a flashlight to it and found a few repairs that were not done that I had asked for in a man who runs the place told me to give him a few weeks as they are backed up and then he will happily fix anything I wanted. I should have known better, I gave it a few weeks and called and they were not willing to help me, please do yourself a favor and bring your car somewhere local and not to a chain, especially this Maaco which is ran by the worst and dishonest leader of any business I have ever met. You will not save money coming here, they will find ways of making sure you pay too dollar, for trash work. Scam artists! The gentlemen who runs the place was talking over me the whole time with every transaction we had, and would always talk about how great he is- just weird. After visiting several other body shops, all of which had outrageous estimates, Maaco was extremely reasonable in their estimate and their efficiency for work! Our car looks beautiful, runs smoothly, and was done quickly. We would absolutely recommend Maaco (Manchester, CT) for anyone who wants reasonable service at a great price. Great costumer service and turn around time for fixing the vehicle. Was in a hit and run accident and multiple shops told me they had nothing until end of feb end of March. They got me in within a couple days helped me with a towing company and expedited the whole process! Amazing!!!

Recently brought my ATV fenders/plastics in to get them painted. I was politely greeted by the manager, Paul, who was very nice and easy to work with. He and his team did a fantastic job. Considering ATV plastics are not mainstream auto body work they went above and beyond to make certain they came out pristine. Highly recommend getting work done at this location. Great value and service. Thanks again Paul and your team!
