I brought my Harley to Hayes based off several recommendations, I should had done a bit more homework.Upon dropping my bike off I told Hayes I needed the headlight looked at, the electrical and why my battery/bike was not charging . Once bike was diagnosed by Hayes there was a few other issues needing to be addressed, rear brakes, the bearing in the crank shaft , new rear tire, change and check all fluids and a stater and voltage regulator.I was called a few days after dropping the bike for a deposit , which seemed odd as I have never been asked for a deposit any other place , but oh well I happily gave one .Upon picking up the bike everything seemed fine until an hour into my ride the front headlight started flickering and falls right off the Bessel . Then two weeks later I took the bike to Virginia on the way home broke down for the same problem as before no charging no power.I called Hayes to let him know and he told me to bring it in , he says the regulator went bad that he just put in and says the cause is from the brand new battery which he also had put in. And he refused to warranty his work, tried to charge me to put another regulator in that he had just put in , and then threatened to light my bike on fire when I said to him I didn t feel like I should have to pay as it should be warranted it was way less than 30 days. He then threw me off the property without my bike , then at 11pm calls to tell me to come get my bike now . And I went to hand him money to just be done with this and throws it back at me .I like to support local businesses but this is simply not good business practices ! I will never send business that way. Honest, straightforward is not something you will get with Hayes!

Tried calling about motorcycle wears and whoever answered (wouldn't give me a name) obviously couldnb't be bothered to let me talk for more than 3 seconds before he interrupted with a "Don't have it" and hung up. Poor manners!

Always honest and fair. Brian's treated me right every single time I've visited the shop, been around a long time and knows what he's doing.
