I had to get my windshield replaced. Stone crack from the winter roads. Called up and talked to Peter Steben and he took the information and ordered the windshield. Set up an appointmentfor installation also.Brought in the car and the job was done on time. Excellent installation. Nice clean job. He handled everything with the insurance co.Very nice people to deal with and this is the second windshieldI have replaced there in the last 2 years. Different cars.5 star service.

The people at Steben's are always so thorough, friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. They take time to explain without tons of jargon or being condescending to someone who knows nothing about cars. I have been going to them for years cannot recommend them highly enough. One of the few car shops that will actually down-sell you.. I wanted to get some rusty panels swapped out on an old car. They looked it over and said the cost would not be worth the car value. There's too many scams in the mechanic world, so I really appreciated their honesty. I now go here for all our cars. Recently got the AC repaired, was very reasonable pricing and quick turnaround time.

Friendliest mechanic shop I ve ever gone to. I went here upon recommendation from my girlfriend, who also had auto work done by Stebens. They were able to work me in quickly for an AC repair and had my vehicle serviced in just a few hours. Steben's Great Work, good pricing, friendly . I used them for auto body repair for my wife's SUV after a deer ran into side of car. They did a great job on the repair completed within a weeks time. They were spot on matching the paint which was tricky multi tone/shades Black Pearl.

100% reliable, honest, professional service. They always communicate clearly on cost and timeframe, giving me all options to complete my service without overwhelming with technical details or talking down to a client. They mostly schedule service next day, never more than a few days out, and turn around service that day. Rates are fair, only charging when they are able to complete a repair, connecting me with other proven shops for more specialized services.

I have used.steban's for 27 years for my WORK vehiclE, I'm in sales and travel frequently. Accidents happen; recently my wife had a mishap in a parking garage in her 2000 Plymouth minivan. Remarkably our insurance covered the the repairs as it is a handicapped equipted vehicle. Went in with a 2 week commitment and we had it back in ten days. I needed access during that time, no problem and it was on short notice too, to Stebens. The repair was unnoticeable and to complete the job they had to repair the bumper cover as it is no longer available. 5 stars is not a high enough rating, it's more like a dozen, for their service level they provided in workmanship, cooperation and customer courtesy that we experience. THEY ARE THE BEST IN EVERY ASPECT OF WHAT THEY DO!(A long-time and very satisfied customer.) Try them you will love them too.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

When I first moved to CT 3 years ago I tried a couple places...then I went to Steben's and I will not go anywhere else. They have always treated me so well, explaining the issues with my car in ways I understand while being honest and accommodating. Exceptional, timely service, and overall great, friendly people. This is a first class place. Customers come first. Prices are reasonable the owner, David, when I had to rent a car drove me to Enterprise himself rather than having me take an Uber. Great business, good people working there, fair prices. A plus. Thank you.

Steben Auto Glass is a great family owned business. I had a very smashed windshield from a run in with a turkey. They are fast, friendly, neat, and did a great job. They did all the paperwork with the insurance company. All I had to do was show up. I highly recommend them.

Have used this family owned business for 4 decades. The latest project was the hood on my Mercedes S500. As usual absolutely perfect. Like factory Benz painting. You can definitely expect the best from this Company.

I stopped in to Steben s on Monday (2/18/19). I had just got the front bumper of my SUV fixed elsewhere and it was a disaster. I stopped in and told Pauli about my dilemma and asked (just about begged) he help me out. He agreed with my opinion and even pointed out what the other place did wrong. The paint was still wet, they didn t use a hardener, and the most obvious issue was it did not match. It was 3 shades different than the rest of the car.Pauli was hesitant to work on the bumper since he knew the paint that was used on it was cheap. He was concerned he might not be able to salvage the bumper. Knowing I had just paid another place for my nightmare he worked on the price and promised me I d leave content when I picked up the car.I went to pick up my car today and Pauli delivered! I ll rephrase that - Pauli went above and beyond. The bumper was fixed exactly as promised. The color was a perfect match! I would ve been overjoyed if it ended there, but it didn t. They even cleaned the outside of the car and dressed the wheels. Did I leave a body shop or a detail shop?! Lol.If you need to get any body work done on your car don t think twice about it - Steben s is where you want to go. They re priced perfectly and deliver a result that s worth more than you pay.

Great small family business. Super helpful and very knowledgeable with the in's and out's of my car. They got me in and out quick in the morning so I can get back to work. Definitely a family business I can trust to not screw me over

Needed a new windshield and some interior redone after an accident. Professional and courteous from the beginning, and got the job done in the timeframe they said. Would recommend them to anybody

Very Disappointed in Steben! Unable to fix a repair, blamed it on prior damage.It appeared they were trying to save insurance company money.Expressed concern about Steben's ability to insurance companyTook vehicle to another shop, problem fixed. Insurance paid them.I should have went there first. Look at your paperwork!

I have a dent in my car, they charge me about $1100 , which is actually $300 more than the other dealer that I went to. However there service is really good and did a pretty good job at fixing my car dent.
