I purchased a beautiful Mercedes E300 from their shop owner, and I couldn't have had a better experience. I was given a more than reasonable price along with a full service history of the vehicle. I have had many bad experiences with private sellers as well as car dealerships in the past, and I wish that all sellers were like the ones that I encountered at this fine establishment. When I went to write this review, I saw the other countless 5 star reviews and was not surprised. Great job guys you should be proud of the work that you do!

The experience was first class from start to finish. It started with the estimate 2 days after my call. Bill was punctual, courteous, professional - but most of all a good person. I drove in for my appointment at 7:30 AM. He greeted me with a handshake and a smile. He provided me with a detailed estimate with several options depending on my choice of aftermarket parts. He pointed out the pros and cons of each option. I told him my choice and then we set up an appointment. He told me that if I dropped it off in the morning, it would be ready the same day.Guess what? I dropped it off and was called to pick it up before closing. When I arrived to pick it up, there were no surprises. I was greeted with a smile and picked up my perfectly repaired car at the agreed upon price. BRAVO Bill and all at Shoreline Collision!!!!Service: Body & Trim

This is one of the best garages I have ever been to! A family-owned business with morals, skill, and compassion. They were so helpful and kind when I got into my accident, and swiftly dealt with my car with ease and consistent communication. If I ran into issues post-accident, Bill was quick to check it out and get me in. Went to Shoreline Collision for a custom race stripes and to fix a ding. They were great to work with throughout. Professional, responsive and competitively priced. The paint was a difficult job with some tricky transitions, and came out fantastic. Stripes are particularly challenging to get a clean line over the entire length, and Bill got it perfect and flawless. This is a quality shop and nice folks to deal with. I m a very happy customer and highly recommend them for and body work and restoration.Service: Painting

Just picked up my car and does it look good. It came in in five days as promised and even a few bucks less than estimated. There were some nice extras thrown in like creating the weather stripping from scratch, since it was no longer available anywhere, and I was surprised at how nice it ended up looking. The owner came across as friendly and honest, as well as nicely laid back (if that means anything). All told, I'm very happy with the work and the whole experience and would recommend Shoreline Collision & Restoration to anyone who asks.

Extraordinary service. I had a very minor fender bender. The owner of another body shop said repair costs would be $1028. At Shoreline Bill noted the very minor damage and said a full fix would be $800-900 but also that he could fix it on the spot so that no damage would be visible or noticeable. He spent the better part of an hour doing so and refused any payment when I so offered.
