THE PLACE to go when you need your car done correctly. Everyone there is very knowledgeable and respectful. Will make sure your car is back to new in an efficient and lasting way. 10/10 RECOMMEND. As a girl, I'm always convinced I'm going to get taken advantage of at auto shops and charged extra for nonsense, but this was the most honest shop I've EVER been to. I'm new to Manchester and my car was making a rattling noise after hitting a huge pothole. I called Subaru first and they told me it would cost $175 just to diagnose the issue with up to a 3 hour wait. I called AAMCO instead and Joseph was so friendly and was able to get me in for an appointment the same morning. When I got there, Alberto took a look at my car, explained what happened, and was able to fix the issue within 10 mins. I was in disbelief when they told me there was no charge! The whole experience was so seamless and I will definitely be coming back here for all my car needs going forward. Thank you, Joseph & Alberto!!

These guys are the BEST!!!!! Special special special shout-out to TERELL for being an amazing individual. Their generosity, professionalism, goodwill and compassion is literally parallel to none. When my car wouldn t move from my garage, they towed it, took care of it, and held on to it until the day of my appointment. Fast forward to that day, and the stealership that should have fixed it canceled, Terell and his team where there for me with all my frustration, and provided me with additional resources. These guys are TOP NOTCH. They put people first. I would literally trust them with my life, and hand them the keys to my house without thinking twice. They are exceptional folks and this will not be my last time there. Thank you guys for everything. I can t repay you for your generosity. A million thanks is not enough! Joseph and Alberto were super helpful! Joseph scheduled my appointment for the next morning after I called, and Alberto checked my battery thoroughly and recommended a replacement. Since the battery was less than a year old, Alberto recommended that I go back to the company that provided it for a replacement. They did not charge me at all for this battery check!Service: Battery

The tech that came out to just diagnose my vehicle did damage by removing my spark plugs and other components causing my car to not start up again. He then said I can call him directly for any side jobs or repairs. His name was AlbertoService: Electrical repairService: Electrical repair

One of the best car repair shops. I had some noice issue with my car. Although they were unable to find my appointment that time, they accommodated me, find the issue (minor one) and fixed it within 15 mins. Most surprisingly, they didn't charge me a single penny. I don't think I have ever seen this exceptional behavior in other place specially where other shops start with a heavy diagnosis fee. This place it different. Thank you for helping me out..

Brought my vehicle to them after hearing a rattling noise. Thinking it was an issue with the transmission, the tech informed me that the heat shield just needed tightening. Took care of it just around 20 minutes and was on my way. Thank You.

I run a business where I am all around the US & hard for me to bring anything anywhere. Aamco helped me by picking up my car towing it to their shop, and when they said they would. Did a great job finding out what was wrong & repaired it right away. I took my Jeep to AAMCO in Manchester, for a check out of some pretty concerning rattling noises. The way the noises sounded, and their location, I was convinced it was the clutch. Justin test drove it, put it on the lift, and discovered the Y pipe exhaust bolts had rusted and broke, leaving very loose rattling pipes. He replaced them, also noticed rear differential was leaking, and fixed that. Joseph and Justin treated me with respect, and treated me very well. I will go back for any future repairs, and I highly recommend AAMCO because of them.

Both the Sam and Alberto are great. Sam was able to get me a speedy appointment right after thanksgiving. Alberto got to my house early and waited for me. I work nights and didn't hear the phone calls and by some miracle woke up about 15 minutes after my appointment and he met me downstairs diagnosed my car and explained everything to me as he was doing the checks. I would recommend them to anyone who is having car trouble.

My Hyundai was having transmission trouble over the 4th of July weekend. AAMCO gave me a next-business day appointment. I received excellent support from Alberto, the technician who came to my house to assess the problem. Later that day, Joe called and advised that my car suffers from a failed powertrain control module (PCM) and that Hyundai is obligated to repair the PCM for free under the Federal Emissions Warranty law since my car is less than 8 years old and has less than 80k miles. AAMCO didn't charge me a dime for their evaluation and advice, and rather than making money off me, they referred me to the local Hyundai dealership where I can get the needed repairs cost free. Outstanding service, and outstanding integrity. AAMCO just won a loyal customer, for sure.Services: Transmission, Auto engine diagnostic

Excellent customer service and afordable price. My 2015 Jeep Patriot needed a transmission and I went to a transmission place and the estimated price that I got was very high for a 80k miles used transmission and they were unable to rebuild mine do to part shortages. AAMCO transmission was able to find a rebuild transmission and the total price was $2,800 less than the price I got from the transmission place. If I had the option to choose NO STARS I WOULD. I paid almost 800 for them to replace my catalyst converter and they did a rushed, sloppy job! My car now has a small leak when I asked them to take a look they said they did which is a lie because you can clearly hear the leak when the gas is being pressed. So now I have to get it done elsewhere and pay more money to get the job done CORRECTLY because they refused to take a look at it again and resolve the problem. I do not recommend at all!!!!

I have an extended warranty with a aftermarket company. they gave me the run around and a hard time but Joseph from Aamco took care of all the phone calls. an expedite of the matter for a speedy return of my vehicle. thank you so much Joseph

This place is great and the diagnostics is free!! I couldn't believe it. I was being charged at least $99 elsewhere. On top of it being free, they sent a tech to my residence. Real convenient, he was done in less than 30 minutes. He let me know exactly what was wrong with the vehicle. The rep called me the next day offering services for repair with parts and labor for less than anywhere I called. Definitely would recommend. WOW! This place was AWESOME. Terrell had GREAT customer service skills & Steve was BY FAR the BEST technician I ve ever dealt with. Knowledgeable, accurate, & did a PHENOMENAL job on my sons Charger fixing the rear coilovers. We tried a different place & they were terrible. They were gonna overcharge us & had us waiting weeks for parts. Steve diagnosed the issue & was able to fix it right there. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND anyone with any car issues to go see AAMCO. Definitely will go back there if I have any future car troubles.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Exceptional service. I went in for a transmission fluid change and it was taken care of in a timely, efficient manner. Terrell and his team are super pleasant and knowledgeable. Thank you, guys! I m giving the place 3 stars for now rating only because I was impressed with the knowledge from their staff member Stephen Germain. I had a previous bad experience with the East Hartford location where the tech kid-diagnosed my car completely wrong before. Told me I needed a whole new transmission$$$. Thankfully I had my doubts on certain things being that I know a few things myself. Stephen came out, took a look and told me i had to much change stuck inside myinterlocker which didn t allow it to lock into place. that simple. I ll be hopefully doing the repairs here after the quote and will update my stars afterwards. Glad to had found someone able to actually diagnose and make sense.Got a call back for work on my 06 not 22 06 vehicle for a work repair order of only doing a Valve cover gasket seal and spark plugs replacements and also a radiator replacement 2k I swear to god it s like these garages pride themselves on getting you at every chance. That job does not even take that long or should cost that much. The parts are not even close to the amount they are charging you to do the job. For everyone reading this, YouTube my friends or find someone who s not gonna try to rob you. I hope they close these kinds of shops down and we get lucky with one good one somewhere.

Excellent Customer Service!!! Terrell handled my situation with professionalism and made an otherwise bad situation not seem so bad!
