Excellent service, great staff. Keep in mind that New Image does NOT have EMISSION TESTING despite what google or older reviews say.

I have been using New Image for several years and for multiple vehicles. They have always been very knowledgeable, honest, and fair. I have always been very satisfied with the work they have completed. The most honest car repair facility I have ever used. and I've never had any issues with the work. always perfect. On more than one occasion I brought my car in for something I thought was wrong and they informed me nothing was wrong and no charge. What other mechanic would be so honest? There is always something they can charge for. These guys are terrific and I bring my cars to them for everything.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine tuning, Brakes, Oil change

One of the most honest and fair shops I've ever been to. Just recently I was quoted 2 days and assumed a price of about $150 for the service. My car was ready in 2 HOURS and I was out the door for $25! I'll keep using them and recommend them to anyone who appreciates a fair deal.

I have been using New Image since the new owner's took over. They are extremely fair, helpful and won't fix anything unless it needs to be fixed! (something I have had problems with at dealerships). The purpose of my business here was to get my emissions test done. They were very quick to perform this service. They were conveniently open on Saturdays. It is an out of the way service station, so if you are facing a line at a more centrally located garage that performs emissions testing, you could go here. Brian Ghilliotti

I used to love this place, they "were" great... . Unfortunately the new owner has drug the name through the mud . INCREDIBLY rude, unknowledgable, and just a genuinely callous person. They've definitely lost my business for good. Absolutely horiffic.Good bye and good riddance.

Service was awesome. I have a 2006 Audi A4 with 170,000 on it. I had a low oil pressure light come on followed by a check engine light. I was dreading the worst. Jeremy identified the problem to be PCV system related. Two hours of labor along with some parts and problem is fixed. Michelle and Jeremy - you guys rock!!

My Girlfriend recently went in to get her crank shaft positioning center replaced on her vehicle. Once getting the car back, we noticed really loud rattling coming from under the hood. we decided to pop open the hood to find the source of the rattling, and after struggling to get the hood open we noticed before the mechanic closed the hood he still had the hood support up. It was bent and even jammed into the latch which permanently damaged it. which also means that he/she knew that the support was still holding the hood, and did not care.Service: General repairs & maintenance
