Store Carries parts in stock that I could not find anywhere else, anything they didn t have they had for me almost instantly. Staff was extremely friendly and helped carry my parts to my car. Fair prices and quality products with excellent customer Service, this is how a store should be will be shopping here for my auto and equipment parts needs from now on

Rude, arrogant and ignorant. What a combination. My parts were not in stock although they stated online they were. Store employee (short irritating rude one) told me I had to wait for an email before picking up parts even though I waited 2 hours before going to the store. They were helping in store customers but didn't fill my online order for 2 hours. They need to do inventory once in a while. Employee berated me in front of a father with a young child. Never going there again. Horrible experience. They wouldn't cancel my order so I could go to another store. They told me I had to do it online. I went online and this is not possible.

I've been to a lot of auto parts stores in the area and this one, unquestionably, is the best. They may not have the inventory that others in the area have, but where they shine is in actual knowledge of cars and trucks. They can tell you how things work. They can tell you what you actually need, which products are better than others, and where you can spend less or should spend more money. And they do all of this in a friendly manner so that car novices and experts alike feel comfortable talking and asking questions.

This location is pretty good. They have quite a bit in stock. I usually go here for my car care stuff, and sometimes my oil and filters if they're having a sale. Staff is friendly and helpful. Parking lot could use a bit of attention.

My family was camping in the area, far from home, and our truck broke down. The guys at this store were so accommodating and helpful in our search to find the right part to fix our truck. They honestly went above and beyond and we are really appreciative.

Glad to see it open again and stocked so well. I needed a bulb for a Volvo and they had it in stock. It was Sunday afternoon in litchfield and i didn't have to go all the way to torrington to get what I needed. Highly recommend

Very informative on how to fix my cars, trucks and tracks. Always fast on getting me the parts I need. They never let me get in over my head on a project. Always full of knowledge and willing to take the time to tell you the details.

Ordered shocks ten days ago and asked manager to put aside as I was away at work.Arrived at store to find they were sent back to stock.Very frustrating to repeat an errand.

Didn't have my part and couldn't get it in the time frame I had but they called all the local competitors to let me know which place had it they went above and beyond would 100% reccomend this place for your auto needs
