This place is terrible. I do not recommend coming here for any services. I went to get an oil change; during the oil change they filled up my tires per usual. Once I started driving home I realized my car drifting to the right. Come later on that night my tires popped off the rim while I was driving. Management here is horrible!! Won't refund me or take any responsibility! Employees were also laughing in my face about the issue and lying about who in charge. This company and their workers disgust me!!

This place is THE WORST place i have EVER been IN MY WHOLE LIFE to get ANY car service done. I seriously recommend you try cleaning your car yourself or getting maintenance on your car at ANY other facility that has workers that know what they re doing and are qualified to be touching peoples vehicles.With that being said, please avoidgoing to Vip Wash and Lube you ll probably have better luck elsewhere.to make a long story short, i go to this facility for oil change keep in mind I had no issues with my vehicle at all. Besides the fact that it needed new oil all my tires were fine My car was driving normally before the oil change ect ect.Now this place claims that they did my oil change, checked my tires and all the other liquids in my car. According to the receipt, I have everything was OK.When I received the car back directly after the service, I noticed my wheel was first of all not straightened out when it was parked so it was turned all the way to the right when I started to drive off, my car kept veering to the right shortly after that my vehicle rear tire that popped off the rim shortly after leaving Vip Wash and Lube for just OIL CHANGE. mind you i paid 80$ for the oil changeI tell these people every time I go there I don t want any other service done besides, oil change But they decided to touch my tires and do other things that they claim that they re not qualified to do To add a cherry on topEmployees were beyond disrespectful about the matter telling me its not our issue We don't do car work .The owner Carlos is truly no better as him and his whole team trying to gaslight me into thinking they didn t cause the damages to my vehicle. Telling me that it s impossible when the damage it was inside the rimAfter calling the next morning when they were open! I spoke to a man named Spencer who claimed to be a manager, but then again, another employee also claimed to be the owner and manager lol so I m not sure really who s in charge at this point . Anyway after hours of trying to get things sorted out I was left with no refund no remorse about the situation and having to buy another tire smh and missed out on work because of this place nor l did I receive an apology from all the disrespectful employees there . Take it from me There s no compromising with these people they refuse to take responsibility, which after reading all the reviews, its a common thing for them . terrible services.definitely will be taking it up with my bank and will never return nor suggest anyone to this company.

They are good but sometimes they charged for more but don t give proper service. I paid $35 for cleaning my car but they didn t do any tire clean up or shine and I asked for vacuum my whole car but they didn t do it and they didn t open open trunk. They are good but they charge you more but don t give proper service.

Please read the reviews about oil changes before getting one. I know I wish I did. I got my oil change done a month ago and my oil is at 50%, I barely drive my car the washes are okay depends on if the employees actually feel like vacuuming your car. Will never ever go back here for an oil change.

i never leave bad reviews bc i believe that everyone makes mistakes and as a humanitarian, I should be able to call the manager and explain my concerns vs using a platform to tear down a business. However, I have exhausted all options and I am beyond dissatisfied. I went to get my car washed and detailed on Sunday. I spent $30 for a car wash bc I didn t receive the detail. It began to rain so Idk if that prevented them from wanting to detail. I get to work, pressed for time and look at my car and everything was was on my seat was still in the same place. My car wasn t dirty to start with but it sure wasn t cleaned. I called no more than 30 m later to express myself & the cashier said she d take my number down & the manager would call me tomorrow. He didn t. So I called & the manager over-talked me w/ uh huh. uh huh. Yea come back and get a car wash and I ll clean it for you. You pay $9+ for the cash wash and I ll do the cleaning. And hung up on me. I don t want to spend anymore money w/ the business, waste gas or time when I should have gotten what I paid for from the beginning. There was no vacuuming, no cleaning nothing!Services: Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

Ehhh. Fairly ok wash for the works. I asked specifically to get the wheels really well. Not sure if this is really well. Wiped all jams but left around the rear glass unwiped. In my opinion the works fell short. Little pricey and time consuming for this poor of a finish.

Little pricey, but your car will come out looking fantastic, and the wash & shine will last a few days (provided you stay out of excessive dirt/mud). Takes a little while, so plan on 15-20 minutes, but that's what it takes to get it cleaned & dried.

Great experience, friendly staff! Very pleased with the end result. In case you're wondering $20.99+tax did full exterior with tire shine, and hand towel dry, interior vacuum and wipe down of the interior (windows, etc.). Great place; recommended!

I brought my car here for a full Interior cleaning and paid around $145. I dropped my car off and the process took about 3 hours which is fine. When I picked up my car I noticed that the Tints on back door windows were not just bubbling but completely pealing off. I made sure to take ALL my belongings out besides 1 item.. my dogs Seat belt that I ALWAYS leave clipped in as there is no need to remove the seat belt. When I checked this was also GONE.When I point all of this out to the staff they then try to convince me that I brought my car in this morning with these damaged Tints. Mind you the Tints are only 8 months old and I walk by these windows EVERY SINGLE DAY. They also tried to convince me that there was never a dog seat belt in the car. They then tell me a "Manager" will call me. I NEVER received a call. I had to call this company 4 Times before I finally was able to talk to him. The receptionist at the Front Desk was extremely rude and so was the Supervisor and Manager. In the end they did NOTHING to make things right and I had to pay to repair the tints my self and buy a new seat belt for my dog.Long story short, this place is extremely Ghetto. I grew up in East Hartford my whole life so I was only trying to support a local spot. I should have known better. This is a textbook example of a Ghetto establishment. They were rude , they laughed and joked to each other about the whole situation (in spanish, which btw I speak and understand) and the lost seat belt. And the only thing they could offer me was to allow me to look through the garbage bins for this "lost" seatbelt.Besides paying $145 for the job it also cost me- 2 Uber rides- A Dog Seatbelt- And hours of my personal timeServices: Auto detailing, Auto interior vacuuming

