I've been going to junkyards over 30 years I'm a new customer with Ding's Auto Sales and Salvage Their staff is very polite and on point. They have your part pulled ready and available for pickup. I recently got several large parts for a car needing theft repairs through Ding's and it could not have gone smoother. Ericka was able to find almost everything I needed and I really appreciate her patience. Pricing was very reasonable, including the freight charge to ship it to me two states over. I would do business with Ding's again in a heartbeat!

Initially I was doubtful about getting the part i needed so urgently.After speaking to Erica on Friday, she assured me they would deliver. True to her words she called on Monday that the part was ready for pickup.....The best news I needed to begin my week.Part received was in great condition and solved my need.Thank you Erica and your team...will definitely reach out again for parts.

Definately the place to go for parts! I ordered the driverside mirror by mistake and messaged to make a change. Erica didn't miss a beat! part changed immediately and shipped. Part is perfect, communication is the best I have seen and will be back!

If you anything please call Erica at ext 103 for all your used needs. She always follows up and fixes any problem lat comeUp so I get my parts on time 10 out of 10 customer service. Great quality parts

place is a joke you put deposit on parts then send you pictures of the part with damage on it after they said it was A quality salvage inspectable they wont even let you in the yard to look at the parts stay away from this yard i've been in the automobile business 35 plus years and never had my time wasted like this

I do bodywork and buy/sell cars. Most of my experience with people in the used auto parts industry is that they are rude and demeaning. These guys are top notch, professional and polite. They treat customers with dignity and respect and their prices are fair. They pull the parts and have them waiting and ready for you to come pick up. Other used auto part yards can take note from these guys.

Impressed with Ding! A part I needed had fallen through from another source and I had a limited window to make a repair appointment. Ding worked with me to get the part I needed quickly, despite their crew being slammed. Very friendly, great customer service and the part is in great shape at a very good price.

A++ service, I'm doing a motor swap on my project car. Talked to Andy and he found me a very low mileage motor that I was looking for. And helped with the other major pieces I will be getting in the near future. They have a local facility in CT where I'm located so easy pick up. Will be using again.

I was very pleased with Andy s work ethic and professionalism. To be sure his task to find the part I was looking for was a difficult one. The availability of the part I needed is in very short supply. Although it didn t work out, the company refunded the purchase price without a hassle. Ding s is a first rate company to do business with in my opinion.

Ericka (my customer rep) was very professional and knew her product. Ding's Auto Sales and Salvage had very good prices and I found them to be at the front of the competition. Trust me on this one, I had done extensive shopping and comparing online. Would be a return customer without a moment's hesitation.

While the staff was friendly and professional, they did not tell that the part was not at their physical location when I asked about pickup. I drove 46 miles round trip using 3 gallons of gas snd 2 hours of my time only to find that they had ruined the part by cutting off the factory connectors. To top it all off, they made me pay for the part in advance which immediately came out of my account, but won't return the money for 5 to 10 days. Had high hopes for this place. Never pay in advance, find a place that will let you pay at pickup. Lesson learned.

This is based off of 1 experience with them. Found them on line and was able to find the parts I needed. Staff were friendly and helpful in locating the parts.They even forwarded pictures to my email so I knew what I was getting. After calling about 15 yards, these guys were the friendliest to work with. Andy helped me place my order. Most places made me feel like I was just bothering them by calling but not Dings.Andy ordered the parts from a location in Virginia on Friday and they were there waiting for me to pick up Monday morning.I had to keep checking my GPS when I drove out to them as I was convinced I put the wrong location in. This yard is located in one of the prettiest countryside locations. Kind of funny.Anyway, thanks to them I got the parts I needed at a decent price and a really nice road trip out of it! Would definitely use them again!

It s pretty basic. I asked them if they had a part I needed. They sourced it and let me know when it would be available for pick-up. There was no drama and the people I dealt with were very nice. I will call them first when I m looking for anything else in the future.

They made it very easy and stress free to find and purchase a transmission for my vehicle. I had expected it to be a long and complicated experience but with Ding's Auto Parts it went very smoothly.I sent a message on the website looking for a transmission. I received a text message back very quickly. They found what I needed, answered all the questions I had, and helped me with going back and forth to the repair shop on some other questions.Very pleased, highly recommend.

I dealt with Andy over the phone to buy a motor for my bmw. He was nothing but helpful and kind throughout the process. He delivered nothing short of a great experience and this is a place I would do business with again. 100% will be coming back again for business. Thank you Andy for the help. It s hard to find a trustworthy place for parts but Ding s Auto is a business I will recommend to anyone looking for parts and great business practices.
