Marc is a real life friendly neighborhood Spider-man. He is always reliable & quick to respond. When I locked myself out of my running car for 45 minutes and exhausted all other options I called Marc and he was there in SECONDS to fix my problem. New England Automotive comes HIGHLY recommended!

Mark is extremely nice and professional. I also don't know anything about vehicles aside from the extreme basics and because of that I'm always fearful of getting the run around or not taken seriously when car issues arise. I've been taking my car to Mark for a few years now after a coworker recommended him. I can't say enough good things about Mark and his business. Extremely reliable, professional and cares about his work and customers.

Mark is extremely reliable and kind. I know absolutely nothing about cars and he explains everything so well and answers all of my questions. I went in recently because of some brake issues, he triple checked everything and made sure my car was all set before giving it back to me. He handled talking to both me and my dad about what needs to be done so professionally and timely, he even sends texts and pictures for updates as he s working on your car to show what needs to be fixed or replaced. He also checks in a couple days after you get your car back to see how it s doing. Hands down the best mechanic around!

Amazing experience here! Mark is super friendly and professional. Once I made my appointment, it was all smooth sailing. Was recommended to come here and I definitely second that recommendation! Not only is the work reliable, it was done in a timely manner and for a great price! Definitely will be letting my friends and family know about Mark.

We have been taking our cars and trucks to Marc since we moved to the shoreline 8 years ago. Everything we have brought was always fixed the first time and the key to that was fixed. He also does the routine maintenance too!

I had Marc take a look at my Jeep for a starting issue. I ve taken this Jeep to several places and had it misdiagnosed many many times. He took the time to figure out my issue and went above and beyond for me. No one else was willing to go through and do a thorough diagnosis but Marc had my Jeep up and running ASAP. I appreciate all his help and if I lived closer I d have him do all my work for me. Can t recommend him enough!

Here s the deal. If your like me, you need three things when it comes to your car. A good mechanic. An honest mechanic. A fair mechanic. I get all three at New England Automotive. I ve been coming to Mark for years and never have I left feeling like my issue wasn t resolved at a fair price. He s only going to do what you need done and get you back on the road quickly and safely. My life is easier knowing he is there. Thanks Mark for taking good care of me and my family.

I have an old Toyota Tacoma that needed some frame and exhaust repair work. I wasn't able to find anyone local that would even look at it. A good friend of mine mentioned New England Automotive. Mark fixed my truck so that it was better than new. He called and sent text messages along the way to keep me informed, and even sent pictures of the work he was doing while in progress. Mark is highly knowledgeable, honest, trustworthy, and fair with his prices. I would highly recommend Mark and his shop without reservation. We were recommended New England Automotive & Mark a few years ago from a friend and have never looked back since. I used to attempt to fix most of our vehicles myself, but now I can't wait to hand everything off to Mark. His communication, knowledge, and punctuality are second to none. He's kept our vehicles on the road well beyond their prime and his prices are incredibly reasonable and honest. This is the way auto repair should be. Mark is scrupulously honest and one of the nicest people you will ever meet. He is professional, very good at communications, and a multi-discipline expert in automotive repair. I run two older vehicles that I keep in good reliable working order and decent appearance with Mark's help. He is excellent at diagnosing difficult "mystery" problems and fixing them. He excels at discussing different approaches to repair that allows the customer to decide how involved to get based on your future needs and wants for the vehicle. He has absolutely refused to charge me for diagnostic time when he is not completely confident that he has found the problem. He is excellent at researching parts prices and options. Mark corrected a very expensive botched brake job on my car, from an automotive repair shop I'd been going to for over 20 years! With patience and thoroughness he explained to me what was not done correctly supported by pictures.My car now runs like it's brand new.I highly recommend Mark!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Mark has been more than helpful to me when i run into car trouble. Every question or concern I have I can solve in a quick phone call. We needed 2 used cars for our teens. Mark put a lot of effort into finding good cars for them. We also have a GMC that has a problem the dealer could not diagnose or fix in 3 years! As a landscape business owner my trucks are in need of constant repair. Mark blew my mind with his turn around time of 24 hours. I had my f550 towed there Monday morning and he called me around 12 on Tuesday to tell me it was ready. Unbelievable! He also fixed other issues that weren't even on my list! I can't say enough good things about the professionalism, quality of work, and fair price this man puts out. I will bring him all of my business moving forward as well as my families as they count on me to refer them good, honest professionals from all industries. In 11 years in business, I haven't had as good of an experience as I did with Mark EVER! He figured out an electrical issue in 30 minutes that 3 other shops couldn't. Honestly, I could go on forever. I've been taking my various vehicles to Mark over several years and haven't / wont consider anywhere else. With unbelievable turnaround times, superb quality and fair / reasonable pricing, there hasn't ever been a time Mark wasn't honest about any given job. Whatever issue you might be having with your vehicle, stop paying the generic big brand shops and take it down to NEA...the number of cars/trucks/boats/UFO's you see on his lot are there for a reason - the guy can do it all. We needed front shocks replaced badly on our GMC Yukon. We first contacted the dealership and they told us the shocks were going to be hard to get, likely several weeks wait time, and would be expensive. We contacted Mark at New England Automotive and he was able to get the shocks in record time, install them with a 1 day turnaround time, and for a very reasonable price! Picked the car up today and it rides beautifully. Honestly I m mad I didn t contact Mark sooner. Would 100% recommend Mark for any service you need.

Marc is amazing. Years of not being satisfied with the service performed on my car, Marc comes into the picture and my car is running like a new car. His communication skills are impressive. He reached out to me, letting me know what he found and a solution. His prices are very reasonable. I would recommend him to anyone that needs service done to their car. I have been bringing my car to Mark for years. He does a fantastic job in a timely manner and doesn't try to upsell you at every turn like a dealership. He is very professional and wonderful at what he does. Marc was completely booked for 2 weeks and was nice enough to squeeze me in on very short notice. Not only does he do great work but he uses only the highest quality parts, all while charging more than fair prices. My car is running great and my only regret is that I didn t go see him sooner!