Can t complain about the service but I recommend have a dash cam or have some sort of recording device they do not take responsibility for damages inside the car

My experience was horrible. I had an oil change, they never check my fluids, but on the paper they check it off. I drove to Boston thinking everything was good. My car started to over heat to find out. I didn't have coolant. I try to call back to speak with Spencer. The lady who answered the phone. Said he was too busy to take my phone call( I have been calling for 3day straight) On top of that they didn't wash my car properly. I will NEVER go back again

Was very good up until last Saturday. The first guy that I saw when I first drove up, had the maddest face. Clearly he was not happy to be there. The guy that actually took my service order was pleasant. Areas that should ve been cleaned inside of my vehicle (I paid for the works) were not cleaned. I was disappointed. You should get at least what you pay for. Otherwise I will not pay and do it myself.Right? May try once more .Maybe it was just an off day . Thank you .

Horrible service. Car wash manager is completely rude and awful. Brought my car in for an oil change and got the complementary car wash to leave with my side mirror completely detached from my car. Manager does not want to take responsibility and lied saying my mirror was glued. I have a car wash membership in a different town and never had an issue could go as many times as I pleased leaving with all car parts attached, not to mention the images I took of my car have no a speck of glue.

When you say you close at 8:00 Pm, please do not close at 5:45, I was so disappointed and I have been with your different locations for a long time. I was in E. Hartford VIP WASH & Lube 6:45 pm and nobody was there, I had to cancel my long trip.

I went here based on my previous experience with an oil change from my previous vehicle. I paid for an interior/exterior with vacuum, windows and tire shine. They did a very fast vacuuming job, it definitely wasn t worth the price I paid. They didn t dress my tires, when I asked the person to please remember to do them, he said we are very busy now ! Why charge for a service and they are too busy to do it ?

I go here all the time for my Oil Changes and Car Washes.The Staff that does the Detailing of your vehicle does a good job.At times though, I had to ask that they go over a certain area on the vehicle and they do it. In the end your vehicle will come off their property looking Amazing.The Staff that does the Oil changes are very Professional.Before they change any item that's a part of the oil change, they will get your approval first. And also suggest products that will enhance the performance of your vehicle.The oil change is a little pricey but it's Worth it.

Very good work from the staff. The attention to detail on my car was amazing for the price. My kids got crayon marks and crumbs all over the interior and VIP have the car looking like it just came off the lot. Will be going back again.

Great car wash. You can get the best wash package including under carriage wash, extreme shine and triple polish wax,clear coat protector, wheel brite, wheel treatment complete surface protectant and premium tire shine. They drive your car through for you then bring it out to the teams of attendants who soft cloth dry the exterior to a spotless shine. All while the second and third teams vacuum and surface clean and polish the interior front and back, even the door jams, clean all interior and exterior glass, including the mirrors (even the vanity ones) to crystal clear. Then the final team comes through and polishes the wheels, shines the tires and inspects the car for anything missed before they tell you you're done. Very efficient. The whole process only took about 10-15 minutes even with 5 cars ahead of mine. They left my car sparkling and shiny all over. All for only $27.99. Well worth every penny in my opinion. And they even offer monthly membership for $59.99 so you could get this same level of service every day for the entire month if you want it. That's crazy but super great for winter to keep the salt from damaging your car inside as well as outside. I definitely plan on getting it if I only keep it for the winter months. They do have lower priced plans for lower service levels available as well.

I go every few weeks to get the basic exterior wash and I find it's more efficient for me to wipe down my own car which I don't mind at all. I detail cars for a living so I'm very meticulous about making my car shine. The wash does a great job. Only difficulty is sometimes having to explain something because the outside team for the most part doesn't speak English.

My issue is that I was told the car wash would be $10, when I asked to make sure the undercarriage was done I was told it was not working. When I went to pay, the girl behind the register wearing a lion king sweatshirt today, 3/5/22, told me the cost was over $13. When I told her I was told it would be $10 she just laughed and said well they must be making their own prices . That s unacceptable and when I asked to speak with a manager she refused. Between prices being raised when all of the equipment was not working, being told a cheaper price than the actual price, and that cashier s attitude and refusal to get the manager, I will never be coming back to this car wash. Management should really do something about the rude and childish girl they had behind the register. However, the positive thing is that the workers who detail and wipe the vehicle down at the end of your car wash do a great job.

Do not bring your car here.They stole my aunts brand new custom car mats and told her a customer stole them & they can t do anything about it. They also never clean the center console I had to remind them 3 times in a row. I tell them not to wipe my inside windshield and sure enough they wipe it and leave streaks. This place was amazing when they opened in 2017 but they are far from that service.

I would highly NOT recommend this car wash. I got an exterior wash and some how they broke the panel on the inside of my door. Instead on owning up to it everyone who came in contact with my car denied having any knowledge of what happened. The manager on site Johnny was rude and not helpful and the big manager Carlos who Was not there on the day has not returned my phone call. They would not give me money back or offer any solutions to fixing my panel. They have horrible customer service.

Hands down best car wash I have ever been to. For 25$ my car was vaccumed, washed, hand-dried and polished inside and out. Unbelievable service and my vehicle has never looked better.
