Most of the customer service representatives/ Sales associates need to reassess their priorities when working. Customers were forced to wait, including myself, while many carried on with their non work related conversations. Thanks to Scott, I was finally able to get my needs addressed. Thanks Scott!

Right when I entered the store I was immediately greeted by a very knowledgeable charismatic employee named Anthony.I needed to replace all four of my break pads and rotors. Before going to the store I used Advance Auto online website to pick out and price the parts that I needed. Anthony made me feel completely comfortable that I had everything I needed to get the job done. Also , he took the time to make double check my parts to make sure everything was correct. I would highly recommend this location to anyone for any of there auto needs. I know I definitely will be back!

We were driving fro MA to CT and our alternator went bad. We got off the highway and found the most helpful staff. Several of the staff helped us out and were great. I want to call out Anthony Graham who was so helpful during a time of great stress. Thank you advanced auto parts! M

Stay away from Advance Auto bought 2 HID lights $75 ea they are no longer working hasn't even been a year and they have a 1 year warranty and they wouldn't honor warranty. Go to Autozone they always honor warranties and better customer service.

Went in to return a battery purchased from another Advance auto parts store, I didn t know I was supposed to go to that store. The person that took care of me named Eli was so very helpful, he called the other store and got the receipt number etc.. went above and beyond to get my new battery! Great customer service! And such a nice environment and clean store! Definitely going back for new purchases there! Thx Eli!

Gage @ Advance Auto store #7261 on Slater St. Manchester, CT is extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. I had a frustrating experience at a different store out of state. Gage was so helpful took care of my return. He is very personable with a great attitude!! I hope to see him as a manager in the future!THANKS GAGE!!Bought parts online for pick up @ Advance on Essex St. in Salem, MA - I didn t realize, until mechanic had old parts off, that whoever picked the order, picked wrong part # sI went back to that store & the guy said he couldn t do a return because it s an online order, and part # s didn t match receipt- even though it was their error.I had him exchange for the parts I actually ordered, and left.

Ely over at Advanced Auto was courteous, Friendly and really helpful.New place, didn't know they were there and he mentioned they've been at this location since JunePersonality goes along way. Came out and put wipers on the card in no time

Stopped by early on a Saturday morning for windshield wipers. Luis was eager to locate the correct size and even put them on for me in the rain. I recommend this store highly.
