Just bought some new all season tires, and I was impressed with the experience. I was helped by Hunter, Alex and Ryan; what an efficient team! Ryan walked me through the whole process and the team got new tires on my car with surprising speed. I did happen into the tire center with no other customers. It was great to see a team work with such professionalism and that takes pride in their work. If you need new tires, I would definitely recommend these folks!

Customer service was horrendous! They told us they'd call when our tire was in. They did not. Tried calling multiple times for 3 days and no one answered the phone. Finally my husband went there in person. One employee was sitting in the customer lounge on his phone and ignored him. Another one came in from the shop and greeted him in a manner that clearly displayed that my husband was inconveniencing him just by being there. Granted, my husband did not have the receipt but the employee gave him a real hard time about looking into it for him. Finally after some rude comments and grumbling the tire was located. Yes, it had been there and no one bothered to call us. They were so awful that my husband just took the tire and we had it installed elsewhere. I made a complaint to BJs customer service and a month later got a "sorry for your inconvenience" email from their general customer care even though they had originally told me that management from the Manchester location would call me to discuss it. No one did, no one cares. I will never return, I don't care if I pay more somewhat else. You get what you pay for, I guess.

The employee named Hunter excels in customer service, I called last minute before closing due to a flat tire that needed a repair, valve was damaged and it was replaced, definitely will return! Hunter should be at this location!

The guys in there are so nice . No pressure to up sale for things you don't need . They don't do alignment so I got a group on at Sears $ 59 all wheels . It ended up being about a hundred dollars cheaper than townfair tire

I'm over 1,000 miles from home with a flat tire. I just needed to buy one. Man behind counter said he could not help me. I asked if he even sold tires, he said yes, but I have to buy 4. I went down the street, and they took care of me for the same price I would've been charged at BJs. What's the point of this membership!?

All around bunch of really good guys. Customer Service is fantastic and they are incredibly communicative. Very glad I went here this time instead of town fair tire. Ordering my tires online was very easy and they were waiting for me to be installed at the location.

Never pick up the phone so I bought elsewhere...Was trying to buy online and said price shown online would show up in cart which was free install. It didn't so I wanted to talk to someone. Called 3 different days at different times. Kept bouncing call back to operator who simply just kept sending me back to tire center extension and no one ever picks up.

Edit:I was very upset that no one was picking up the phone when I was trying to confirm my appointment. It was indeed valid. When I showed up, the guys did an excellent job of putting one my new tires. The service at the tire center itself is great, but I think that BJ's Corporate needs to send after-service feedback emails AFTER the service is done, not before. My bad experience was only due to the corporate part of BJ's.

Don t expect to get any kind of warranty at bjs, The worst tire center ever exist, I purchased tire with 60000 miles warranty, after driving 20000 miles, the tires reached 4/32 which means 70% of their age, bjs refuse to honor their warranty, so

Great place to get Tires changed. Their staff is very friendly and will give you right advice what you are looking for, I placed order for tires which was not in stock but they arrived just within 3 days. Alex helped me with tire change and Ryan with tire selection what I was looking for also the discounts we're great during the long weekend. They have pretty basic lounge but have coffee and water and TV. Also there WiFi so you don't get bored tire change will take at least an hour with appointment. 5 stars for 5 star experience.

Just wanted to say special thank you to I believe it was Alex and Justin for helping me and my mother out. This is much delayed, but we came in on Wed Mar 17. My mom had a nail in her tire and while it was generally a simple fix, their professionalism and service made the visit seamless. We just had a death in the family that day so it was nice to not have any more additional stress. Keep up the great work and professional attitude. Thank you!

Like most BJ's they have some pretty good prices on some items, but they continue to fall behind Costco in terms of quality of goods, service, and even overall cleanliness. If you can only join one, I would recommend Costco over Bj's any day.

Not good. If you want tires they tell you must pay for them upfront and then they will give you an appointment to put them on 3 weeks later!!! Forgot about it is my response. When you need tires you need them. I am certainly not paying anyone upfront and hope they put them on a few weeks later. Not happening.

I have been trying to make an apoitment for over a week now and no one ever answers the phone after pressing 5 at the prompt. I finally was able to speak to a manager in the ware house and I told her my experience and she said I will page them and have them call me then I will transfer you. After 8 minutes of waiting the phone starting ringing again and just like numerous other attempts the phone hung up. I m so fed up with this location. I really hope corporate reads the reviews and makes the correct correction ls at this location. This has been happening for a long time.

Always a great service at this Bjs tire center. Comparing with the poor experience my sister had with the West Hartford tire center, even though I ask her to come to this location lol. Their employees are friendly, respectful, truly attentive to help with no attitude, only good sense of humor and great customer service. They answer their phone, they guys want to help and service your car, no like WH, where they make you feel unwelcome, that you are bother them and never EVER answer their phone: I recommend this location to anyone who is looking to by good brand tires, great service and good prizes and savings.

Fast, professional and inexpensive. Can't say enough good things about it. Keep in mind the best tire deals are online only and require 10-14 business days to schedule, this is not as good of a deal if you just walk in unprepared

I was a faithful Sam's customer till they closed their store in Manchester now I'm forced to go to BJ's in that same town. Membership fee is approximately the same, service is not the best. Everything is about a dollar more at BJ's versus Sam's Club. And if I'm paying for a membership why do I have to clip a coupon to receive a discount.?I will be shopping at Sam's Club in Newington from now on.

I've been trying to get in for days to have a flat looked at/repaired. Apparently, only one person works after 5pm, and they aren't able to help me out at that time. Why would you only have one person after 5? This is when people get out of work. Poor service.

Team at BJ tire are very friendly, and helpful. They resolved issue with punctured tire and replaced spare tire with fixed tire efficiently. Good job with great convenience.

Wanted to ge my 20lbs propane tank refilled. Associate working there was super nice. Paid and got the tank refilled under 5 min.

Went here to get some new tires for my car and the employee told me that he could not put new tires on my car because he was not allowed to lift more than 10 pounds. Not sure why he is on the schedule.

The manager can improve his customer service skills. Because of his poor attitude I will never ever buy tires from this store.

Decent place, but needs better tracking of special orders. If you lose the slip, you have to get a manager to find your paperwork.

Worst ever experience.. had to come 2 days to get a flat tire fixed. After it was fixed had to wait for a person to come and do the safety check and that took like 30 minutes!
